Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 窓に遮光カーテンなどがあれば良かったとも思います。
- Nicholas (10/5): Pleasant surprise great value ski in-out hotel - Had a wonderful stay. Amazing to be able to literally ski out the back door onto the piste. Friendly & helpful staff, good value clean with huge & delicious dinners (bit expensive!). 15 min walk from Tsugaike kogen bus stop (other Hakuba resorts + Nagano Station). Private barrel bath room was fun. Enough English spoken that basic communication was not an issue. Discounted lift passes. NB: Lodge takes cards but lots of places don't and NO ATM in village - BRING CASH!!!! Tsugaike kogen is great for beginners, but for better skiers, after a few days, you might want to get bus to some other slopes!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay here - Freezing cold room. Had to make our own beds. Awful room. No breakfast. Terrible room. Poor service. Bad room. Very low standard bathroom and «shower».
- Verified traveler (6/5): - location was good, it's just beside the Tsugaike ski area, you can ski-in and ski-out there .
staff was friendly and warm-hearted, food was tasty there.
the heater comes out with the smell of gasoline. it's really unpleasant odor. but if you turn off the heater it would be too cold to stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location ski in ski out
Lots of storage for skis and areas to hang gear
Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful even though English was minimal
