Lorraine (5/5): Ok - Nice location. Parking available 4 friends shared the one room. Curtains didn’t cover the windows so light came in early. Only 3 towels available in the bathroom when 4 of us stayed and pillows needs replaying as very uncomfortable. Did for the night but wouldn’t stay again

Able to park onsite and good options for getting food nearby (eg M&S food, Costa coffee). Also room had kitchenette including fridge which was unexpected and useful. A bit tired in places. A couple of the mattresses (we had 2 rooms) were sunken so could do with replacing.

As previously reported, the entry door slams shut & is very noisy...it is a fire safety door but could be adjusted to close a bit slower & would then be quieter ...

Both my partner and myself had bad back ache for the duration of our stay . We found a pair of socks under the bed along with an empty vape box .only one bedside table , the toilet seat was broken, the shower head could not be adjusted , overall the room looked tired .

Andrew (8/5): Very good accommodation close to all amenities with easy access to Wembley for matches. - The two rooms were ideal for our group, although the sofa bed wasn't ready. However, the staff responded immediately, and this was rectified. The rooms were well equipped and in an ideal location for the bars and restaurants in the area. It was only a short taxi ride to Gerrard's Cross station for a trip to Wembley. Communication was excellent, and access to the building was easy to follow.
Ross (8/5): - Clean, comfy beds, all necessary cutlery for cooking, host replied instantly when messaged for information. Would definitely use again if working in the area. Nothing to complain about at all, which is refreshing.
ANDREA (7/5): Good Location and room generally with some snags - Good Location, comfortable room and very handy to have the kitchenette Car park had pot holes, difficult to get around in the dark. Had to climb over sand bags on the threshold of the main door to access the annexe where my room was. The corridor to my room smelled of damp and dog, the windows were left open presumably to try to resolve this but meant it was cold. The room I was in was good but noisy I believe from the boiler.

Try the restaurant - its a great place to stay - great staff - good restaurant downstairs too. the room looked clean - however - it needed a good vacuum and as i had to move the bed it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned under there for some time As its wooden floors you do notice it more though wont stop me staying as its decent and good value.

We knew we would be arriving late, after an Oasis gig, and access was really easy without having to inconvenience anyone. Really comfy bed with a great night’s sleep! Nothing!

Great parking onsite near two pubs and laras restaurant attached was fantastic would definitely use again was there for oasis at Wembley 15mins away on train 😀 Could smell cigarette smoke think it was from restaurant smoking area below but not sure smoking was prohibited but could of been from someone in room before us. Told the owner and it was sorted well we couldn't smell it after maid had been next day.

Carl (6/5): Large rooms, but not really cared for - I arrived at 7 pm and the small car park at the rear of the hotel was already full. TBH I’m glad it was as the drain covers were leaking and I didn’t fancy having to walk through that! The self checkin is easy and the room was easy to find a good size. I was in the George room. The room itself was a different story. For some reason when I arrived the heating was on full and the room was stifling. I ditched my bag, opened the window and switch on the fan to cool the room down, and went for a walk as if as too hot to stay in there. The room hadn’t been prepared very well at all by house keeping. Stains on the duvet cover, lots of long black hairs on the floor (the bathroom was particularly bad), it was a good job I was staying in my own, as I didn’t want to risk closing the bathroom door, as the handle was hanging on by the end of the screws.

Studio room with cooking facilities cutlery,,crockery few pans . small bathroom,with shower, & towels.. everything needed for a short stay Noise, both from traffic & the front door to the accommodation which is above a restaurant.. The door slams shut every time someone goes out and it is very loud..it needs adjusting as it.sprigs shut forcefully! There was also a lot of noise from a delivery to the restaurant downstairs which went on for a long time. . a dripping tap in the kitchen sink was very annoying and light coming in the room from the hall as there is a gap right round the door .. didn't sleep well..

If you stay here its a no brainer - have to eat there Costa in the square outside along with an M&S food outlet Staff were great loose loo seat and could have been a bit cleaner, but it was not dirty - just a few corners missed. Not a criticism, but noted.

William (8/5): - I did not rate the staff, because I never saw any of them. This is a self check in and out facility above a Mediterranean restaurant. Be sure you have WhatsApp if you book here because that is how the hotel contacts you. There was either no notice of this when I booked, or I just didn’t read thoroughly enough. In any event, it’s really the only place to stay in the immediate area. Do not park in the shopping center parking area for any longer than an hour. There is a very narrow passage way through the building. The hotel is in where you have several places to park in the back. Overall, I liked the place, but I’m not sure I would stay again. I would say it is great for younger people.

