• Peio (7/5): - Muy céntrico y muy agradable el apartamento, para 4 personas igual un poco justito. El personal súper atento y muy amable, tuvimos unos pequeños problemas para encontrar el alojamiento no está bien indicado, el personal nos ayudó en todo momento y atentos a todo. No está bien indicado el portal del apartamento.

• Emilie (8/5): Très bon emplacement calme - L emplacement le calme la propreté Légère fuite d eau mais le propriétaire a fait au mieux pour le gérer Un petit chauffage dans la salle de bain aurait été un léger plus au mois de décembre
• Ana (8/5): Mejor para dos personas o mejorar sofás camas - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la Puerta de Sol. No hay ruidos y tiene buenas vistas. La cama de la habitación es muy cómoda. Los sofás camas son incomodìsimos para dormir, los colchones son demasiado finos y te clavas el armazón. Y hay falta de ropa de cama para ellos, solo tienen sabana bajera.
• Elisa (7/5): Buena - Lo que nos gustó mucho fue la ubicación, la habitación era espaciosa y el colchón muy cómodo. La cocina y el menaje era bueno y completo . Los sofás cama son durísimos , si vas con niños tienes que tener mucho cuidado del techo!

It would have been great if we would have known about the additional mattress for the sofa bed. It would have meant a much better night sleep

• MARIA JOSE (5/5): Apartamento con engaños - Ubicación excelente Tuvimos varios problemas para entrar, llamaba al teléfono de contacto varias veces y lo tenían apagado. Las fotos engañan, es sumamente pequeño . Se anuncia como un apartamento de 1 dormitorio , pero apto para llevar 2 adolescentes más, porque tiene un sofá cama en el salón. Cuando llegas te encuentras con 2 sillones que se abren y se convierten en algo parecido a un sofá cama, pero sin patas en la zona baja de los pies, por lo que duermes con las piernas hacia abajo , y extremadamente duro en el que te clavas los hierros del sillón. Además por el tamaño del salón para abrirlos hay que moverlos al centro, si no no puedes. De modo que ya tienes que saltar por encima para ir por ejemplo al baño. Cuando les escribí por la noche un correo para exponer mi enfado , porque además no me lo cogían, me contestan que hay unas colchonetas!! para poner encima. No se puede ser más cutre. De todas formas tampoco me informaron de esto. No lo recomiendo por nada.

• mireia (9/5): Alojamiento bueno - Muy céntrico, muy buena ubicación. Limpio. Personal muy servicial. Las vigas. Aunque hay espacio de sobra para pasar tienes que vigilar para no llevarte un chichón en alguna zona.
• Jaime (8/5): Such a great location and a large apartment - Communicating with our host very clear and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. The door lock app was new to me but worked perfectly. The room was well fitted out and generously sized, and we so very much appreciated having a washing machine for our laundry. The location was superb!... walking distance to everything in the Plaza Mayor/Sol/Opera/Palacio area of Madrid. There's a great supermarket IN THE BUILDING!!! And unlimited dining options all in walking distance. The bed linen and pillows need to be renewed. That's all. Not a big deal.

• Karolpadrons (9/5): - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es pequeño pero perfecto para 2, 3 personas, es cómodo y muy limpio La información para encontrar la ubicación es muy confusa, y la persona que nos guiaba vía WhatsApp tampoco estaba muy enterada de la ubicación, aunque en todo momento fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesta a ayudar hasta que dimos con la dirección y pudimos ingresar al piso

• Jovana (8/5): - Perfect location! We hardly found the entrance because the wrong address was given. Very complicated to find and enter the building, and they didn't send us directions until we asked. It says that two beds can be pulled out, but it is impossible to sleep in them, very impractical.

• Cherry (10/5): Cozy apartment, amazing location - Super friendly and helpful owner, able to accommodate late check-in. Had a bit of trouble finding the building as the Google maps pin isn't very accurate, but the owner found us. Fantastic location, with supermarket right outside, and right next to mercado de san miguel and Plaza Mayor. Walking distance to all the wonderful things to see and do and eat. Spacious apartment, with clothes washer, and drying rack. The ceilings are a bit low, so lots of head bumps if not careful. Use hot water to shower sparingly, may not be enough for all 4 people.

• Tushar (7/5): Good, but, could have been better! - Location! I can't imagine a better place and it was very located so close to the San Miguel Market and Plaza Mayor and so close to so many places. Also, the rooms were very clean. Cramped space on top floor/attic. So while booking.com says it is for 4 people, it is really for two. it is hard to house 2 adults plus two teenagers. Bathroom does not have AC and since this is attic, it really got hot in there. Also, one nit. You need a key to exit the main building. Which is kind of a risk in case of emergency.
