• Ricardo (8/5): - A localização é excelente e o porteiro muito prestável e atencioso. O apartamento possui todas as comodidades e estava em boas condições de higiene. Como aspetos a melhorar apenas temos a referir a não existência de cortinados no quarto, o que prejudica algumas pessoas adormecer pois os estores não fecham completamente. Outro aspeto menos positivo é a louca de casa de banho que, apesar de limpa, alguma não está nas melhores condições de conservação.

• Pia (8/5): Mycket bra lägenhet! Kanske saknade vi några saker i köket, men över lag en mycket bra lägenhet! - Ingen frukost ingick, vi fixade själva. Var lite grinig över att behöva betala en del extra Euro för nån "city tax" som jag inte förstått tillkom.

• pei chun (6/5): 這地點非常好房東更是體貼但是如果願意將一些老舊的設備換新的會是一個無敵完美的住宿點 - 地點很方便走出大門一分鐘就有地鐵站入口,靠近米蘭大教堂走路可以到很多景點,房東人很好一直保持聯絡 我們無法第一時間將護照資料傳給他也很耐心的等待 設備有點舊 沙發床不好睡 沒有烘衣機所以沒辦法洗衣服

The windows don’t work, no privacy, a lot of light coming through. Didn’t feel very safe at night when everything is closed.

• ELENA (8/5): Ci torneremo - La struttura è a pochi minuti dal duomo, assolutamente comoda e in una zona ben servita e tranquilla. È abbastanza grande in un condominio sicuro e ben visibile, de finestre della sala della camera dell'appartamento Deluxe affacciano verso torre Velasca. Abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento solo per dormire e ci ritornerei. L'appartamento sembrava pulito, solo nel frigo è stato dimenticato un avanzo da chi ci ha preceduto ed evidentemente nel riassetto delle stanze non è stato verificato. Le persiane si chiudono parzialmente, ma la luce dell'alba non ci ha disturbato.
• Eugenia (10/5): Viaje en familia a Milán - La ubicación en pleno centro de Milán y con metro y zona de hoy cerca, apartamento completo no le falta de nada y las camas muy cómodas. No me pongo ninguna pega.
• Ioana (8/5): - Poziționarea. Este foarte aproape de principalele obiective turistice și de mijloacele de transport. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost excelentă. Mobilierul este foarte vechi, iar pe booking nu au apărut pozele reale.In baie cu siguranță trebuie sa facă investiții deoarece vasul de toaleta este spart și cabina de dus prezintă urme de degradare.

Apartament z kuchnią dobrze wyposażony ,złokalizowany na czwartym piętrze ,budynek z windą. Niestety jedno dwuosobowe łóżko było niewygodne ( za mięki ,zapadający się materac) Gdyby nie to ocena byłaby 10

• Gabriele (7/5): Appartamento completo a due passi dal centro e dalla fermata dei mezzi pubblici - Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort nonché di stoviglie e utensili per chi volesse preparare i propri pasti in autonomia. Ottima posizione molto centrale e di fronte alla fermata della metropolitana. Sarebbe stata gradita la presenza di qualche capsule di caffé o té/tisane. La temperatura dei termosifoni era piuttosto bassa.

Viajamos 2 adultos 1 bebé y 1 niña No había agua caliente para todos literalmente fueron 3 minutos y se acabo Las instalaciones del piso estaban muy desgastadas, no cuidadas faltaba mantenimiento, las camas y colchones son incómodas nos encontramos el lavavajillas con platos sucios, nevera con comida de los antiguos huéspedes, limpieza un poco ausente, si lo que quieres es estar en el centro está bien por qué está cerca de todo pero calidad precio es caro para lo que realmente te encuentras La ubicación del alojamiento es lo único que puede valer la pena. • José Bautista (10/5): - Excelente ubicación a metros del Duomo, Via Dante, etc, etc. Los ambientes cómodos y grandes. El dueño se adaptó a todos nuestros requerimientos y estuvo siempre atento. Muy seguro, ubicado en un 6to piso, en Plaza Velasca, al frente de Torre Velasca. Los colchones de ambas camas ya necesitan un cambio.

Los apartamentos son totalmente independientes, ya que hay oficinas alrededor, Durante la semana hay una chica muy amable a la entrada que tiene contacto directo con el propietario.

• Maryna (10/5): Идеальное место для остановки в Милане с семьей - Находится очень близко от Дуомо и станции метро, в самом центре города, прямо напротив башни Веласка, дипломатическое здание, в котором соседствует посольство Сербии)) Апартаменты очень комфортные и чистые, есть все необходимое и даже больше. Хозяин и домоуправляющий очень вежливые и помогали во всем ( на момент заселения была не пригодна караульная кофемашина - принесли новую на следующий день). Впечатления от пребывания самые положительные, хотим вернуться еще сюда же! Все понравилось

• Laura Maria (9/5): Sin ninguna duda repetiría en los mismos apartamentos. - El anfitrión se puso en contacto con nosotros para facilitarnos el acceso ya que llegábamos bastante tarde ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba casi a medianoche, algo que nos preocupa siempre por si tienes problemas al llegar. No tuvimos ningún problema en el acceso del edificio ni tampoco al apartamento. Se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos caminando del Duomo y contaba con todos los accesorios necesarios, como una vivienda. Se paga en el mismo apartamento ya que al día siguiente quedas con el anfitrión ya que te ha facilitado anteriormente el whatspp y lo pagas con tarjeta, ya que lleva el datáfono, así que más cómodo imposible. Es Milán así que el nivel de vida es alto, pero podéis aprovechar el supermercado LaESSE y el Carrefour, que son los más cercanos y buscar lo que más os convenga. Cerca del Duomo hay muchos lugares para comer económicos, a través de las redes os podéis informar.

• Ruth (7/5): Amazing location, decent value for money, apartment clean and comfortable. - Really good location - right next to the M3. Apartment was on 6th floor and had elevator. Host was easy to communicate with, and the doorman was friendly and helpful. Apartment is pretty basic, but perfect for a place to sleep after exploring the City, and close to everything you need. There is a washing machine - but it's outdated and the spin cycle didnt really work - so we had to take to nearby laundromat. No overly a big deal, but dont rely on it to get clothes clean quickly.

• Trejo (1/5): Nunca volveré a hospedarme ahí - La ubicación Nunca pudimos conectarnos al wifi y el agua caliente solo salió 5 min. Nada mas una persona pudo bañarse. Lo peor de todo éramos 6 personas y me acomodaron en 2 departamentos cuando todos entrábamos en uno con su respectiva cama, por lo que me duplicaron los costos y el dueño se defendió diciendo que yo había pedido estancia para 8 personas cuando en realidad éramos 6 tal y como decía la reservacion, al final ninguna disculpa solo que ya no se podía hacer nada. • Giacomo (10/5): Soggiorno super in appartamento nel centro di Milano - Appartamento facile da raggiungere, a 2 passi dalla fermata metro Missori. Vicinissimo al Duomo. L'host Stefano è stato gentilissimo e presente al bisogno. Zona tranquilla. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, compreso la biancheria. Di notte un po' di rumori dal piano superiore (poco insonorizzato)
