- Annette (7/5): - Équipe de l'hôtel superbe😍😍😍10/10 hôtel confortable, mais encore beaucoup de Allemands🤨, ils sont mal elevé et gâche mon séjour à Mallorca, nous sommes maintenant à côté de Palma ou la clientèle et plus mélangé et sa fait du bien, les Allemands te dispute pour le pain dans le grillé pain, pour le table, pour rentrer dans l'ascenseur, ils sont affreux et pas marrant, même les équipes dans les hôtels les supporte pas, ils peine a dire bonjour ou merci, et se crois supérieure, Ici buffet bien, petit dej superbe, et le plage à côté très bien, on a par contre décidé dorénavant, hôtels adult only !!! Pas mal d'enfants ici et même mentalité que les parents !! 😡

- Britta (2/5): Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen - Leider entspricht dieses Hotel aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Standard. Das gesamte Haus ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Bereits der Empfangsbereich wirkt sehr kühl und hallenartig, ebenso das Restaurant, wodurch kaum eine gemütliche Atmosphäre entsteht. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig und bot wenig Auswahl beziehungsweise Abwechslung. Die Hotelbar befindet sich in einer riesigen Halle im Keller – die Akustik dort ist äußerst unangenehm und laut. Die Zimmer wirken altbacken und renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders negativ fiel das Badezimmer auf: Es gibt lediglich eine Badewanne mit Duschwand, wobei der hohe Ein- und Ausstieg wirklich gefährlich ist. Zudem funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nur eingeschränkt. Auch grundlegende Dinge wie Shampoo, Conditioner oder Bodylotion waren nicht vorhanden. Die Balkone bieten keinerlei Privatsphäre. Vom Meer hat man nur einen eingeschränkten Blick, da man praktisch durch eine „Schneise“ von Balkonen schauen muss. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Mängel sind wir vorzeitig abgereist. Uns wurde eine Erstattung für die restlichen Urlaubstage zugesagt. Leider warten wir nun seit über sechs Wochen auf die Rückzahlung, und auf E-Mails reagiert das Hotel überhaupt nicht. Insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung, die wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen können.

- David (1/5): - La ubicación frente de la playa. Esto va dirigido al propietario o a los inversores!!!tienen que hacer una gran reforma completa desde la entrada hasta que llegue a la playa . No hay derecho que los pobres empleados estén escuchando críticas de los clientes de como están las instalaciones del hotel comida etc..
- Andreas Karl (6/5): Tolle Lage, hervorragendes Essen - der Rest leider nur 2 Sterne wert. - Das Beste ist ganz klar das Essen. Das hat auf jeden Fall 4 Sterne verdient. Die wechselnden Menüs am Abend sind wahnsinnig vielfältig und sehr lecker. Da gibt es nichts besser zu machen. Die Ausstattung und das Ambiente sind niemals 4 Sterne wert. Unser Zimmer mit "Meerblick" war im EG. Wir sahen auf eine ungepflegte Liegeterasse mit kaputten herumliegenden Sonneschirmen. Hinter dem Geländer war dann das Meer zu erahnen. Weiter lag das Zimmer genau über dem großen, geschmacklosen "Animationssaal mit Bar" - das heißt, wir haben das Vormittags- und Abendprogramm (bis 23 Uhr) hautnah miterleben müssen (bum, bum, bum, bum), ob wir wollten oder nicht. Die Zimmer/Balkone haben keine Wäscheständer (in einem Badehotel!). Das Licht auf dem Balkon kann vom Hotelgast nicht selbst bedient werden, sondern wird zentral vom Hotel gesteuert. Das heißt, abends und in der Dämmerung lesen oder spielen ist unmöglich, bis das Hotelpersonal/oder die Automatik um 21:30 Uhr entscheidet Licht zu machen - das man natürlich aber auch nicht ausschalten kann. "Mit Fernseher" heißt, das ein winziger Fernseher seitlich der Betten auf einem Abstelltisch steht, also kaum nutzbar. Das ist klar Pseudo für die Beschönigung der Ausstattung. Das Bad hat keinen funktionierenden Abzug/keinen Lüfter. Wenn eine Person geduscht hat ist der Spiegel unbrauchbar. Mit offener, abenteuerlicher Installation sind "Hilfsnachtischleuchten" über den Betten angeschlossen. Der Zimmerservice macht auf dem Balkon nichts (Aschenbecher leeren, Hantücher aufräumen usw.), die Betten werden je nach Laune des Personals gemacht. Zusammenfassend ist das Hotel insgesamt niemals 4 Sterne wert, auch wenn die Lage direkt am Strand sehr schön ist.

Die Lage direkt am Strand und Nahe dem Ort ist super! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage und das Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Hallenbad mit Sauna ist sehr angenehm, vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter. Der Fön im Bad ist sehr schwach, es dauert ewig bis die Haare trocken sind...

- Ina (7/5): Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer - Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr schön. Man kann in beide Richtungen spazieren gehen und hat einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war okay, man kann draußen sitzen und aufs Meer schauen. Die Räume sind nicht wirklich schön gestaltet, aber sauber. Leider ist es zum Flur hin sehr hellhörig und das Reinigungspersonal startet sehr früh mit dem Reinigen der Zimmer. Keine Chance mal etwas länger zu schlafen. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, man kann sich aber einen Wasserkocher leihen. Tagsüber gibt es Entertainment und laute Musik, da alles vor den Balkonen stattfindet. Muss man mögen.

- Masana (7/5): Buena experiencia. - La ubicación excelente! El personal genial! Comida buena, para ser buffet mejor que muchos. El hotel ya tiene unos años, se nota, pero la relación calidad precio es muy apropiada. La barandilla de los balcones me parece muy peligrosa para niños, ya que los barrotes estan en horizontal y es muy facil trepar por ellos.

