• Claire (2/5): Établissement vétuste - La femme de ménage (je suppose, blonde) nous a gentiment accueilli Malheureusement, notre arrivée dans l’établissement a été mitigée. La dame de l’accueil ne parlait pas anglais, ce qui est quand même dommage lorsqu’on travaille dans un établissement censé accueillir des étrangers… Heureusement, la femme de ménage a pu assurer la traduction. L’établissement est vétuste, y compris les chambres. Les photos présentes sur Booking datent visiblement de plusieurs années et ne correspondent pas à la réalité (voir photos jointes). Notre chambre donnait sur une ruelle qui paraissait calme en apparence, mais qui s’est révélée être une véritable autoroute tant le bruit était important ! Nous avons dû garder les fenêtres fermées, d’autant plus qu’il n’y avait pas de double vitrage. Et pour couronner cette mauvaise expérience, lors de notre première nuit, une fête était organisée dans une salle de réception située au rez-de-chaussée de l’établissement. Les nuisances sonores étaient tellement importantes que nous avons dû alerter la dame de la réception, malheureusement impuissante… Nous sommes très déçus et ne pouvons pas recommander cet établissement.

Questa struttura di Casarano riesce a trasmettere tutta l'anima storica del Salento: ogni angolo racconta qualcosa, ogni dettaglio è curato con gusto e rispetto per la tradizione. Il servizio è stato impeccabile dalla prima all'ultima ora: professionalità e cordialità non come semplici parole d'ordine, ma come stile di vita vissuto con genuina ospitalità. Un plauso speciale alla padrona di casa e a Cristina, sempre presenti, attente a ogni esigenza e con un sorriso che mette subito a proprio agio. Menzione speciale per la colazione: abbondante, curata e ricca di dolci tipici salentini, tutti freschi. Particolarmente apprezzata la disponibilità per i celiaci — una colazione senza glutine completa con dolci artigianali tipici non è affatto scontata, e qui l'hanno gestita con grande attenzione e naturalezza. Consigliato senza riserve a chi cerca un soggiorno autentico nel cuore del Salento.

• Luciano (9/5): - Nel cuore della fitta ragnatela di stradine del centro storico di Casarano sorge Palazzo Fasti, una struttura ricettiva ricavata da un meraviglioso palazzo d’epoca che conserva intatto tutto il fascino dei fasti antichi. Già entrando nel parcheggio (una vera rarità in quella zona) ci si trova immersi in un’atmosfera sospesa nel tempo: la corte, dominata dalla piscina, dagli ulivi e da un verde sempre impeccabile, introduce a un’oasi di quiete e bellezza. Varcata la soglia, gli alti soffitti a volta e i pavimenti originali raccontano la storia del luogo. Ad accogliere gli ospiti ci sono Alessandra e Cristina, due professioniste del posto che hanno fatto dell’ospitalità non solo un lavoro, ma una missione. Con sorrisi autentici, attenzione sincera e una presenza sempre misurata, riescono a capire quando essere una piacevole compagnia e quando, invece, lasciare agli ospiti la giusta intimità. Le camere sono ampie, confortevoli e dotate di tutti i servizi necessari, incluso un Wi-Fi performante: perfette sia per chi viaggia per lavoro, come nel mio caso , sia per le coppie in cerca di un’oasi di relax. La colazione è varia e ben assortita, un piacevole inizio di giornata. Come in ogni struttura, ci sono piccoli dettagli ancora migliorabili, ma nulla che possa compromettere un giudizio complessivamente eccellente.

• Thomas (10/5): Palazzo Fasti 12 Points von 10 Möglichen!!!! - Absolut perfekter Service. Alexandra und Cristina sind großartig. Als Gast fühlt man sich von der ersten Stunde an wertgeschätzt. Das Frühstück ist für B&B völlig ausreichend und ganz lecker. Sehr angenehm die individuelle, und auf die Wünsche des Gastes abgestellte Zusammenstellung. Kein Wunsch, der nicht erfüllt wurde. Der Zimmerservice verdient 5*****. Wir waren 8 Tage im Oktober dort und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Es ist tatsächlich ein richtiger PALAZZO! Eine große Terrasse, die zum Zimmer gehört, ist perfekt geeignet den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Alexandra und Cristina sind die Juwelen vom Palazzo Fasti. Wenn Casarano, dann nur im Palazzo Fasti !!!! So wie es war, war es PERFEKT für uns.

The parking situation is a little tricky. The courtyard is small for 4 potential parking spots and getting in and out of the property can be difficult if there are cars parked on the street outside the main gate.

