• Sitbon (1/5): - J’avais prévu notre heure d’arrivée, j’avais discuté avec le personnel et pourtant nous sommes arrivés dans une première chambre où il n’y avait pas de draps dans le lit une deuxième ou le ménage n’avait pas été fait et une troisième qui ne convenait pas à ce qu’on avait payé, il a fallu attendre 2h alors que nous sommes arrivés le 4 au matin alors que la réservation était initialement prévue pour le 3 à 14h! on nous a dit que c’était à cause des travaux qui étaient fait dans l’hôtel, mais j’ai pu remarquer que cela faisait plus de trois ans qu’il était en travaux..

Ich habe daraufhin die Unterkunft angeschrieben als ich schon vor Ort war und sie teile mir mit, dass mein gebuchtes Zimmer nicht verfügbar sei und sie auch kein anderes Zimmer für mich zur Verfügung hätten. Sehr ärgerlich. Ich bat darum, dann zumindest das Zimmer zu stornieren, wobei sie versuchten mich dazu zu bewegen, das Zimmer zu stornieren. Da ich mich geweigert habe, haben sie dann selbst storniert, aber angegeben, dass ich nicht erschienen sei. Nicht nachvollziehbar und ärgerlich Rezeption war trotz der angegebenen 24h-Rezeption nicht besetzt als ich ankam. Ich habe daraufhin die Unterkunft angeschrieben als ich schon vor Ort war und sie teile mir mit, dass mein gebuchtes Zimmer nicht verfügbar sei und sie auch kein anderes Zimmer für mich zur Verfügung hätten. • Mark (8/5): A comfortable mattress at last. - What I most liked about the Aladin hotel was the very comfortable bed, I have endured some very uncomfortable mattresses in Vietnam but here I slept like a baby. It is located just off a busy street but it's very quiet in the room. The beach is a short walk away and you are spoiled for choice with food. Church bell in the wee small hours.

• Carla (7/5): - Bon emplacement et personnel très gentil. La Clim s’arrêtait toutes les heures donc pour dormir très compliqué. Le personnel nous a aidé une première fois mais la Clim s’éteignait à chaque fois. Nous avons eu trop chaud et n’avons pas beaucoup dormi.

• Hai (9/5): Good - The owner's very kind, helpful. She let me check in early and tell me to rest in her room after checked out. The room's clean although a bit small. Location is good, less than 5min walk to the beach. Nothing.

Chỗ nghỉ ngay trung tâm, xung quanh toàn hàng quán và các dịch vụ giải trí rất thuận tiện. Chỉ có một điểm bé tẹo là phòng không có cách âm nên nếu có con nút thì sẽ hơi ồn, nhưng những điểm tốt khác đã bù đắp hết rồi. 🤗🤗🤗

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in many Nha Trang hotels, but in this hotel I extended my stay for a whole month, I really liked the location of the hotel and its staff, very cheerful and friendly women, very cozy rooms and a soft bed, cleaning and linen change, shampoo replenishment were constant! Therefore, in my opinion, this is the best hotel in Nha Trang for the money and within walking distance of everything in Nha Trang to visit the city center and the beach. I will definitely come here again when I return to Nha Trang!

• Michael (10/5): Friendly, comfortable place with helpful staff - Comfortable place in a good location with friendly service. I enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I can't assume the hotel was at fault, but they coordinated my onward trip to Quy Nhon with a transport company. I paid for a sleeper-bus service but due to 'a mistake' I found myself making the journey in a less comfortable van. Again, I don't blame the hotel but if you book such a service thru them, best to double check what you're getting.

When we arrived very early in the morning the lady at the reception (owner) let us into another room so we could get some sleep with our children for no extra cost. It was very much appreciated. She was very friendly, the place was on a great location with restaurants/bars/shops/beach. Nothing to not like

Smiling helpful lady at the reception. A strange smell coming from the sink. The first day they gave me a free small bottle of water, then they never gave it to me again.

Also, she was very accommodating the guest's special requests. 2. Spotlessly clean room. I was impressed with the overall cleanness of the hotel. Special kudos to the cleaning lady. 3. Location. 4. • Wayne (7/5): Pleasant enough for a short stay - The location was good as its pretty much in the center of things ,, lots of restaurants & shops in the area .. i like the fact that the hotel has a lift & the staff were very nice .. the room had a smart TV which was good as my laptop had froze .. Im not going to say much that's negative about this place as the staff were very nice & considerate towards me but the rooms are getting a little " Tired & used " .. the cleanliness in them leaves a lot to be desired & wall paper is peeling off the walls , the bathroom was the main concern as you could see that the shower glass partition hadn't been cleaned for months , if at all .. i also found that , at times , to be very noisy caused by guests in other rooms ..

• Islam (1/5): good location but unhygienic room and manipulative staff. - The location is close to the center We were a couple in the deluxe room and it wasn’t clean at all, The bed sheets had some stains, Ants were all over the bed. The room walls had mosquito eggs. The staff isn’t professional, They gave us a poor condition motorbike for rent which broke in literally 5 mins. They were trying to manipulate us to pay for it the whole amount.
