- Chris (8/5): We loved our stay and would happily stay here again. - Authetic Properties were generally great to deal with and quick to respond to any questions or queries we had, once we had an assigned concierge. The property was easy to access, we checked in late and so did the self check in. Instructions were clear. The house is so spacious and very well laid out. It was clean and tidy on arrival. There are some parts of the house which could do with a small bit of maintenance and freshening up.

- William (10/5): Huge and classy home with views, walkable to Table Mountain gondola, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I 100% recommend - Perfect setting, we actually walked to the Table Mountain lower gondola kiosk, enjoyed breakfast at Ou Meul twice, loved the house decor, the layout, the view, the quiet cul de sac, and this safe classy neighborhood. Nothing. It’s amazing.

We were there with a mobile 18month old child which is a massive risk to have a open pool (not even compliant with the SA building regulations). We asked several times for this to be fixed over the 6 days stay. It really had a massive negative impact on our stay.

- Liana (9/5): A beautiful retreat - A beautiful villa which is spacious, well equipped and decorated. This is an absolute dream house. The outdoor area is a particular highlight. Would have been lovely if there was an option to purchase a food package in advance so you didn’t have to worry about finding food when you arrive
