• Anne (8/5): - Die Lage war super. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Abendessen (a la carte) war lecker. Der Service hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind halt ein bisschen altmodisch und wenn man unbedingt suchen und finden will, findet man ein bisschen Staub. Aber nicht irgendwie fies (wie gesagt, wenn man will, findet man überall ein Haar in der Suppe).

Lunch voor tijdens de Eiffelsteig. 8,50 euro 1 erg verschrompelde appel, 1 sinaasappel ook niet handig voor onderweg en een flesje water alsof ik dat niet zelf zou regelen. Verder geen instructie wat de bedoeling was met het vullen van de zak. Iets attenter zou fijn zijn voor de lange afstandswandelaar. Kamer was boven keuken en erg gehorig, moest oordoppen gebruiken.

• Veronique (8/5): Très belle expérience - Très bon accueil du gérant même si nous avons eu peur à notre arrivée car tout semblait fermé. Il nous a également été proposé à manger malgré la fermeture du restaurant et l'absence d'autres solutions de restauration aux alentours, nous nous sommes régalés. L'emplacement est très bien tout comme le petit déjeuner. Nous avons vécu une très belle expérience. Hôtel confortable malgré une décoration un peu datée.

• Ivo (3/5): Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht. - Die Zimmer waren sehr groß. Von außen sieht das Gebäude sehr nett aus. Das ganze Gebäude ist leider baufällig und müsste dringend saniert werden. In den Zimmern sind offene Bohrlöcher. Die Betten sind absolut durch und wurden mit Planken in den Lattenrosten versucht zu reparieren. Die Decken sind für Winter zu dünn. Um 22:15 haben Mitarbeiter immer noch lautstark Schränke auseinander und zusammen gebaut. Erst auf Beschwerde hin wurde aufgehört. Leider zieht der Geruch der Küche durchs ganze Gebäude. Die genannten Probleme interessieren beim Check-Out auch nicht.

• Ute (6/5): - Lage wunderschön. Einrichtung und Zimmer aus den 70ern, alles in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück: es fehlten mir Obst und Gemüse (Tomaten und Gurke). Abendessen: sehr gut. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

• Rainer (4/5): Bookinggäste sind in dem Hotel nur Chat erwünscht, so haben wir es s empfunden - Personal im Restaurant sehr nett Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass Bookinggäste nicht erwünscht sind. Wir haben die letzte Absteige bekommen! Da wo das Personal schlief. Wir mussten morgens und Abends einen Tisch suchen! Die anderen Gäste hatten einen festen Platz, da stand das Schild auf dem Tisch. Es war sehr unschön, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! ! Booking sollte schon ch hier zurück ziehen!!

• Boris (7/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Die Lage, direkt am See ist sehr schön. Angenehme Terrasse vor dem Hotel. Nettes Personal. Sehr Ruhig, Frühstück ist ok. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wlan auf dem Zimmer war schlecht. Die Betten waren leider zu weich.

• Gaston (8/5): Good location for hiking and dining in the Eifel - Nice location on the banksof the Rur-dam - good restaurant. The hotel is much better than the comments here indicate
• Couple (3/5): No warm welcome and some negatives - -breakfast table nicely decorated with room number -breakfast ok -Didn't feel welcome after last minute booking. -Quit night not possible because of noise from the entrance until late hours. -Cigarette smoke smell upon entering, not nice during pregnancy. -When showering or visiting the toilet in the room next to you, you can also hear. -Cleaning crew also came to chase us away before checking out around 9am.

• Piet (9/5): Excellent place to stay. - Hotel feels a bit old but is Excellent Quality. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was Excellent, clean, comfortable, good Bathroom, Excellent bed. The Wifi was surprisingly good for german standards. Everything was Good.

Greetings from Finland!!! Where a small improvement could be made is at the breakfast buffet, with the addition of some vegetables, for example… cucumbers & tomatoes.
