• Sabrina (8/5): - La casa era pulita,molto bella e in un'ottima posizione. La proprietaria,la signora Carmen, è stata gentile. Purtroppo l'ascensore è rimasto guasto durante tutta la mia permanenza.L'appartamento era al terzo piano. Il lavandino di un bagno era ostruito, ma dopo la mia segnalazione un tecnico è venuto a risolvere il problema.

• Ian (10/5): Perfect few days, highly recommended - A fantastic apartment, stylish accommodation with everything we needed and a great location. The hosts met us at the property and provided lots of useful information for our stay.

• Ian (3/5): - The place was well located near centre of city The second bedroom was advertised as 2 beds this not true. It was a single bed with a pull-out trundle and pulled there was no room meaning people had to crawl over each other to get in and put. Totally unacceptable for adults. Upstairs the balcony was misrepresented. In the picture it showed 2 sunlounges but were actually 2 foldup deckchairs. The flooring was loose and warped and air-conditioning unit blowing hot air making it unpleasant. The view was a building wall 20ft away. How can this be a penthouse. Upstairs very hanging and storage space. The bathrooms were small. For a 4 star penthouse it was not to standard. We therefore moved to better accommodation at our expense and compensation was denied.we were very disappointed and would not recommend for 4 adults

• Ingrida (10/5): - We were a family of 4 and the apartment was great. It was very close to the centre and we could get almost everyehere by walk. Everything needed was nearby - shops, restaurants, museums, cathedral or bike rentals. I loved the location. The beach was 25-30 minutes by bus. The host, Mari Carmen was absolutely amazing. She gaved us very useful recomendations and was helping whenever needed. Generally, people in Valencia were very kind and we loved the stay at this apartment. There was a nice terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice living room, a kitchen with washing machine and a dish washer which I as a mom of 2 kids found very useful. Once we go back to Valencia, I will be pleased to choose this accomodation again. Nothing specific

• Elaine (7/5): Great location, could be better if some basic issues addressed - The location was excellent. Lovely bakery very near The lady that met us with the keys was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was only enough hot water for one shower. The next person having a shower had lukewarm water. The mattress in the mezzanine level was not comfortable. Lack of drawers to store clothes, underwear, bits and pieces. There were no drawers in either bedroom.
• Lynn (8/5): Loved the location, the apartment in general, but didn't love the beds. - Communication was great since we arrived later than planned and were able to communicate with the property by Whatsapp The queen bed in the loft was very uncomfortable. Mattress was very thin and you could feel the wood boards. The bedroom top bed was also very uncomfortable since you could feel all of the springs. The lower bed in the bedroom was much better.

• Gillian (8/5): Super apartment. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Valencia. - The flat is well located. The host is very helpful and made us welcome with maps and travel tips. There is a building site next door so flat is noisy during the day.
• Fiona (9/5): Lovely stay in Valencia - Mari Carmen was a wonderful host who met us on arrival, showed us round the apartment, and gave us advice on what to do, where to go with a map she had marked, much appreciated. Very useful also for our future visits here. Well equipped kitchen and great having two bedrooms, two bathrooms. My daughter had left something in the apartment after we checked out and Mari Carmen was able to sort that out quickly, thank goodness. The neighbours were noisy but Mari Carmen was able to sort that out.

• Barry (9/5): Lovely apartment and just in a great location - Great location , quiet area . Host came to our rescue quickly and pleasantly one evening when we forgot our keys. The apartment is in a pedestrianised area so hard for taxi to find . Also some printed information on nearby bus / metro and restaurants / maps would be nice as not everyone is tech savvy .

Shops, Valencia market, and attractions are either steps away or in close proximity to property. Prompt responses from owner who also met us at property. Bonus, on-site, secure parking, is available for a daily rate. Loved staying here, and we will return to Valencia. Nothing.

Everything was in walking distance and Mari Carmen gave lots of recommendations and information. She was on hand to answer any questions and always replied to text messages. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, quiet and in the perfect location to get to all areas and within an easy distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and for sight seeing. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you. The double bed was a little hard.

• Maria (9/5): Excellent apartment on a very quiet street yet just steps away from cafes, bakeries, shops. - The host/ owner, Mari Carmen was exceptional. I was so impressed that she waited at the apartment for us because our flight time was late and we weren't due at the apartment until a few hours after midnight. She was in contact once we landed in Valencia so I was relieved that she remembered our flight was after midnight and she reassured me that she would wait for us at the apartment. M. Carmen met us and gave us a tour of the apartment and highlighted the nearby places she recommended and she answered all of our questions. Another thing M. Carmen did was to check in after a few days to find out if we needed anything. She continued to check in every few days and I was so happy when I mentioned going to art museums because she recommended one I had not heard of, a gallery that was just a few minutes walk from the apartment: Centro de Arte Hortensia Herrero. The space is beautiful and the art installations are incredible! We will definitely book with Mari Carmen again and recommend her to our friends and family. The location of the apartment is excellent. It is on a quiet street yet just steps away from a main street that has everything you need: bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacy. Easy walk to the city center and Mercat Central. The only inconvenient thing was the space in shower stall was a bit tight however the apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so it was not a big deal.

• Caitlin (10/5): Perfect homebase to explore Valencia! - Wonderfully decorated, perfect location to explore Valencia on foot, having the option for parking was helpful, and the owner who checked us in was lovely, warm, and welcoming. Nada!

Location was very good close to bars , restaurants and shops. The veranda didn’t match the photographs, and was very small.

The apartment is well equipped and really comfortable. Our host MCarmen is a lovely and careing person who supported us in any way. We highly recommend this place.
