• Andrew (8/5): Good budget option for an overnight stay in Manila. - Budget. No hidden fees. The room is clean with AC, warm shower, WIFI, and has a soft bed. Free toiletries as well. 😊 No amenities mostly and the building is old. But it's budget and comfortable so it's okay.

• Shiela (4/5): If only I can . I would want to refund & check other hotel but that option is not possible - The location and the staffs were ok. No heater . Room not that clean . Floors has no tiles. Wifi quality was bad. Looks like it’s a very old hotel . For the price , it’s not worth it because you can actually get a much better hotel room for that price .

We didnt finished the 5day stay because we got sick due to asthma rhynitis attacked because of dirty beddings, headboard, air purifier.

• Ana (3/5): Disappointed. We suggest that they will have someone to check each room if it is being clean properly. We loved the loc - Its location because it is very accessible. But we were very disappointed with the facilities, room furnitures. No ones automatically replenish the tissue paper. Toilet sink was not working properly. Very dirty appliances and furnitures. Like the air purifier that they have inside the room. on our very first day of stay it triggers both our allergic rhynitis because of dusty headboard, console table, air purifier and aircon filter. Aircon not working properly- i guess it needs maintenance.

• Shine (4/5): We got some sleep and the location is perfect, great. But its not the same as prior to pandemic. We've stayed there - The location is perfect. Commute is great and stores are all around. It is not well maintained. 3 years ago, its was still fine. Now, the faucet handle comes off, water from the shower creates a puddle and the windows cannot be closed properly due to a television cable. All traffic honking is heard inside the room.

• Nathy (8/5): Very good - i like the location as it was near my workplace and the room is quiet, clean and cozy. I also had access to the internet it was hard for me locate the area at first as the hotel name is different. But overall, i am satisfied with my stay.

Thank you. It could do with a kettle in the room, I drink ransoms hot drink every now and then when I’m in bed but couldn’t because I have to go out off my room to collect hot water.

The business is also cash basis only. Given that its already 2023 and they are affiliated with Reddoorz and Booking.com, it's about time to embrace card/online payment.

Shower with hot water and AC working properly. Size of the bed and room dimensions were ok. Room was poorly clean. Hair from previous customer and/or cleaners everywhere. Drainage of the shower not working and so the entire toilet gets flooded after using the shower. Water closet flush tank not working, not discharging. Door of the room like if it was made of paper. Noise from other rooms and corridor passes through. Lock very weak. No window in the room.

DOH instruction while on quarantine not to buy food from outside ..600 / day meals.. no food choice -- eat whatever is served..however..granting u order food via grab.or panda I wad asked to pay 100 pesos to the staff who brought the food to my room..( my hotel fee includes service charge but to a certain limit)..so good luck to the next occipant* The only* good thing.are staff..who were extra u

Payments online took a while before the staff can consider it. Reason can't access the online payment details. My daughter has to ring expedia and the hotel staff to verify and confirm the payment. The basin got clog.I have to call service late at night. The guard help unblocked the basin. A plastic found. Only wash our hands as normal. Might have been there before. No regular supply of clean towels. No soap provided. I have to buy my own soap.
