- Abigail (3/5): Not a 4* property, it desperately needs some TLC - The location of this property is brilliant. Unfortunately that's about the only good point. This property is not a 4* star property. We stayed in the Ruby Suite. The front patio door has tissue as a draft excluder. The front balcony window does not lock. Both bedrooms have a window that does not shut fully as the foam pads on the frame are missing, meaning there is a draft. Curtains in the living eoom dont close and the patio door to the balcony has no curtain, despite it facing the next properties bay window. The carpet is terrible, it doesnt fit to the edge of the room in the living room or one of the bedrooms, there are gripper rods out in the open for you to stand on. There is a huge join, that doesnt actually join in one of the bedrooms. Its really poorly fitted. The mattresses on the single bed and the bed in the double room are cheap, hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen was dirty on the backsplash and under the cupboards and has black mould along the silicone behind the sink. The cooker is so worn you can't read where the dial should be to cook and can't read the temperatures. The bathroom doesn't have mixer taps and the hot water gets scolding despite turning the water temperature down on the boiler. The bathroom has no shelf or cupboard to put your things so you have to use the floor. No idea when the bathroom fan was last cleaned, it was full of dust. The bath is really badly fitted and siliconed to the max. Overall this property is shabby, dated, the decoration is poor, the windows and patio door need fixing, it needs curtains that close properly, it needs a deep clean in the kitchen, and needs new mattresses. All fine if it was cheap to stay in and not rated so highly. But we paid £280 for 2 nights in April.

- Saima (8/5): Great stay with family! - Firstly great communication from Owners. Was a lovely clean and spacious apartment. Facilities and table and chairs were lovely too. So near the beach and quiet especially at night time. Comfy beds and clean towels / beddings provided. I honestly had a great nights sleep. Great for families with children and especially with a ASD child. The secure doors really helped. Had 2 toilets which also was a bonus! Overall had a pleasant stay! Nothing to dislike. For the price we paid it was a good stay. Just would like to recommend few things to take on board. Would be good to have door pegs for towels in toilet / bathroom and loo roll handlers as honestly having a child in incontinence is hard as it is to then juggle with loo roll. Also cereal bowls to be added to the crockery as unfortunately we didn’t have any in our cupboard. The back bedrooms cupboard was already loose so we did not use it.

- Loretta (9/5): Very lovely indeed! Would recommend! - We booked in as our previous booking got cancelled last minute… and found this apartment to be very pleasant. It was a nice space to be in and be able to relax. Everything you could need for a short stay was there. Unfortunately the lift didn’t work… as part of the reason for the booking. My partner requires assistance, suffering with rheumatoid arthritis can be very challenging for him climbing flights of stairs. It was uncomfortably hot inside, so we had all the windows open for a short time. I unplugged all the room air fresheners, sadly I get instant headaches with these things. But switched them all back on before leaving. With my partner being 6ft 4, he banged his head a couple of times on the sharp metal lampshade right above the sofa. I don’t like to make a fuss, but these could be positives that could have attention for the future. But still very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It didn’t have a dishwasher which would have been nice, some cups were left in the cupboard from previous guests which weren’t cleaned up. Floorboards extremely noisy, can hear other guests moving around upstairs. The apartment we stopped in was 2 flights of stairs up and there was a lift but not working. I suffer with arthritis and it would have been nice not to use the stairs. Also windows need replacing. They are misted and it rained heavily and the water was coming through the closed window.

Left side window doesn't fit, very windy on our 2 day stay had to put fan upto window curtain to stop it blowing around, electric heater switch near table gets very hot , small partition dividing walls between rooms loose. The above could be health and safety issues, need addressing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in room 2.
- Scott (6/5): - Directly across from tram stop so was easy to get from one end to the other. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - you felt the springs from the mattresses. Did some washing and when I got the 2 clothes airers out of the cupboard one had 3 legs so would stand and stay open and the other one was completely broken so had to go and buy one so could dry the washing. Freezer kept making loud banging noises and was frozen up with broken drawers in it. General upkeep of the property could do with improving.

- Steven (8/5): Spacious appartment - The apartment was very spacious, the layout was really good with 2 en suite double rooms and another double room with seperate toilet. The living room and kitchen were good and perfect for a couple of nights in blackpool with the family. The furniture was a bit dated, was a couple iron burns in carpet and rip in lino, one of toilet seats was loose. When opening window the flakey paint from window sill blew in. We paid a lot of money. Perhaps double as there was a massive firework show on over the weekend we went wich meant supply and demand was high. I feel with a bit more TLC this appartment would be perfect but overall we had a nice stay. We didnt get to meet the owners, just checked in ourselves but wasnt important. Thanks for a nice stay and would stop again especially at a lower price.

