Il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, pulizia e ordine quotidianamente. Ringrazio per il gradevole soggiorno! Il bagno si potrebbe migliorare in quanto un po’ datato, la doccia perde un po’ ma per il resto è tutto perfetto.

Si prometteva una vista mare che secondo me, per posizione, non poteva esserci, e invece c'era. Cuscini e piumone comodissimi! Bagno molto risicato, con acqua calda del bidé non pervenuta... Secondo piano senza ascensore. E' un "una stella", per quella valutazione è _molto_ superiore alle aspettative.

- Leigh (10/5): A very pleasant comfortable stay. - Although a very simple, basic hotel, it was very comfortable and very clean. It is in a perfect location, steps from the sea. My room had a terrace with views of the sea, and wonderful sounds of the water and cool breezes. There is a view of a charming church just next to the hotel with lovely bells. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay a few days. I will definitely stay there again. No negatives.

- jean-claude (9/5): - Petit hôtel très simple mais très propre et bien situé par rapport à la gare. Patron très gentil qui nous a aidés à descendre la valise car seul inconvénient la réception est à l'étage et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Une bonne adresse que nous recommandons.

La chambre donnant sur la rue principale était de ce fait extrêmement bruyante (jusqu'à minuit passé) L'hôtel semble posséder des chambres rénovées orientées Sud (ensoleillé, plus calme etc...) ce qui confère des notes trompeuses les clients. Je suis très déçue d'avoir été abusée de la sorte.

Y lo peor la buena valoración en booking con la que nos engañaron …por lo que vimos con una puntuación de 5 ya estaría exagerando!!! Muy mal. Camera molto piccola, lavabo ancora più piccolo, senza aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore rumoroso, 48 scale da salire non avendo l’ascensore. E la cosa peggiore è la buona valutazione su Booking con cui ci hanno ingannato… per quello che abbiamo visto, un punteggio di 5 sarebbe già un’esagerazione!!! Molto male. Very small room, even smaller sink, no air conditioning, only a noisy fan, 48 steps to climb since there is no elevator. And the worst part was the good rating on Booking, which completely misled us… from what we saw, even a score of 5 would already be an exaggeration!!! Very bad

Konte meinen Koffer noch stehen lassen am Tag der Abreise und erhielt sogar noch einen Schlüssel, falls die Rezeption zu wàre, wenn ich mein Gepäck holen gehe.

We were at the back of the building and was relatively quiet. It was very hot during our stay and though there was a ceiling fan, we could really have done with other fans. I did not ask for these, so not sure if they were available.

- Ronald (4/5): Not worth the high rating - The hosts did a lovely job and the hotel is on a very nice location. Bordighere is lovely! Maybe it's my fault and is it just the one star hotel as mentioned. But we expected much more due to the high ratings and also the high season price. It was very warm in the room without airco. The fan was broken at the ceiling and i couldnt see no action for fixing it. The solution was to put fans in the room, but they where old, broken and shabby. A problem can happen but solve it a good level. The room was old and the bathroom really need some work to fix and clean. So sorry. It could be very good.
