• Kamila (10/5): despite the noise disruptions, an overall wonderful enough stay with very kind staff :) - - breakfast variety - very polite and accommodating staff - hotel is clean - very easy to navigate around the hotel (there was an event in one of the meetings rooms) - i like that the main reception and breakfast is one level above where you get dropped off by your car (more privacy) - walls are a bit thin so at night you can hear laughter and mumbles of conversations from next door occupants - if you're on a lower level (eg. level 3), you'll hear the train and the train gate barrier alarm going off every 2 minutes all night (i had to sleep with airpods on) - if you're very ocd about cleanliness, you might be put off by mold on corners of toilet tiles - would have been nice if lotion is provided as well - my particular room's bathroom seemed to be slightly clogged so while showering, the water can rise up a bit but it wasn't too disruptive. would be good to get it fixed though.

• Dawid (8/5): - There is many breakfast options and the staff is very kind and helpful. New saunas were very nice. The swimming pool could be cleaner. When we were only users they didn’t turn on the whirpool. Shower area gets flooded causing bad smell.

• Fairuz (10/5): Excellent choice of hotel to stay for us!!! - Location: good as away from some part of the flooded areas in Jakarta Transport: has Bluebird taxi available at all times. If want to explore train use, Rajawali station is 8mins walk (use Google) Room: super clean with modernised design. Huge shower area. Comfy beds Breakfast: multiple choices of both local and Western menus with awesome taste Interior design: feels luxurious throughout the hotel Jacuzzi, steam and sauna room is available as well. Has a laundry service which a plus. Just pay the staff at site Staff: friendly and great hospitality Gym equipment can be further improved. Had good working treadmills but not fully functional spin bike and elliptical. Dumbbells are clean

The staffs went the extra mile by decorating the room and providing a complimentary slice of cake, which made the stay feel truly personalised. Breakfast was delightful, with the weekend selection offering a wonderful variety of dishes. The place itself was fine, but the area around felt a bit run down with not much to see or do. Additionally, we were surprised to learn that there is a 5,000 IDR entry fee for vehicles coming to pick us up, which was unexpected for hotel guests.

• Tatjana (10/5): - Vom ersten bis zum letzten Eindruck hat sich alles bestätigt und ich kann nur gute Bewertung geben: 1. Die Lage ist echt Top. Vom Flughafen circa 40 min mit dem Auto entfernt ( abhängig vom Verkehr) 2. Hotel: A) obwohl das Zimmer in sehr lauten Seite des Hotels war ( wir haben ständig den Zug gehört) , hat das uns nicht gestört, da wir mit Ohrenstopsel schlafen 😅. Die Betten waren bis jetzt die bequemsten. Wir reisen viel und haben in verschiedenen Kategorien von Hotels geschlafen. Deswegen kann sicher sagen, dass für uns die Betten und Kissen waren echt top.Zimmergrösse passend. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht genug Geräuschen isolierend. Man konnte fast alles hören, was im Nachbarn Zimmer passiert. Aber das hat uns nicht besonders gestört. B) Wellness Bereich klein aber super fein Frühstücksbuffet ist echt hammer! Unglaublich reich nach Auswahl. Hier würde ich sicher eine Bewertung für 5 Sterne Hotel geben. Personal Unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach super ausgebildet! Es wäre gut, dass die Management das Geld für die Einglischkursen des Personals investieren würde. Nicht alle sprechen englisch, z.B. Empfangspersonal beim Frühstück. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört und ist kein muss. Nur als Tipp 😅 Wir können gerne dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und wenn wir wieder nach Jakarta kommen, haben wir für uns ein passendes Hotel gefunden. Alles im grünen Bereich 😘

I arrived early, feeling unwell and under pressure with an important event on the same day. The team at the front desk, particularly Nata, Lulu, and Alpin, went above and beyond to assist me. ​They quickly and professionally arranged an early check-in and, to my surprise, provided a generous room upgrade. This gesture of genuine care made a world of difference, allowing me to rest and recover before my event. Their dedication to guest comfort is truly commendable and sets a high standard for hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service.

• Joey (9/5): Fantastic value for money. - Good hotel with extensive tasty breakfast buffet and staff sympathetic with you for solutions. Room was fantastic and had everything provided you could think of like shampoo, towels, coffee/tea, ect. On arrival, we were even upgraded to the executive suite courtesy of the super sweet reception staff: Della, Alpin, Aniel, Akbar & Cerel. Price-quality is definitely right with this hotel and I from the netherlands recommend it. The facilities are a bit disappointing in reality. The photo(s) on the website of the pool/spa is from another establishment or old picture(s)?, so good to let you know. But you do have just 70*C sauna, steam bath, small gym and 2 small plunge pools which you will have seen after 3 hours. And from location you have to take grab or gojek to the centre because walking is too far, but that compare to the price-quality was no problem.
• milladyn (10/5): Helpful staff & worth every visit - This was my second stay at Grand Orchardz Kemayoran with my family, and once again I was impressed by the warm and friendly service. The staff even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more pleasant. My only suggestion would be to bring back the Indomie Station that used to be available, as I truly enjoyed it during my first visit 👍🏻
• marthatS6399NT (10/5): Our lovely stay in Jakarta - We truly enjoyed our previous stay at Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta few weeks ago, so we decided to return for 4 nights, and once again it was an excellent experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Deluxe king room, which made our stay even more comfortable and it was spacious. The breakfast selection is one of the highlights of this hotel. Every day offered something new, with a wonderful variety of both Eastern and Western dishes, plus a delicious dessert selection. It kept things exciting each morning. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Lulu, who has been exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her attentive service, especially when assisting us with the self-service laundry, really made a huge difference. In addition, our thanks also go to Navis, who has been very helpful during both of our stays. The consistent warmth and professionalism from the staff truly stand out and make us feel welcome! Overall, this hotel continues to impress us with its comfort, food, and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be coming back again!
