• CHARLES (10/5): - Definitely a budget hotel with a room barely bigger than the bed. Shower room clean and functional. Perfect if what you need is a clean safe hotel to stay the night. It is very new and in a newly redeveloped neighborhood. Carrefour, a gym and places to eat next door. We greatly enjoyed Moustache bar and Phuket restaurant close by. A tram stop just a short and safe walk down the road between Moustache and Phuket. We also appreciated the secure parking, but the parking lot is the roof level of a parking garage and is a hundred meters behind the hotel and not connected. A little tricky if it’s raining. There is lots of local street parking which is normally full - perhaps with hotel residents unwilling to pay the 9€ per night. It would be better to charge 1€ more for the room and include it for free. Would definitely stay here again.
• jerome (8/5): Bien sauf le petit dejeuner - Hôtel propre et personnel accueillant. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est très loin d’être a la hauteur du prix. Du miel non français, du pain dur et des croissants type supermarché. Le pire c’est le groupe de chinois venu visiter la France et qui doivent être surpris de 2 symboles du pays (pain et croissants) vraiment pas à la hauteur.

• P R (2/5): Horrible and terrible stay..Pls avoid - I had a terrible stay in the hotel. Rooms are Infront of the road with pathetic insulation system. I could hear loud noises of train, cars and bikes and hardly could sleep. I informed receptionist who was really smug not to acknowledge the issue. When she came to check in my room she was like I cannot help..you can leave hotel if you want at 7pm!!!! What a terrible customer service with zero empathy

• Trisha (8/5): - Perfect for a short stay when you’re on your way to other parts of Europe. Airconditioning in the room couldn’t be adjusted, it was a bit too hot in the room.
• Orlando (8/5): - It is a great hotel that sits right next to the T10 tram line. The station is a very short walk away. It's an easy transfer from the tram to the RER which takes you to the center of Paris. There were stores and supermarkets nearby too. Friendly staff that provided small fans upon request as well as a hair dryer. The AC wasn't very strong but the fans and large window that could be opened made up for it.

Breakfast was okay: no fresh fruits other than pre packaged fruit salad but a decent choice of bread and pastries. The area around the hotel is lovely. We enjoyed the town we saw on the way to the metro more than Paris itself.
• Pascal (8/5): Presque parfait - Le séjour s'est bien passé. Malgré tout, on peut déplorer un manque de produits au petit-déjeuner. Les 2 premiers jours, il ne manquait rien. Par contre, les samedi et dimanche, malgré le fait que nous étions à table entre 7:30 et 8:00, plus de jambon, plus de cantal, plus de pain noir...dommage que les previsions au niveau des provisions au vue de l'occupation, n'ait pas été meilleures.

• Tayrons (2/5): Manquement au niveau de l'accueil de la clientèle - Séjour inadmissible, arrivée à 22H30 pour qu'au final vous ne trouviez pas notre réservation. Après avoir attendu 3h00 on a du payez ENCORE 1 FOIS 75 EUROS pour avoir une chambre à 1h20 du matin et partir pour 12H00 PETANTE. Et après ça nous dire que c'est pas votre hôtel le fautif c'est le site hôtel.com et de voir avec eux. VOUS N AVEZ VRAIMENT PAS LE SENS DE L ACCEUIL ET DE LA CLIENTELE ET JE N ENVERRAI AUCUN PROCHE CHEZ VOUS C EST SUR. J'attends toujours mon rembourssement de ma chambre car vous êtes apparement dans l'incapacité de faire un geste commercial.

Tant le Chargé d'accueil du mercredi 8 Juillet 2020 au soir que l'Hôtesse du Petit Déjeuner du 9 ont été particulièrement accueillants et professionnels. Parking privé appréciable et sur un beau site. Certes payant !

• Verified traveler (4/5): hmm :/ - I was really disappointed with this stay. The wifi did not work at all while I was there and the staff did not seem to care at all. Also the local area is being completely re-worked so it is a complete building site.

Rooms was same set up as all the other hotels from this chain. Wish the hotel had a little more food and drink options at night time.

• Amy (6/5): - This hotel is a ways away from Paris and not super close to the train. I would not suggest this hotel for anyone looking to spend a lot of time in Paris. Also, since it isn't a touristy area, I would suggest only staying there if you speak French. We muddled through but people seemed irritated that we didn't speak the language even if they spoke English themselves. The hotel is clean and the beds were okay (one flat pillow, though), but you don't get the same service quality you expect from a US hotel chain. No toiletries other than a soap dispenser in the shower and you pay extra for new towels and such. The road noise was really loud too, so it was hard to sleep.