Once we did find it, parking was easy, instructions to get into room simple to follow. We had the ‘studio’ room. Spacious. Comfortable bed, but as it was almost against the wall, was quite tight to get in and out of. No table on that side of the bed. Good quality towels. Nice coffee. (Had to google how to use the machine though) Very clean. Negatives / nowhere comfortable to sit Table and chairs. One chair seat was a little loose. Room on main road, got noisy quite early (I took ear plugs) BUT note Rios house is not a hotel, it is serviced apartments

Verified traveler (6/5): Ok stay - We arrived to find the room had not be cleaned/turned over for us. We called the contact number in the check in email and spoke to a member of staff. He came up to the room and was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary dinner, which was very kind, but we were going out that evening. He did leave us a bottle of prosecco, which was much appreciated. We left and he said the room would be cleaned, whilst we were out. We arrived back just before midnight and whilst the room appeared to be clean, there were 3 of us staying and no bedding was left out for the sofa bed and only enough towels for 2 people to have a shower. This was a real shame and at that time of night, we were tired and just wanted to sleep. Luckily I had brought an extra jumper, so I gave my duvet to my friend. There were still hairs in the shower, so we opted out of showering there. There were also no teabags in the room, so we left pretty soon after we woke up. As there was no reception at this hotel, we didn't get chance to speak to anyone when we left, which again is a shame, as I would've fed this back to them then.
Jo (9/5): Great location and very clean and comfy - Great location, super clean, very comfy bed and quiet. We also liked the self service check in and the instructions were very clear and arrived in good time . No tea bags. Only coffee!

Marina (5/5): Not worth the money - Location Hair in bathroom basin. Dirty rug. Only one coffee mug for two people. Access with suitcases, stairs too steep. Furniture cheap and surfaces dirty.
Rachel (8/5): Excellent location, large room with separate kitchen. Great for business trips. Would use again. - Large room, separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. M&S football hall 1 minute away. Great food at the Turkish restaurant next door. Could turn the heating on as the boiler was in the kitchen. The room was cleaned daily, even washing up my dishes. Table and chairs and sofa in the main room. Windows had curtains and blinds so room was dark for sleeping. All entrance doors coded and the bedroom was also lockable. Bin collection on Friday morning at 6am. The light in the kitchen is a motion sensor that is poorly set up, so was switching off while I cooked. A few of the kitchen utensils need replacing and would benefit from a bottle opener. A few basics such as salt and oil would be helpful. WiFi was at times intermittent.
Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - The location in the centre of Chalfont St Peter was good for us. There is a small carpark which we could have parked in. The description of the apartment as having a separate bedroom is misleading. There is one room with a sofa bed, a double bed and a kitchen.

Susan (7/5): Good - Location was good. Needed more plates and cutlery in room. Had only one dinner plate and one side plate and two forks. Also a tea towel to dry the dishes.
Emma (2/5): - Really unfortunate to have to write this review. Hotel upon arrival had bags of rubbish outside the property and we were unable to park. Not too much of an issue but when we walked up our room we were greeted by an unbearable smell of smoke, being 5 months pregnant this was awful, there were leftover drinks in the fridge and the bathroom was full of orange mould, dust in all the extractors, and toilets which werent clean. Floors gritty with noticeable hairs and a very basic bed and mattress. When contacted the property to let them know of the situation, they said we should have told them when we first arrived, which i do agree with, but we were in a rush to get out for a party which we were attending, however the room should have been cleaned before we arrived not once we'd arrived and had to complain. I also dont understand how you clean smoke out of a room? Being 5 months pregnant we didnt feel comfortable staying here with mould and smoke for heath and safety reasons, so we actually left the property at 11:30pm, as soon as we returned from the party, we spent 30 minutes in the room in total and didnt get home until 1am in the morning (which was why we contacted the property the day after). Really disappointing experience, wouldnt recommend at all.

Kelly (6/5): - The check in & check out process was very straight forward and the bathroom was spotless. There were a few marks on the bedding & the armchair was pretty grubby. However this did not effect my comfort as the room was, on the whole, very well maintained. Sound proofing was an issue though and every night the chat from the staff & punters below in the courtyard felt like it was taking place right in my room. Along with a lot of door slamming. Luckily this subsided after an hour or so but will definitely upset light sleepers.