Las instalaciones están bien, sobretodo destacaría la piscina cubierta, el agua está calentita, genial para disfrutar con la familia cuando todavía no hace tanto calor. Lo único que he echado en falta serían unas lamparitas de noche/luz de lectura para poder leer un rato cuando los niños duermen.
- Karin Sigle (8/5): Ein alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem netten familiären Hotel! - Tolle Lage am Meer mit direktem Strandzugang. Habe in Cala Rajada kein Hotel in vergleichbarer Lage gesehen. Wir waren als Familie dort, 8 Personen, 3 Generationen (11 bis 82 Jahre alt) und es hat für alle gepasst. Wir hatten nur Frühstück. Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und reichhaltig und wird auch immer nachgefüllt. Kaffee was sehr gut und an mehreren Stationen zu haben, ua auch Nespresso) Anstehen musste man nur fürs Trinkwasser, das könnte man noch verbessern. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer werden jeden Tag gemacht. Strandhandtücher auch inklusive. Das Hotel ist fast barrierefrei, es gibt allerdings in den Zimmern (zumindest in den 4 von uns gebuchten) nur Badewannen und keine Duschen. Das kann und war in unserem Fall für ältere Personen ein Problem sein. Der Einstieg in den Indoor und Outdoorpool ist nur über Leitern möglich (keine Treppen mit Handlauf)

- Wolfgang (5/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt an einem Sandstrand. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr kleine Zimmer, nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer insbesondere das Badezimmer hat eine Renovierung sehr notwendig. Auf dem Zimmer gab es Trinkgefäße aus Pappe, die waren schnell durchgeweicht und dann gab es kein Ersatz. Das Frühstück geht so, aber im Saal ist es sehr laut. Zum Kaffee muss man Schlange stehen und wenn man daran ist, ist der Automat kaputt.

- Malen70 (8/5): - Las vistas. Hotel a pie de playa. El personal muy amable y atento. Para ser un 4* tienen muy poca variedad en bufett. Las judías verdes, estaban muy poco hechas y estaban duras. Un punto a favor, que tenían salmón ahumado en el desayuno y aguacate en las cenas. Imagino que al ser un hotel para verano, eché de menos un poco de calefacción en las zonas comunes. En cambio, en la habitación se estaba bien.

People very kind and very helpful, from the people on the reception, the people in the bar, people in the pool, people in the restaurant.. All amazing! And of course the hotel is in front of the beach so someone could say that location is very nice. Also the breakfast of this hotel is one of the most amazing I have tried. Such a big variety and everything very tasty.. It worths it to take the extra breakfast for sureeee!! 100000 likes! There was probably over-chlorination in the pool and jacuzzi because our skins were extremely itchy and dry after the spa. Obviously it's nice that it's there as a free service, but I think maybe there should be some monitoring of the chlorine level. Also, this combined with the bad shampoo provided was a bit devastating for the skin and hair, but otherwise everything was great (just take shampoo with you).

- Marie-Luise (10/5): Ich komme liebend gern wieder! - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer in einer niedlichen Bucht. Vom Balkon und beim Frühstück konnte ich jeden Tag einen phänomenalen Meerblick genießen. Zudem war es Ende Oktober schon sehr ruhig. Das tat mir wahnsinnig gut. Es eignet sich aber auch als Familienfreundliches Hotel, es gibt ein Spa mit Sauna, Massagen und Pflege, die man sich dazubuchen kann, Animationsangebote sind auch vorhanden. In der Nähe ist die Strandpromenade mit schönen Cafés, Restaurants und Clubs. Vor der Tür befinden sich aber auch tolle Wandertouten mit spektakulärer Aussicht über die traumhaften Buchten. Gute Wanderschuhe sind dringend empfohlen. Das Gym wirkte nicht so gepflegt und einige Geräte müssen dringend gewartet bzw. repariert werden. Krafttraining mit Freihanteln und Kettlebells funktionierte aber gut.

The views from the terraces and balconies are amazing any time of the day! The hotel room, reception and a restaurant service has high professional quality with a friendly approach. the outdoor and indoor swimming pools and cafes provide a relax not only in sunny days. The holiday days spend in the hotel at the pink sandy beach and turquoise sea are unforgettable!
- Wilma (10/5): Una experiencia agradable y satisfactoria - El hotel tiene amplias zonas de recepción y rincones para sentarse, con una decoración interesante. El personal he encontrado profesional y amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia, ropero generoso, cuarto de baño con bañera. Habían puesto una camita y comedero para mi perrita, por lo cual cobran un plus. La cena y desayuno muy variados, con suficiente elección para una dieta vegetariana. La zona es excepcional. Da al mar con una playa pequeña enfrente y por un lado hay un paseo por la costa rocosa y por el otro lado está el paseo boulevard de los restaurantes y bares y está cerca de la calle de todo tipo de tiendas. Espero poder volver pronto. El desayuno también variado, pero he echado en falta unos dulces frescos o caseros como p.e. bizcocho, galletas con chocolate o ensaimadas.

- José (9/5): Gezellig hotel aan een klein strand. - Het hotel ligt direct aan het strand, met 3 leuke strandtenten in de buurt. De bedden waren goed. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het eten was heerlijk en afwisselend. Buiten ontbijten en dineren met uitzicht op de zee. De kamers zou je wat kunnen moderniseren
- Birgit (8/5): Schöner Urlaub direkt am Strand - Gutes Frühstück - sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Meerblick war somit absolut gegeben und wunderschön. Gute Lokale, Bars, Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
- Olena (6/5): Do not recommend - Location and friendly staff The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. Many facilities did not work properly, and the cleanliness was below expectations. Breakfast was disappointing, made with the cheapest ingredients and not tasty. Overall, not worth the price.
