• Thomas (8/5): - We were able to drop our bags early and also leave after check-out. The room was clean. The property had a little kitchen which was handy. The bed was quite hard. The room was cosy but was expected from the pictures. Was a bit of a walk into the centre of HCMC but also within a local neighbourhood which was nice.
• SafiaTravel (6/5): Passable - L'emplacement est bien. Le check-in se fait par whatsapp, le paiement on doit mettre l'argent sur la table dans la chambre. On ne voit aucun personnel de cet hôtel. Donc aucun lien on se croit dans un Airbnb. Le lit est très dur. Le balcon sert à rien car petit et donne sur la rue. Très mauvaise insonorisation, on entend tous même les fenêtres fermées. La pression de la douche est très faible, et la douche est au dessus des toilettes donc on met de l'eau partout. On est resté 3 nuits mais on aurai aimé raccourcir notre séjour.

• Charlotte (8/5): - Quick responses, non contact, replied to us quickly with door code at 12:00am when we arrived. Bed was clean and so was bathroom. Bit small if you have large bags but doesn’t matter if you want to make it work.

Les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien et laissent passer tout le bruit de la rue. Gros trou dans le mur de la salle de bain vers l'extérieur, et un autre entre la salle de bain et la chambre, laissant passer tout le bruit, la lumière et les insectes de l'extérieur. Pas confortable, le lit est petit et très dur.

Staff were super helpful and super communicative. I extended my stay by 2 more days. Great wifi connection! Small hiccups with booking. And my original booking was changed to a standard room which is great but very tiny. Some issue with the self Cheng in code. Staff helped immediately.

• Charlotte (7/5): Good - The location is close to district one bit far enough to have relative peace and quiet. The cheaper double room cannot be sold as a double. As the bookcase comes over onto the bed there is even less space available. It was like sharing a single and pretty uncomfortable for that reason. I liked the property itself and my dad was fine in the bigger room although there was limited lighting and he struggled to be able to read in the evening.

• Chihui (7/5): Good - It was last minute deal and great value in Q1 .room is somehow clean bed is big and comfy there are kitchen that we could cook. There is bus station right out side on the main road . It’s around 25 minute walk to benh than market. In vernal it’s good to stay a night here If Shower water pressure could be higher would be better . Living on the first floor is not easy to hear people come and go so if you are light sleeper you might need to request higher floor
• Huynh (7/5): Decent, cheap, good enough for traveller - Clean and friendly staff Decent view from the rooftop. You will have access to a local market, it's really local and only busy early during the day. You can access through the backstreet. Gotta jump through some hoops to acquire the wifi password, all good. What you saw on the pictures might not be what you get. They have 2 type of room, the small and large. You might be booking/paying the smaller one without knowing. Also the term homestay has been thrown around and overused. This is at best a 2.5~2 star hotel, not that I complain about it.
• Sharad (4/5): Good for backpackers only. - Location for homestay was good. The room was clean. Room size was very small. Width of the room was equal to the width of the bed. There was no space to even keep bags. Also the room was on the third floor and we had to carry our own luggage.

• Cristina (3/5): Poor - Clean room and kitchen available. Communication totally absent. I didn't receive any message from them and, when I arrived (2pm) the owner wasn't there (there is a pin lock). Fortunately the housekeeper (who doesn't speak English) was there and arranged a phone call with the owner. The payment was difficult (finally we had to leave to money to owners of a closer coffee shop). Wifi didn't work well in the room. The room was claustrophobic. Also, via Booking I had asked If It was possible to.book a Mekong tour when arriving and they told me that It was, but of course, It wasn't (since I couldn't see anyone directly). Tbh I think that for this price there are much better options (closer to the city center).

• Saurabh (7/5): We had an excellent experience during our stay, and we would like to commend your staff. - The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - it was in close proximity to many local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The photos on the website were accurate and reflective of the actual rooms. Finally, we were delighted by the thoughtful gesture of the staff in decorating our room for our anniversary. It was a wonderful surprise, and we appreciated that it was complimentary. It made our celebration even more special and memorable. There were a few issues that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected, and there were hair tangles on the tap. Secondly, while the continuous hot water in the tap was appreciated, I believe it was too hot and could pose a potential hazard to guests. Finally, while the booking mentioned the availability of bathrobes, they were not available during my stay.

Wifi was a bit intermittent but speed was decent at around 25 mbps. The bathroom was a bit awkward. A bit cramped and took a long time to dry after the shower. The stairs were narrower than expected but manageable.

We advised the property that we would arrive at 2am both at the time of booking and 24 hours in advance and had closed loop communication confirming that was fine. However, when we got in at 2am we were first told that they did not keep our room because we did not check in in "real time" and later that the room we booked had an electrical problem, and we were asked by the property to cancel the booking. We were then told that we would be directed to another property that they ran in a different district. At this point our taxi had already arrived at the property. When we declined a room in a different district we were then told that they did in fact have a room for us.

• Joseph (10/5): For the value, can't really complain. - Wifi was pretty good, my room didn't have a table so I just worked in the kitchen (for context I was working EST hours). Host was very nice and responsive. Small amount of bugs in my room which is to be expected due to the price, checking in was kinda hard since you just have to knock on the door and hope someone answers.
• Katerina (2/5): Don't recommend - Location is good. In a quiet street but not far from the centre. Smelly room, shower didn't work. A lot of ants on the bed. Pillows are smelly and very dirty inside, it is not possible to use it. The hotel gives a telephone number to make a check in, but the person on that number can't speak English
• Hannah (7/5): Nice place in Saigon - It was a good location, just a short walk from th city centre. The room was a nice size and we had a lovely little balcony. Although the bathroom was small, everything worked well and the shower was really nice. The bed was extremely hard!! We also did not get to meet the owner, only the housekeeper (who was very nice), meaning we didn't really get the 'homestay' feel which was a little disappointing.
