- Isabel Lee (10/5): Perfect Stay With a Stunning Garden View - I chose the Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Botanic Park hotel for my last two days of my three-week stay in Seoul to relax in beautiful green surroundings, with all the comforts of self-care. From the booking till the end, I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. The beautifully decorated room, stunning garden view, and room service were the absolute highlights of my comfortable stay. Not to forget the nice and very friendly staff, the early check-in, and the option to store my luggage until my late flight. It was all very clean and soundproof. The amenities were perfect for making my stay more comfortable. It was all perfect!

- Kanoko (8/5): 静かで落ち着いた場所が好ましい人にはおすすめ - 広く快適な空間だったことと、部屋からの景色が緑も感じられてよかったこと。 チェックインの時に対応してくれたスタッフは、とても感じがよく日本人に対しても真摯に対応してくれたが、チェックアウトをしてくれた人は愛想がなく、必要最低限以下の会話しかしない人だったので、それが残念だった。 また、静かな場所でロケーションもよかったが、都心部へのアクセスが50分程度かかってしまうこと。

Cleaning staff was great on point, front desk very helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok does the job, dinner buffet not good at all and way too expensive. The food was dry looking, not hot and desserts are room temperature. Unfortunately, I ate late so maybe earlier was better. It wasn’t crowded barely anyone there. The service is excellent, plates picked up promptly, restaurant is very clean. All in all, nice hotel. I’d stay here again!

- Vincent (10/5): Exception service, Immaculate room, and great location - Upon check-in we were greeted by Tay who provided us with exceptional service and completely shifted our mood after a long 13hr flight. The room was immaculate and had everything we could have wanted and more! Every single detail was thought of and placed meticulously in the room. We also loved the view of Seoul botanic garden. My only regret is that we only booked 1 night here! I will definitely be coming back to the Courtyard Marriott Seoul botanic garden.
- Adela (10/5): Convenient location, comfortable stay! - It's just outside the train station, ample to park too (we rented a car as we came from outside Seoul but decided not to drive within Seoul due to the jam) so location is really convenient. Lots of eateries nearby. The room is spacious and comfortable. The park view is stunning. Special shoutout to the receptionist, Jackson, who was very kind and helpful. He speaks good English too! Bath towel a bit thin for this kind of hotel standard.

- joseph (8/5): All in all it was a good stay, just with some quirks. - Service was good. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. They also spoke English well. The location was a bit too far from the activities that I had planned. The pillows were either too soft or too hard. The bathroom had a window that you could see through from the room itself. There were window blinds, but that was not comforting. Breakfast was not included. Also, I was going to be charged for parking when I was leaving. I was already at the parking garage gate. When I pressed the call button, I was told to come to the front desk. I declined and pleaded that they lift the gate. Finally the gate was raised.

- Minwoo (7/5): 단골고객으로써의 개선 요청? - 출장 목적으로 비정기적으로 자주 이용하고 있고, 최근 근처에 머큐어 호텔이 새로 생기면서 경쟁열위(?)를 면하고자 일부 시설을 개선하려는 모습이 보였습니다. (예를 들면 객실에 공청기 등) 그런데 여기 몇가지 단점이 있는데요. 최근의 일회성 경험이 아닌 최소 5회 이상 묵어본 사람으로써 경험치입니다. 1. 지하 1층 피트니스 센터 시설이 노후하였습니다. 특히 트레드밀 (러닝머신)은 소리가 너무 나고, 교체 또는 관리가 필요해보여요. 2. 객실에 공청기를 설치했음에도 불구하고, 먼지가 너무 많습니다. 매일 룸메이크업을 해주심에도 불구히고 먼지까지 케어는 안되는듯 합니다. 덕분에 공청기가 불철주야 열일하고 있지만, 진짜 먼지가 너무너무 심해요. 3. 욕실 수압이 약한것은 둘째치고, 하수구 냄새가 너무 납니다. 그래서 매번 메이크업 할때마다 물 내려가는 곳을 막아놓으시고 변기도 뚜껑을 내려놓는것 같던데, 정말 이해가 안가지만 변기에서 나는 냄새인것 같기도 합니다. (그리고 변기가 물탱크가 없는 모델이다 보니 보기에는 깔끔할수 있으나 물이 진짜 잘 안내려가요)

