One example of many was we checked in online, and when we arrived and went to the front desk to obtain our keys the person working noticed my mother walking with a cane and asked if my parents would prefer a mobility accessible room then made the change. Also the Manager came out and chatted with my parents, then the next day during breakfast came over and remembered my parents and chatted with them some more asking follow up questions from the previous day. Everywere was clean and well kept. It was a very pleasant stay after a day long car ride.

James (10/5): A very pleasant oasis to stay overnight on our long road trip from Iowa to Texas. - Conveniently located at the crossroads of I-335, I-35, and US 50. The room was very quiet. The showers were hot and powerful. The beds were comfortable. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, exhibiting a positive attitude. I can't think of anything.

The breakfast was fresh and hot and the lady overseeing the breakfast area was so sweet and friendly. The receptionists at the front desk both during check in and checkout were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this hotel again and again! We will definitely stay again on our trips to visit our son!

LikesTravellling (10/5): Highly Recommend - The front desk receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room and hotel were very clean, and I have pretty high standards. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is nicely decorated. It's not noisy at all, even though close to the interstate. We had a room on the back side of the hotel. The breakfast was simple but better than most of the hotels we stayed at on our trip. At check out, we were allowed to take two prepared lunch bags that contained a bottle of water, bagel, apple, peanut butter, and jelly. It was perfect to have for our 10 hour drive ahead of us that day. This is an excellent hotel with very helpful staff and it was great to stay in a nice place while on the road! We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The only issues we had were the fitness room had multiple pieces of equipment not functioning (3 of 4 cardio pieces were down at one point) and the business center was non-existent (removed physically from the hotel and was not removed from online sites showing it was available)...Had the online sites shown that the computers were gone, I would have brought my own for the small work I had to do, a simple task.
PlunderGirl (10/5): Hampton bed to the rescue! - We used Hampton Inn hotels this trip particularly because of the bed. My back had issues that only a Hampton bed can resolve. The place was clean. Surroundings were safe. What stood out the most was how the beds were made. I have never seen such a neatly presented bed anywhere on our travels. The price is steep but my points helped. Thanks for a great stay!

Stefanie (10/5): Wonderful stay - This was a very lovely stay!! The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The woman in the breakfast area was extremely polite, outgoing and helpful! She made it feel like we were at home and helped grab the kids plates when they were finished. The woman at the front desk also took the time to give our kids stickers and make them feel special! It’s those little things that really make us feel at at home and welcome! This is unlike any other hotel we had stayed at this vacation

Andrea (10/5): - The location worked well for a family traveling from Texas to Iowa with two dogs. They greeted us and even our restless pups with a warm welcome. A small dog bag was prepped with a bowl, pee pad, waste baggies, a bottled water and a pamphlet of nearby pet friendly “attractions”. A dog park was about .5 miles away which gave our dogs a place to run off energy after a day in the car and before getting back on the road the following day. Breakfast was until 10- key when traveling with a teenager. It was clean and had many options. We will stay again!

Desiree (10/5): Perfect one night stay - Stayed for one night with my family and our dog. The staff at check in were very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was very spacious, clean, beds comfortable, and we were very pleased with our stay. It was also a pleasant surprise to find full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom. Free hot breakfast in the morning was good and just one of the reasons we love staying at Hampton Inn’s. All the staff we spoke with were very kind and personable, which can be hard to find these days. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

When I called Expedia they contacted the property who then said I had to pay full price: I called property and they were rude and hung up on me. It’s sad how Hilton has destroyed their brand by buying up these low quality franchise chains. I will not be booking with Hilton again.
