- Bowler (10/5): - Hosts were lovely, location was great room was lovely and large and decorated so nice đ first time staying here and definitely will be returning
- Denise (10/5): Good hotel - It was close to everything we needed It was a shame that they did not do breakfast
- Steven (10/5): Great - All of it None
- Lisa (8/5): Very good & very helpful host xx -
- susan (10/5): - Wonderful quiet location warm and cosy. There was nothing i didn't like.
- Andrew (9/5): would definitely stay again. - Owners we really nice and helpful. They were a delight to talk to. The hotel is far enough from the main fair ground on the sea front that we heard nothing of the loud music and rides. Good restaurants were within easy walking distance. We could not keep our room door closed without using the key to lock it closed. This also meant that if one of us had to pop out, one of us would either be locked in the room or be awake to let the other back in.
- Barry (10/5): - Loverly place... Central and great atmosphere... Deffo go back....
- Kevin (9/5): - The area was excellent with it being a stones throw away from the station and nearby the clock tower the facilities were ideal for me too having a good night's sleep on top of it all There is nothing I can tell u that I didn't like it was perfect like I said in the 1st part

- S (7/5): - Great location and plenty of free parking.
Hosts were friendly.
Bed and bedding was comfy.
Rooms had all the basics and it was clean.
Loved the split level floorings/traditional style. Curtains were not blackout.
Room felt cold at times.
Tv really small.
Would've liked it to state on Booking.com that rooms with baths do not have proper showers- only an attachment to the hot and cold taps which was not ideal for someone with long hair.. Had I known that I would've still booked but chosen a different room.
- Ratcliff (8/5): Great hosts and a clean room with a good night's sleep - Very friendly hosts and the property is close enough to the town to be walkable but far enough away to be quiet. We had a good night's sleep. The room was a bit small but we weren't in it for very long so it wasn't an issue.
- Amanda (10/5): - On arrival, the host was very friendly and informative, where our room was and local shops were, etc. The room was spotless and bigger than we expected. Lovely decorated throughout the room and wash area. Bed was very comfortable.
Great location for shops and the beach. It also lovely walks to winthorpe and Ingoldmells. Slight noisy from the road. I'm a light sleeper, so It did take me a while to fall asleep. Apart from that everything was fine.

Bedside table was missing in this room, wouldve liked to put food&drink on side.Dissapointing tv size.Hot water in tap didnt come through until a few minutes as being on top floor. However host came and dealt with what he could.Fan in bathroom was quiet loud.

- derek (10/5): Fantastic - Hostâs of the sunningdale was very friendly and professional they made our stay comfortable and relaxed and I suppose some times you book a hotel and something does not meet your expectations may it be slightly or total disaster this hotel exceeded our expectations and could not fault anything this is how a hotel should be run faultless and a big thank you to all at the sunningdale and you will see us again thanks Tara.
- Richard (4/5): Look, I had a few lads staying when I was here..theyâd a few sherbets and came back and wanted to chat. Otherwise ok - Nice locationâŠcafe, pub within a few minutes walk. On a bus route which was handy. Had noisy guests keeping me awake from 2am-4amâŠ.paper thin walls.
If you are a larger person youâd struggle to get in the shower and be able to wash yourself! Room 3
- ian (10/5): Second time here, and will always stay here when visiting Skegness - Great location, lovely comfortable rooms All spot on, hard to find anything wrong

Limited hanging space for more than a few nights
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - Mattress very hard
- John (8/5): Friendly owners nice quiet location but close enough to town and golf course - Location No breakfast
- Emma (10/5): Lovely little hotel and 5 mins walk to main attractions. - How it was a little hotel and the style looked like old fashioned building which was beautiful. A very nice welcome to. The bathroom a bit small but the shower was a good temperature not like some they go cold quite quickly this didn't so that was a bonus
- Nigel (10/5): I would readily use this facility again - The host was very friendly and helpful. Parking arrangements were good and the location excellent for coastal access. Nothing
- Caron (10/5): - We were in room 10, a small double , which was bigger than we expected it was decorated beautifully, and the room was spotless, and the attention to detail.
- Peter (8/5): - Friendly welcome. Small but comfortable room. Good bed and shower with plenty of hot water. Adequate parking space. Ideal location for access to family staying on nearby caravan site. Skegness!

- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely room in a great location Very hard to find anything I didn't like..maybe a bedside table would have been nice
- Jo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelagh (6/5): 2 nights stay - The location was very good. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Didn't see them other than if we rang the bell for advice. Ie. Where to eat etc. Which was nice. It's was a very comfy mattress and nice and clean. Our stay was unfortunately not as expected, and there are several areas where improvements are needed.
The room was extremely dated, with dĂ©cor that appeared unchanged since the 1950s. The bed was very squeakyâso much so that it made noise with even the slightest movement, which disturbed us. However, the mattress was very comfortable.
In the bathroom, there was a bath with a wall shower attachment. A sign indicated that the shower was only suitable for washing hair and not intended as a main shower facility. However, even for that purpose, the water pressure was so weak it barely trickled out and was ineffective.
Accessibility was a major concern. Both my partner and I are Blue Badge holders. When booking, there was no mention that the room was on the second floor. I attempted to call the property before paying to clarify a disabled parking bay, but there was no answer on making several calls and leaving a couple of messages. Since only one room was left, I decided to booked the room, vhaving read the description on booking.com. When I eventually received a call back, I asked about disabled parking and was told the room was on the second floor. I mentioned that this wasnât stated on Booking.com, but I was told it definatly was. However, neither my partner nor I saw any reference to it, and I did check this as it was very important.
The booking was non-refundable, which we were aware of, so we did our best to manage. Still, the lack of accessible information made our stay more difficult than it needed to be.
Parking is also limited. There are not enough spaces for the number of rooms, and while there is street parking nearby, it's not ideal for guests with disabilities. A designated disabled parking bay would make a significant difference. Itâs also worth noting that many disabilities are not visible and shouldnât be judged based on appearance. It's states its first come for parking.
- Amy (7/5): Good - I personally enjoyed the room itself and the location was fantastic. The noise levels from surroundings (this cant always be helped), noisy neighbours. And there was a few hairs in the bath and carpet.
I would have liked breakfast to have been included but it is what it is
- Lorraine (9/5): A pleasant stay in a warm comfortable room . - Warm welcome, easy access , clean and comfortable
- Griffin (9/5): Superb - Keith and Linda exceptional hosts nothing was to much trouble for them .had a problem with my car and Keith gave me a hand to sort it out and and told me where to take it to get it fixed .
- Burgess (9/5): Will definitely visit again - The room we had was small but very cosy, clean & comfortable like a home from home but also still had that professional but relaxed vibe Would have liked the property to be a little more central but a pleasant walk into town only took 10 mins

- Michelle (9/5): Superb - Good value for money, clean and comfortable
- Sharon (8/5): A few days away. - Sunningdale Guest House is in a perfect location, not far from the beach and shops. Keith and Linda are the perfect hosts. You are left to your own privacy but know if you need anything you only have to ask. I only have one suggestion and it is only minor. What i would find helpful in room are if they also had a small fridge in them. Apart from that minor thing everything was perfect.
- Willem (9/5): Superb -
