• Sonya (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment in garden setting with views of the golf course. - A clean spacious apartment with lovely view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates etc. Hosts were very informative with an app about the apartment and what to do in Port Stephens. The curtains were not wide enough to block out the external lighting that remained on all night in the main bedroom. Also, having the toilet in the bathroom maybe very difficult if more than 3 people were sharing the one bathroom. Some of the blankets need replacing.

There was plenty of space for the whole family. The communication from the hosts was exceptional. The kitchen facilities and the BBQ were great! Loved that the condo had everything we needed! The double beds were super comfy. Thanks for a great stay. The king bed was a little firm.

• Nicole (8/5): Perfect - We cooked out own breakfast and bought coffees from the golf club cafe Hilary and David were quick to rectify an issue regarding the bedding and linen that I raised after check out. Pleased that they made the change for comfort for all future guests. Will return in future.

• Alan (7/5): Nice weekend away but facilities a hot run down. - It was a nice outlook looking across the golf course It was a little bit dirty in the kitchen area. The golf course was run down with patchy fairways and greens. The swimming pool was not in service. The club house didn’t offer meals and closed at 6pm.

We welcome to the fresh beautiful leaves decoration make us feeling so refreshed. I think they need a pest control for the condo, because we got several cockroaches came inside the condo.

• Jaime (10/5): It's a beautiful stay. - The facility is well maintained and very nice. The location is excellent for golf, nature, beaches, and fishing. It is very safe as you wake up to neighbours playing golf and cute kangaroos. There is only one toilet together with the shower, so you have to wait on each other to use the shower or toilet. There is a tall hedge on the passenger side which made it hard to get in and out on that side.

• Edward (8/5): Very much worth the price. - I like the location as it is pretty close to Port Stephens shopping centre. Also, the host was very quick to respond to my concerns. I didn’t like that there was some problems with the internet but it got fixed really quick thanks to the amazing host.

• Christina (6/5): Needs an update. - Great location. Plenty of room in the accommodation. The bed was very uncomfortable. It sunk in the middle, terrible for a couple. Did not have a good night's sleep any night. The whole place is in need of an upgrade. The microwave had paint peeling off it. A number of things needed to be painted or replaced.

• Tina (7/5): Was an enjoyable weekend in a beautiful area - The property was in one of the most beautiful location, kangaroos everywhere and kookaburras, it was peaceful The main bed wasn’t very comfortable it had a ditch in the middle , some of the kitchen ware wasn’t cleaned properly and there was a few small roaches however being on an open property it’s nothing that’s not expected.

We loved the outlook over the golf course complete with kangaroos. We especially enjoyed the undercover outdoor barbecue which was important in such rainy weather. There was a good selection of DVDs, Stan and Netflix. The showerhead was a little tricky. Reported to hosts and who said they would attend to it.
• Tracey (10/5): Triple Tracey's weekend - Beautiful condo on the golf course, plenty of room, tea, coffee, sugar, glad wrap alfoil, Salt and pepper etc, a great place to stay, after service was excellent as well, I left my clothes on hangers, host David organised for them to be sent fast and efficiently, would highly recommend, also the price was very good

• Deb (8/5): A good holiday in a beautiful area as long as you have a car. - Quiet location. Could see kangaroos grazing. Well set up, comfortable to stay in, clean and well equipped. Furniture up to date. Good TV. Beds comfortable. Garbage had to be carried across the road to be emptied. Touch screen for the keys didnt have instructions to hold your finger down to activate the screen. Perhaps instructions could be printed and kept in a weatherproof housing. Fire extinguisher out of reach and pulled off the wall when tried to remove the extinguisher from the bracket. A shelf over the sink which held the oven was a bumping hazard.

This place is an absolute pleasure to stay and have a chilled holiday with your loved ones. It was so clean, perfect location, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, perfect size living for the kids. My little one didn't want to leave as she loved it that much! Good view with a visitor such as wallabys and ducks. We absolutely loved this place. David and Hilary are so good with communication, thanks..will be staying again in future!

Minor issues but they did affect the overall experience.There was a bad smell coming from the bottom shelves under the sink. It was like someone had put something dirty which was leaving the smell. Avoided opening it. Also would have wished to have spare garbage bags to cater for a four day stay. The mattress on the double bed in second bedroom had a dip and my son wasn’t particularly happy sleeping in it for 3 nights. Could have shifted to the upper bunk but it was not made.

And the large lounge indoor living area Ineffective curtains, especially in master bedroom. Lost sleep My adult daughter’s mattress in the the 2nd bedroom was poor and lumpy. If they had put the linen on the other bed in the room it would’ve been fine though

But if you have a walking disability, need to be aware of the 6 steps outside. Otherwise a lovely stay, with a comfortable king size bed and great pressure and hot water in the shower. Didn’t like the 6 steep steps leading down to the unit from the pathway from the car park, as I have mobility problems. Fortunately there was a rail for me to hold onto.

The condo is clean and tidy. The ducks would make a mess all over the patio but not really something I personally would complain about.

Clutching at straws and something very much out of the property owners control, but the ducks/geese that appeared out of nowhere when enjoying the outdoor patio. Made it hard to relax outside. They’re not at all afraid and would literally take food from your hands.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the golf course with lots of kangaroos coming to visit at dusk and the friendliest magpies popping past each morning to join in with our morning cuppa! Check in and check out was a breeze and we are ever so thankful to be able to relax and unwind at condo 105! Would highly recommend Loved it all

• Deepti (10/5): Great place for a short getaway - This was our 2nd time at Condo 105 & we will be coming back again. It was perfect little place for us, had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location ,shops and all attractions in Port Stephens are only short drive away. The view of the golfcouse is stunning. Kids loved seeing kangaroos hopping around & beautiful birds in the golfcourse. Highly recommended!

• Keith (8/5): We loved the location and the space. All it needs is maintenance. - Fabulous llcation. We were welcomed by a group of kangaroos 5 metres from our back door. Golf clubbouse close. Excellent pub style meals at a good price. We didnt like the cockroaches. While clean the whole place is getting old and needs maintenance. Rusty cupboard handles grouting needs cleaning no free to air tv kitchen clock needed a battery. Nothing major.

• Felipe (6/5): Pleasent Stay - The location is just perfect 5 minutes drive to the shops, 10 minutes to the beach. Bonus, you also get kangaroos in the morning and afternoon. Master room was comfy The decoration and furniture are a bit outdated. The bunk beds in the spare room are not kids friendly and the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the house wasn't fully clean on arrival, and facilities like pool and outdoor BBQs not functional.

The communication is smooth and the whole process is fast and convenient. The facilities covers all your need. The bed is a little soft. The backyard needs clean because of the bird drops.

Peaceful location, quiet, until our kids were playing outside 😉 Unit very clean and well appointed, 8 beds plus a fold out sofa and spare mattresses! Comfortable space to relax and share time with friends and family Nothing, well the fridge lightly froze the water bottles but I like cold water 😉
