From the moment we arrived Alessandro greeted us with genuine warmth and attentiveness, making us feel truly welcome. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our entire stay. The room was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable and restful visit. Breakfast was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our stay — beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. It set the perfect tone for each day. • Sophie (10/5): - L'accueil était fort sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt et il a suffit de passer un coup de fil pour qu'Alessandro se dépêche de venir nous accueillir. Merci pour tout. La chambre est confortable, certe légèrement bruyante car au RDC mais rien d'inconfortable. Le déjeuner est complet, on s'y sent comme à la maison, il y a également une petite terrasse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement est bien situé à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville. Il y a des restaurants sympathiques à proximité et le métro ou tram. Le bruit qui provient de la rue.

• Jenni (5/5): Cute but noisy - Location was good with a metroline nearby. Cute and small B&B with a friendly host. We stayed in the GREY room which was very small (not near 20 m2 - rather 15m2). The biggest disappointment was that the room is located on the street level, which meant it was really noisy - cars drive and people walk by the window, also in the night. You can also hear the other guests from the upper floor. I guess the other two rooms would have been much better in size and more quiet, too. Breakfast was a bit Spartan with no variation. The room rate was also high due to the special event in the city, which is understandable, but as a consequence, the price-quality ratio was poor.

• Rosi (9/5): Compleanno a Milano - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben collegata al centro di Milano. Letto comodo con doppio cuscino, apprezzato soprattutto da chi preferisce dormire con la testa più rialzata. Il bagno è funzionale e dotato del necessario, come docciaschiuma e shampoo. Colazione buona e in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da un B&B. Con qualche piccola accortezza il soggiorno potrebbe essere ancora migliore: nel periodo invernale sarebbe utile una coperta o un piumino aggiuntivo per chi è più freddoloso; le rubinetterie del bagno potrebbero essere controllate e decalcificate periodicamente, magari aggiungendo anche qualche appendino in più per gli asciugamani e uno specchio d’ingrandimento. Per la colazione avremmo gradito un po’ più di varietà, ad esempio pane integrale oltre ai toast bianchi, uova, e qualche opzione per intolleranze come il latte senza lattosio. Anche fiocchi d’avena o frutta secca sarebbero un’ottima aggiunta. Ci siamo sentite davvero a nostro agio potendo utilizzare liberamente la cucina nella piacevole sala colazione per una tisana o una bottiglietta d’acqua, come a casa. Proprietari e personale sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

• Oluwatoni (2/5): Stayed for an anniversary trip and had a horrid time. We booked 4 nights but only stayed for 1. - Stayed in the grey room on the ground floor. The location is great, lots of good food near by and close to transit. We could easily reach a lot of tourist spots. The bathroom was simply disgusting. It had hardwood floor with mold in the corners and mold/damp smell. The shower marble tiles were discolored and the drains were no cleaned. The shower glass was not cleaned and had grime in the crevices. This level of cleanliness was not a acceptable and made me and my wife very nauseous. We complained to staff and they downplayed the condition of the bathroom and sent someone over to clean it the next day after we complained around 7 pm. The room should not even have been rented in that state and guest concerns should not be reduced. We left as soon as we woke up the next day since the staff told us ahead of time that it would not get any cleaner. I included pictures of the grime in case the staff wants to discredit my review.

Breakfast was simply perfect, with fresh and delicious options to start the day. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps away from the metro station, making it so easy to explore the city. Most importantly, the host was truly lovely—warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! If I visit Milan again, I will definitely choose this place without hesitation. Highly recommended!

• FellowTraveler419463 (10/5): Wonderful and calm Milanese B&B - Just the most wonderful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Milan. Situated off the main roads, this tradition Milanese house has been restored and beautifully decorated. I like walking so was happy to be out of the main busy parts of the city. The beautiful streets make for such an enjoyable stroll to the Cathedral and Fashion quarter (about 45 mins walk away). La Foresteria's host is charming, polite and helpful. From checking in to (sadly, didn't want to leave) checking out, my stay what what was great discovery. Linate Airport is 4 or 5 stops on the Metro (Susa), which is about 6 minutes walk away. Easy to get everywhere by bus/tram/metro. Bed were cosy, bathroom new and the shower was fine. • Gerald (10/5): Clean, Cool & Close - We stayed here our first night in Italy. We appreciated a clean place with air conditioning so we could sleep. The location looks to be equidistance between the airport and city center— though we didn’t see the sites due to jet lag. It was relatively quiet (a few barking dogs in the morning) despite being in a large city. We were grateful for an early check in and dark curtains so we could sleep when we arrived. Breakfast was very nice with traditional Italian options (e.g., cold meats), cereal, pastries, drinks and more. There was no place to park our car, but we found a nearby parking garage (10-minute walk). We would stay here again and take time to see the sites.

They were accommodating about our late arrival from the airport (22:30) and we stored our bags in the B&B after checkout until our flight home. Recommended!
