- Dallas (2/5): A dump with horrible service - The place is a dump. Service non-existent. Room wasn't ready. We left and didn't stay the place was s bad. Go to the Hermes Hotel 50 meters up the road. Far superior.

- Kamarul Ariffin (8/5): No elevator, but other thing is almost perfect - It was a good experience, nice people around the hotel, very polite. WiFi is pretty good. Only the stairs is a little annoying. Overall, it was lovely.

- Ridzuan (8/5): Hotel and environment are good - This hotel is very good and has a cafe at groundfloor. Their room and bathroom also clean but need to fix the water heater because the water on hot position just like same condition with cold water
