Chantelle (4/5): Excellent location but apartment needs attention. - Location amazing Finishes- doors don't close properly. Hot water in shower works intermittently, no spare pillows, only 2 in 2nd bedroom. Cupboards peeling in kitchen. Insufficient cutlery and crockery. No spare linen or towels.

Megan (6/5): Pleasant - The location No one attended to cleaning of the apartment during our staff even though we were advised that staff are available during the week for cleaning. Friday was a weak day and not a public holiday but no one came
Cecel (2/5): Terrible vacation in Umdloti - Cupboards falling off, no wifi password, geyser failed on the second day could not get help
