• Bonnie (9/5): - The premises were wonderful for our needs. Very clean and tidy, easy access to shops and dining experiences and of course the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Ceiling fans throughout. Airconditioning system was great. This unit has enough beds to sleep 4 couples, 2 singles + . Which is incredibly value for money. Quiet and lovely setting with off road parking for 1 smallish sedan type vehicle. I think it was just the way the booking system is set up but we seemed to recieve an awful lot of messages through email and text regarding our stay. We had always booked through Booking.com but then this property seemed to have a second booking system attached to it which we also filled out and responded too but then got texts and emails from and through both Booking.com and seemingly the owners directly who were lovely however extremely attentive? I had 9 phone text messages and 12 emails relating to this two night stay which needs to be remedied. Usually we have 4 messages/Emails at most being confirmation/welcome message/hope you enjoyed your stay/please leave a review. That is more than ample.

I really liked the guidebook - I saved it to my phone as an app and could easily access any information about the house that I needed. The property was well equipped to host a big group of people. Messages kept us up to date with where things were & what to do. No coffee left so we grabbed some later, when we messaged they were apologetic & offered to reimburse us - so quick to update.
• Sokuntheary (7/5): Cleanliness 😐 - The location was nice and the property was spacey enough. The cleanliness of the property could definitely be lifted. There was hair in all three beds that was made up and cobwebs on the corner of stairs and ceiling of kitchen. Mould on blinds near the entrance, the little certain above kitchen window, dead cockroach in one of the wardrobe in the bedrooms that are also dusty. Some of the available amenities in the kitchen could also do with replacement/ updating. It's just not a great feeling.

• Rebecca (9/5): Great place to stay for families. The hosts were great with communication. - We really enjoyed how close the accommodation was to Coolum Beach and the shops. It was a very easy walk. Rooms were a good size and easily fit the 6 of us in. Great place to stay for families, Would have loved a dryer to be available but we understand that isn't an option sometimes. Unfortunately we had some very wet weather on a few days we were visiting and trying to get 6 x beach towels dry was a mission.

All round great place and enjoyed by my family. The oven is slow. Would recommend providing an Airfryer for cooking.

• Louise (8/5): A great place for families to stay to enjoy the Sunshine Coast - The beds (bedroom 1 and 2) were very comfortable and the area was quiet, even in busy holiday period! The ducted air conditioning was very efficient and with the fans, kept the property cool on hot and humid days. The bathroom had a lovely long bench and plenty of towel hanging racks, which were very useful. The property was close to the beach and local shopping area…within easy walking distance. Having a washing machine, drying rack and outside hanging area was very useful for washing swimmers and towels. Communication from the owner was excellent - efficient, informative and prompt. The garage was not suitable for larger cars.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Great location, so relaxing to stay at. - Location was so good. The beach was at the end of the street. The living area downstairs was very spacious, as were the bedrooms upstairs. Washing machine was also great!

There was a damp, musty smell in the bathroom & upstairs toilet. It lessened when the windows were open, but was always there.The bathroom & kitchen appeared not to have been cleaned recently. The appliances were quite dirty.

• Samundra (2/5): Good location but house was absolutely feral. - Close to the beach. Great location. Got heaps. Worst place that I have ever stayed. Bed sheets had stains and unpleasant smell, definitely not clean. House was full of ants and spiders. Undies hanging on the back of the door, just feral to be honest. All it takes is the cleaners to clean the place and do some pest spray, 15 dollars from bunnings should do that job. Would never return.

The location was excellent and we could not have asked for anything better. They accommodated all our needs. I couldn't pick anything that was missing. My husband just passed so I wanted a Chilled Out stay.

It contained everything you could need and was a short walk to the beach and close to food and coffee. The area was super quiet. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. Nothing.
