Shari (10/5): Front desk - Beautiful View. Rooms were very clean & sufficient for an overnight stay Front desk personnel on Saturday. I had asked when checking in on Friday abt if we were a little over on leaving would it be an issue. Was told No issue as they would be closed the next week for renovation. 10:30 should not be an issue. At 10:18 I was called & questioned about checking out, I relayed the previous days conversation & that I had just sent one son to get a cart & one to move the car around. I unfortunately had some stomach issues & was dealing with that when I got the next call at 10:44. I did not answer because we were in the hall headed to the elevator. Front desk personnel met us at the door of the elevator & we proceeded to the office. She was rude abt she had spoke to the Friday desk clerk & that we WERE WELL PAST 10:30. I tried to explain the toilet situation only to be talked over. I did point my finger IN THE AIR not AT HER and retracted it as soon as she mentioned anything about it. I waz furious by this time & told her to charge the acct & I hoped She Has a Better Day!!
Robert (4/5): Below average. - What breakfast??? Was very run-down. Tiniest liv rm & din rm combo ever seen. Bathr mirror had big black area where reflection stuff had come off. Layout was weird. Long skinny outdated kitchen. Then they wanted US to strip the beds, wipe down the counters, do the dishwasher & empty the trash over across the street. Never saw a request like that before in all our travels. Oh and they want you to go to a Vacation buy-in presentation.

Rosalie (10/5): - 2 BR is compact but comfortable for 2 adults. Deck is small and only accommodates 2 chairs. There is a side ocean view. Building is likely 20-30 years old but is well-maintained. Parking is across the street.

Robbin (10/5): - The location to the beach is great! Mandy is fantastic at the front desk! We arrived after hours with perfect instructions on checking in ! The condo was nice with all you would need. A Keurig would be a great addition to the kitchen but the coffee maker did fine. We will definitely stay with them again!And did I mention the ocean view balcony? Very nice!

Vicky (10/5): Wonderful time! - Family oriented! Nice quiet place. The people in the office were the best. I forgot to bring coffee and they offered me a Keurig for the room and some coffee. It was so sweet. Thanks so much to them. They did more than what was expected. We had a great time and we will plan to go back.

The room was ok and it was clean except there was a blood stain in my comforter and I didn’t like that we had to take out the trash to the dumpster and put all the bedding and towels in the hallway !! I feel like if you go to stay in a place they should clean all the room after you leave that’s like their job that’s why you pay a lot so you can just go and enjoy !! Other than that it was good

D (8/5): An OK stay - The rooms were clean. Having a full kitchen was convenient also. The stay was okay for me. The couch and recliner in the unit we had need to be tossed out as it appeared to be worn and not cleaned. There should also be a designated smoking area for smokers. Other than that, it was okay.

Esther (10/5): A Place at the Beach, Windy Hills - The apartment was clean and nice. Good view of the ocean. Outdoor Pool and jacuzzi available. On the beach. I had a problem with the booking, but the manager and staff straightened it out with no complaints. Very nice people and efficient!

Sherri (8/5): Had a wonderful vacation and loved our accommodations! - The rooms were perfect and all the space was wonderful! Loved that the balcony overlooked the ocean! The kitchen and living room area were very nice! Loved that the unit had washer and dryer! We were going n the 3rd floor and there are no elevators so we had to climb steps everyday, which is not horrible but since I wasn’t feeling the best it was a little harder. We only had a hot tub at our condo which wasn’t working the first several days so we had to go to another unit to use pool, which I didn’t like.

Mary (4/5): Disappointing - The location was fine We were on the bottom floor after requesting not to be. We were right in front of the pool and woken up every morning to kids screaming. We asked to be moved and were told they couldn't move us. We won't stay there again.

Adrienne (10/5): Great place tucked away yet near all of the things - I was with my sister and our teenage sons for Spring break. I brought a lot of things from home but they also had a fully stocked kitchen equipping with everything from Tupperware to a teapot. The room was located on the side of the building so we had a clear view of both the beach and the parking lot. The young man who checked us in was very nice and all of the people who i crossed paths with on the property were pleasant.. the only complaint that i had was a very strong urine smell in the stairwell. I assume someones dog couldn't hold it anymore. All around it was a great, comfortable cozy place and i would definitely book again.

Just don’t like having to strip all the beds and carry off trash myself… that’s housekeeping job absolutely everywhere I’ve ever stayed all over the US including Hawaii & Alaska. Also need a regular size kitchen trash can - not a small one. One fast food trip for 4 fills small trash can up.

Carla (10/5): - This property was exactly as listed and was an outstanding bargain! I wanted a quiet, clean 2-bedroom condo on the beach with an oceanfront view and I got exactly that! I couldn't have asked for anything more, and that rate was fantastic as well. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I definitely will return and have shared my great experience with members of my family as well!

Iosgene (9/5): Superb - I am talking about room 503 - Very clean, nice kitchen. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Big refrigerator, stove, full kitchenware is available. Looks like a new carpet. It is a good size apartment. Definitely I want to stay again. One towel for one man for one full week. They change towels only every Tuesday. :) So, bring your towels.

The cockroaches in our room was very disturbing, and was told a room next to us was infested and they'd take note of this. Highly doubtful. No compensation was offered even though we told the office all the time and effort that was going to be put in to just getting our luggage and items in our house.
