- Murray (10/5): Lovely cottage in a great location - This is such a lovely place to stay. The location is great, easy to get to by car and just a quick walk into the city. There is private space for parking, and the property feels very secluded and cosy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen area has virtually everything you can need, and the bed is very comfortable. We both thought this was probably the nicest cottage we have ever rented. I would definitely recommend it, and would try to stay again if I was returning to Chichester. It’s such a small thing but I would always prefer a wardrobe to a row of hooks in the bedroom, especially as we were there for a week. but there was plenty of other storage space.

- Roger (6/5): I beleive the above sums up our stay. - Location, easy walk into town. Good Wi-Fi. Ample parking. Pleasant hosts. Property clean and well serviced during our 20 day stay (two bookings). Pillows hard, had to buy our own. No bath mat, had to buy our own. Shower drains too slow, had to stop several times mid shower so pan did not over flow. Shower head drips continually. TV too small, smaller than my computer monitor at home. Step at front door too high for older persons. Although our fault no washer and drier for extended stay. Property not recommended for extended stay as concurred by owner David. Booked through booking.com and was charged a booking plus a booking fee by Henry Adams which seemed wrong as we were not advised of this until we had paid. Book direct and do not go through booking.com
- Roger (10/5): See above. Will complete at the completion of next booking. - This was a four day rental. We have another 16 days under a separate booking. Will give a full evaluation at the end of the month. Hosts extremely helpful. There is no washer and drier.
- Young (10/5): Peace and quiet and within reach of the South Downs - Very quiet, very comfortable, liked the decor and especially liked the interesting books. And very convenient for the city centre and for public transport. We also enjoyed sitting in the courtyard garden. Nothing