• santina (10/5): Da ripetere al più presto! Camere incantevoli, piscina accogliente! - La struttura è completamente ristrutturata e curata nei dettagli. I soffitti a volta sono incantevoli e danno respiro alle camere rendendole molto spaziose. Il terrazzino con muretto alto mantiene la privacy con le abitazioni circostanti e duplica lo spazio della camera, rendendo uno spazio sfruttabile per una lettura in solitaria o per un caffè al sole. Hôtel très propre, personnel très accueillant et petit déjeuné très bon. Vous êtes au cœur de l Italie a une trentaine de minutes des plages. Le seul bémol mais ce n est pas la faute de l hôtel : lorsque votre chambre donne sur le rue c’est un peu bruyant. Mais en aucun cas l hôtel est en cause.

The rooms are beautiful, as is the lovely pool area. The hotel had a lovely serene atmosphere and is perfect for a relaxing break. The breakfast buffet was very nice every day. The staff are wonderful. Alessandra is amazing. So friendly, helpful and welcoming and a real asset to the hotel. The beds were a little squeaky and a bit uncomfortable and the WiFi is a little temperamental at times.

The location was perfect – central yet peaceful – making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a huge terrace. The pool was a real treat, especially for cooling down after a day out in the sun. What really made our stay special was the staff – they were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help us organise a last-minute transfer, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was lovely, and the homemade biscuits from Grandpa added such a charming, personal touch. Highly recommend staying here Nothing everything was great
• Badiali (10/5): A wonderful elegant PalaZo beautifully restored with a swimming pool and a very good price! - We loved the friendly welcome. We particularly like room Aida a beautiful room with a large balcony and gorgeous star vault ceiling, Alessandro and Cristina seem to run the place by themselves and do a professional and excellent job, nothing is too much trouble requesting extra pillows or been given great recommendations for restaurants and so forth, they also both speak fluent English. The breakfasts are pretty basic but I think that is represented in the price.

• Amélie (10/5): Exceptional - Palazzo Fasti is a great place to stay for a family. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had a separate room for the kids and a big terrace which was appreciated. We very much enjoyed the pool with the heat especially when beaches tend to be overwhelmed in this season. The location is ok in a nice quiet town not too far from beaches and attractions but with a few restaurants and commodities. Alessandra made our stay fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Especially for the kids. We definitely recommend a stay at Palazzo Fasti!!

The pool was clean and refreshing feature during the heat wave we experienced, but Palazzo Fasti in Casarano in general is a great location to explore Apulia, being short distanced from Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria de Leuca and Peclscoluse beach. Wifi was a bit troublesome, but when on vacation, maybe it is even better to be offline :)

• Leslie (9/5): Meraviglioso! We would stay there again. - Our favourite part of our stay at Palazzo Fasti was our most friendly and attentive staff member Alessandra. She made us feel so at home and was very helpful with advice about where to visit in Casarano and beyond. Very lucky to have her there. Palazzo Fasti is a very relaxing, private B&B and it was lovely place to unwind and enjoy a dip in the pool after a day of sightseeing. It's an excellent base to come back to after visiting other towns or going to the beach. Breakfast was a continental style, but there were good sweet and savoury choices. The pool was clean, as were the rooms. Apart from maybe a little updating or small repairs to facilities, (a shower door needed a bit of repair), there's nothing we didn't like.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with good toiletries. Mini fridge & kettle with tea & coffee. Breakfast in the mornings with plenty to choose from. Wonderful staff- Alessandra was very welcoming and helpful, lots of information and advice what to do (organised visit to a small local ancient church, recommended local food markets and antique market). Alessandra and Nadia are superstars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ FIY- there is a paid parking on the site
• Mohammad (8/5): Lovely Palazzo and comfortable stay - The property is beautiful. Lots of high decorated ceilings, lovely marble flooring and decorations. The swimming pool is very generous and amazing in the warm weather. This is also a small gym on site. Breakfast is average. The parking fee is a nonsense. The parking is on the palazzo driveway for which they charge you €7 a day. It’s not like they are using the space for anything else so why charge guests who are already paying for rooms.

The room is very spacious and has great views of the city. The AC is cold which is comforting. Most importantly the attention in the reception was great. Alessandra Received us and was very accommodating and informative. She even made reservations for us at an amazing restaurant nearby. Please take note and visit “Osteria Nonna Cia”. For amazing authentic local food. We plan to visit this hotel regularly. We will bring reinforcements when we come back🤣 We are bringing the rest of the family. Book early because the hotel is small which makes it even better. we loved everything