The host made us feel very welcome and offered insight on what to do with our stay Our only slight grievance with this property is an elevator being unavailable. It was on us mainly though as I booked the penthouse at the top but a working lift would make things much easier.

Out til late almost every day but it's a great place to come back to as a family Few rough edges I thought I might get blamed for, like couple of tatty chairs and last guests cig dimps on the balcony. Picked most of them up, had kids there and didn't want them running about on them. Oh and a drain outside on the balcony that was damaged and leaking onto the fake grass which reeked even Inside the appartment at times.

Need to be more organised and wasn't very happy with loaded stuff outside the entrance

- Saskia (3/5): Whilst some parts of the apartment were quite modern, most was not and could definitely be renovated - The large space was great for a family, there were plenty of beds to sleep in which was fantastic and the couch was very comfortable to relax on. Most of the blinds in the apartment were broken which made it very light in the morning around 5am. The walls had staining on them. The mattresses were stained brown. The windows and sills had mould and dirt around them. The shower looks amazing but water did not naturally go down the drain and would leak all over the bathroom floor which made it a hazard when walking on it. The internet rarely worked and the tv channels available were minimal so nights in the apartment were quite boring. The people upstairs were very loud and awake all hours which we could easily hear from below. On one occasion two young boys turned up and shouted to those on the balcony they’d brought drugs and one of them carried a long wooden pole into the building with him which concerned us enough that we left a day early.

No mattress protectors on any beds... which lucky i didn't find out till we were leaving... thin sheets straight onto stained mattresses...Cigarette butts, dirty sock, broken mop and broom on balcony, full ash tray and rusty knife on roof below kids bedrooms window (about 1foot down and right outside along with some underwear), microwave dirty, washing machine very grubby and dryer didn't work. Sofa bed mattress really thin so frame sticks into you and very uncomfortable... maybe a mattress protector might be an idea to pad out our a bit...

- HUNYMUMY (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Fantastic apartment size for our family. 3 toilets was a godsend with 3 kids. Dishwasher and washing machine an asset. There was no clothes airer but a call to owner and that was resolved quickly. We stayed for a week and there was sparse crockery, no dustpan and brush or hoover. Initial thought this was a 'serviced' apartment but didn't get cleaned the whole time we were there so must have misunderstood the advert. Apartment needed some tlc in a few areas but didn't affect our stay.

- Zohra (7/5): Great location. Spacious apartments with everything you need for you stay. - The property was spacious. Out dated furniture and not child safe as many items where broken for example headboards, window locks and doors. No sound proofing and very creaking floorboards.

- Lisa (6/5): Spacious flat with lovely views in good location but needs redecoration (currently lift not working) - The flat is in a great location, opposite a green with cafe (which serves a lovely breakfast) and close to a tram stop to get into the heart of Blackpool. We were able to park on the drive outside. The flat is very spacious and we particularly loved the lounge/kitchen/dining area with it's social space and lovely big windows overlooking the green and side sea view. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. It was also really nice that the two bedrooms were far apart. The lift wasn't working (and looked like it had been out of order for some time given the pot plant placed outside it on the first floor). I wouldn't have booked the flat had I known this as my mum suffers from COPD and finds climbing stairs difficult. It states two bathrooms so we were disappointed to find the second one is just a tiny toilet. The flat could do with redecoration - there are lots of marks on the walls and the lounge blinds, and the carpet is ripped in places. The covering on the dining room chairs is worn and leaves black marks if you sit on them directly (need to put something down first). It would be great if the bedrooms had thicker curtains (or addition of a blackout curtain) as the sun woke us early each morning.

- Claire (9/5): Great spot for a getaway - The location was under a 10 min walk from pleasure beach and other attractions. Very spacious nice bathroom very comfortable beds. Lovely little park opposite for kiddies aswell. Nothing to dislike
- Gareth (8/5): - Great location with a short walk to the pier. No space to park on arrival so had to park a couple of streets away. It read that we would have a parking space at the location but was not the case. No tea towels or cereal bowls, just large pasta bowls.

- John (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Out of the way of the typical blackpool nightlife.whole apartment was very spacious,was also clean and tidy.i could easily live there,we all felt safe and comfortable there. Just having to put the code in the front, main door to access the building everytime.it was just annoying putting your hand over it,then waiting for the keypad to do it's thing before I could type in the code.the apartment keypad was perfect.
