• Jerot Chapotin (10/5): Un excellent séjour à Porto - Très bien situé, hôtel avec cachet et très calme. Un espace thé/café est à disposition toute la journée et le personnel est très attentionné. Nous avons oublié quelque chose dans la chambre en partant et le jour même, ils nous l' ont retourné par courrier sans frais ! Très touchant !

Nous avions notre chambre au dernier niveau, pour nous éviter les escalie - Le calme, le service, le personnel, la literie, le petit déjeuner et une douche avec de l’eau chaude en continu et de la pression J’aurais aimé que les sanitaires soient mieux insonorisés.

• Maryna Tyshchenko (8/5): - A very clean and cozy room with everything you need. Great location, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The glass shower and toilet were quite unusual and uncomfortable to use (even though the glass was frosted), especially when traveling with a friend or colleague, as I was. We booked a room for two, but there was only one blanket on the bed. We stayed on the 4th floor with no elevator, which was a bit tiring. There is no breakfast area, it is delivered to the room, which wasn’t very convenient.

A lot of restaurants around as well and even a supermarket just in front of the hotel. Amazing room view of the Clérigos Tower, super clean room, a nice welcome note and sweets. We were even served with wine at the reception when arriving for the check in. The staff super friendly and ready to help. Nice breakfast served in the room every morning, you can choose from a variety of options. Free coffee/tea and cookies at every floor. Nothing to mention

The staff was wonderful. There is no elevator but we knew this before we arrived. The staff will help you up with your luggage.

• María (9/5): Lugar ideal para visitar Oporto a pie. - La ubicación es excelente para visitar Oporto. Que te traigan el desayuno a la habitación es muy cómodo. Nos dieron la habitación 6 la primera noche. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio, ya que justo en la pared de al lado hay un cuarto de maquinas y fue imposible dormir por el ruido. Nos cambiaron a la mañana siguiente de habitación sin problema.

Kapotte badkamerlamp (meteen laten oplossen), losse wc-bril, enorme wachttijd tot warm water. - Uiteindelijk een kleine kamer op de 4e (hoogste) verdieping, vermoeiende 98 trappen. - Koffiefaciliteiten op elke etage, thee helaas alleen op 2. - Geen fijne stoelen voor ontbijt (krukjes). - Ontbijt prima, maar hygiënisch niet oké. Slechts 1 v/d 4 dagen de correcte bestelling gekregen. Soms vieze borden, kapotte glazen, zwarte schimmel in de yoghurt, plakkerige potjes, haar in de honing, ....

Nada, todo fue super bien.

Service de qualité, propreté impeccable, des petites attentions très appréciées. Vigilance par rapport aux escaliers car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.
• Susi (9/5): Perfektes Stadthotel - "Feel like home" war nicht nur ein Slogan sondern ehrlich. Man hat auf jedem Stockwerk ständigen Zugang zu Getränken, Tee, Kaffee. Im Mittleren sogar zu Keksen und täglich frischen Kuchen. Das Frühstück aufs Zimmer war sehr gut organisiert und für uns mehr als ausreichend. Sowohl Uhrzeit wie auch Zutaten täglich wählbar. Das Personal war super freundlich und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Den Standort von außen fast zu übersehen und "belebt", innen eine andere Welt. Zur Metro (Aeroporto) 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!! Zu beachten ist lediglich, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn man etwas geh-eingeschrenkt/älter ist, sollte man das beachten. Die besten Zimmer liegen ganz oben :-)

La chambre bien que pas tres grande est tres jolie et agréable et très bien insonorisée Des petites collations nous attendent sur le palier toute la journée avec disposition thé café fruits et gâteaux L'hôtel est en pleine rue piétonne commerçante et on peut tout visiter a pied a moins de 15mn Merci encore pour la jolie attention pour nos 19 ans de mariage !!! Tout est formidable !

• Virginia (9/5): Hotelito encantador - A pesar de su apariencia externa, las instalaciones son nuevas y cuidadas. Está en plena calle Catarina, la más importante arteria comercial de Oporto. El personal es encantador, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. En la penúltima planta, hay café, agua, bizcocho y galletas y todos los días te llevan el desayuno a la habitación en una mesita portátil, previa elección de la hora y el menú. Tiene un balconcito con vistas de ensueño. Lo único malo, que no fue una sorpresa, porque lo advierten claramente, son las escaleras. Vuelves a casa agotado, o hecho un atleta, según se mire 😅

• Sandra (10/5): Finde en oporto - Todo perfecto. El personal muy amable en todo momento. La habitación fue perfecta y cómoda. Te traen el desayuno a la habitación, previamente escogido por ti. Nos encantó que tuvieran el detalle de tener siempre café, té y agua a disposición de los clientes y además cada tarde, ponen bizcocho, galletas y frutas. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro. Hay muchas escaleras (como en todo oporto😅) y no disponen de ascensor. Pero los detalles extras lo compensan con creces.

• Ewa (9/5): - Nice, simple room with the view at the city. Toom was very clean, bed comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Nice touch is the fact that you can make tea and coffee at the corridor and there are some sweet treats available. Tasty breakfast. Room a bit cold. It was possible to heat up with the aircondition, but overall there was a lot of humidity. Not much storage place - for me it wasn't a problem but might be for a longer stay.