- JunKeol (10/5): 언제나 좋았지만 올해들어 더 좋아진 - 객실 내 정수기가 구비되어 물을 살 필요가 없이 편안하였으며, 2025년 들어 공기청정기가 새롭게 객실에 구비되어 만족도가 더 높아졌습니다. 특히 서울식물원에서의 피크닉도 좋았지만, 서울식물원이 한강으로 이어지는 덕에 체크인 이후 한강을 따라 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 원래도 주변 식당가가 많았는데 케이스퀘어와 원그로브 건물 개장으로 투숙하면서 원그로브 라빈리커 와인샵 & 트레이더스에서 여러 다양한 주류를 사올 수 있어 기존보다 더 편리해졌다고 느껴집니다. 없습니다.

Super satisfied with the level of service from hotel staff , food quality , room amenities , locaiton is great too, there are bakeries, eateries nearby and definitely should be on your list to live away from the hustle and bustle of city and a close gateway to Gimpo airport. - 264j_rgf (4/5): Children not welcome - Rooms are good but hotel is not family friendly at all. Actually, they don’t welcome children here. Downstairs they only offer full buffet 3 times a day, upstairs at 15/F restaurant no children allowed (the staff downstairs doesn’t even know that). Room service only offers junk food. It is not possible to have a small healthy meal.

- Deena (9/5): Beautiful stay near Botnaic garden. - Near botanic garden and quite area away from down downtown and crowd Little bit isolated and unfortunately not so many restaurants options most are for drinking food options. Not so many shopping malls around by foot.

- Kye Hyang (9/5): - 신축이라 그런지 깨끗하고, 실내 인테리어도 아주 세련되고 좋았습니다. 특히나, 위치가 압권입니다, 교통이 편리하고 식물원 앞 공원과 산책로 등 객실 창을 통해 보이는 전망이 환상입니다. 조식 뷔페도 좋았고, 15층에서 즐기는 일과 후의 칵테일도 좋았습니다. 정규 TV가 안나오는 것 같던데, 익숙지 않아서인지 유투브 밖에 나오지 않아서, 모르는 투숙객들이 사용할 수 있게 사용법에 대한 안내서가 있었으면 합니다. 또한, 쓰레기통이 재활용과 비재활용이 붙어 있는데, 쓰레기를 버릴때 이것 저것 버리게 되고, 두통이 붙어서 앞뒤로 되어 있어서 일단 다 앞으로 버릴 수 밖에 없더군요. 떼어서 좌우로 붙여 놓았더라면 좋지 않았을까 싶었고. 객실의 컵이 깨끗하다고 생각하지만, 조금 찝찝해서 개별 물컵을 주면 좋겠다 싶었네요.

Je suis resté enfermé dans ma chambre la chaine de sécurité était coincé du coup 20mn plus tard et u e perceuse j ai pu aller déjeuner a 9h25,un charmant jeune homme i formé tout le monde que le breakfast fermé a 9h40, j aime oas se principe, du coup j au du faire vite pour déjeuner. Par contre la première fois que je suis resté coincé, c est l hoe sui me ramener mon linge qui a soulevé de l extérieur la chaine 2 secondes, pas très securisant. A la maintenance 20 mn. Et une perceuse, cela laisse perplexe ....

- Luke (10/5): Fantastic choice hotel if passing through Gimpo International airport in Seoul - The breakfast was excellent. The location is great if you are travelling and changing flights at Gimpo. The staff were amazing. I was offered an upgrade and some free credit for the convenience store (which gave me an umbrella as the weather was bad in Seoul). The room was fantastic and the hotel layout is excellent. Probably the best Marriott I have ever stayed in. Nothing
