• Takashi (5/5): - Not new but clean. Close to the cwntre. Although it is written on the booking.com website that the payment method can be by card, the owner said the machine is broken and I had to go to ATM to withdraw cash to pay in cash.
• ClioCom (10/5): Punto di riferimento a Lecce centro. - Posizione strategica a ridosso della centrale Piazza Mazzini in zona ampiamente servita di tutti i servizi. Struttura pulita e accogliente, host cordiale e disponibilissimo. Se richiesto c'è la disponibilità del parcheggio. Ottima colazione. Nulla.

• ANGEL (5/5): Amplitud e higiene pero rudo en habitaciones de al lado - Amplitud e higiene El descanso es importante y me tocó un vecino que tenia la TV a todo volumen hasta la 1 de la madrugada. Es lo que hay que esperar cuando alquilas una habitación . Lo que antes era una vivienda ahora son 3. Hay que reivindcar que todo es compatible. Ganar dinero por el dueño y un poco de respeto al sueño del alojado. Pone en la web que dispone de parking pero hasta ultima hora no sabes el precio . Por lo demás todo bien. El encargado muy atento y las instalaciones amplias y limpias. Pero hay que invertir algo en i sonoridad las paredes. NO CUESTA tanto y sale rentable.

• Ian (8/5): Lovely Lecce - Great location in the newer part of the city. Parking through the host was good. Good value if you are out all the time. Nice walk to the old city which is beautiful. Standard is basic however it fits the price. No kettle for hot drinks.

• Gamze Hazal (10/5): - The host is amazing. He was very kind, funny and helpful. The location is the best for the price, and there are a lot of parking spaces near the hotel. For the breakfast; he provides a card where you can eat in a cafe nearby. If you are looking for a bed and breakfast in Lecce this might be the best.

• AGUSTIN (5/5): Troppe scomodità e poca trasparenza - La ubicación Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Uno dei problemi principali è stato che il proprietario non ci ha dato la possibilità di pagare con carta di credito e ci ha obbligati a pagare tutto in contanti, cosa molto scomoda per chi viaggia. Fin dall’inizio ha insistito perché usassimo il suo garage privato, chiedendo 20 € al giorno, senza fornirci alcuna informazione sulle alternative di parcheggio nella zona. Solo dopo abbiamo scoperto che nelle vicinanze era possibile parcheggiare per strada: parcheggio a pagamento solo per alcune ore del giorno e a un prezzo molto più basso rispetto al garage offerto. Le condizioni del bagno erano piuttosto carenti, e durante il soggiorno si è verificato un problema a una tubatura di un altro appartamento, che ha causato cattivi odori e numerosi disagi. Anche se la pulizia è stata immediata, l’odore è rimasto. L’ambiente era molto piccolo e scarsamente insonorizzato: si sentiva tutto quello che accadeva nelle stanze adiacenti. In conclusione, non lo consigliamo e non ci torneremmo. Nella zona ci sono sicuramente opzioni migliori.

• Carol (9/5): Superb - Nice place. Host met us out front so it was easy to find. Old part of town was walkable. Nice stay. We were required to pay cash because their credit card machine was broken. Because we didn’t know in advance this left us a bit short for the evening when we walked around. A bit inconvenient but host worked with us to figure things out. All in all, a good stay!

• Andrzej (5/5): Very dissapointing. - Location is good. The apartment has been converted into a B&B, several rooms with bathrooms. The furniture is very worn. There are no basic things in the kitchen. When I asked why there were only two glasses for the entire property (there were 5 of us), the host replied "This is a B&B, there is no kitchen here", and it happened... in the kitchen. The apartment is located in a building adjacent to the square, where crowds of young people gather in the evenings (loudly). I don't recommend this place. There are certainly more pleasant places in Lecce for a 1-2 day stay.

• Karolina (1/5): Bad - Student dormitory, noise, stench in the room and in the corridor, hair in the bathroom, the interior is very worn, far from the historical center, free parking on the street or private parking for extra money, we were not warned about this in advance.

Breakfast quantity was too meager. For a b&b its expected to have a good breakfast spread included. pure disappointment.

• Chelsea (8/5): Good quality price - Good location, 10 min walking from the touristic area. The only thing is that outside it's a bit noisy in the night so if you are sensible to noise is better to ask for an other room with not window to the street.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Would definitely go back! - It was a great place to stay, very quiet at night and very short walk to the city center. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was included and the pasticciotto Leccese was the best. I would definitely go back. The price was reasonable and the owners very nice.
