• Julia (8/5): - Very central, nice host Nothing the host can really do, but the walls are rather thin (it‘s an old house) and you tend to hear everything.
• Fabio (1/5): Terrible - Esperienza scandalosa e indegna di qualsiasi struttura che lavori con il pubblico. Arrivo al check-in e scopro che la camera non si trova nemmeno nello stabile indicato, ma in un'altra struttura, da raggiungere a piedi sotto la pioggia torrenziale, senza assistenza, senza organizzazione e senza il minimo rispetto per il cliente. Già dal ricevimento si sentiva un odore di cibo nauseante. La camera poi era minuscola, soffocante e con un letto una piazza e mezza attaccato al muro e delimitato da sponde laterali. Per una persona alta era semplicemente inutilizzabile: non riuscivo nemmeno a starci dentro fisicamente. Non era una questione di comodità, ma dell'impossibilità totale di dormire in condizioni normali. E tutto questo con pagamento anticipato già effettuato. La cosa più grave è stata l'atteggiamento della proprietaria: davanti a un problema evidente, invece di trovare una soluzione, mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto informarmi da solo sulle caratteristiche del letto. Come se fosse responsabilità del cliente immaginare dettagli che una struttura seria dovrebbe comunicare chiaramente prima di incassare i soldi. Quando ho chiesto almeno una camera diversa, la risposta è stata: "Quello che ha prenotato si arrangi", detta con arroganza e totale menefreghismo. A quel punto ho preferito andarmene, perdendo soldi, tempo e una serata, pur di non restare in un posto gestito in questo modo. Mai vista una tale combinazione di disorganizzazione, superficialità e maleducazione verso un cliente pagante. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni aspetto. Struttura da evitare assolutamente.

• Jürgen (6/5): Im Verhältnis zu teuer - Sehr zentral Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Rechts und links vom Bett ca. 50cm Platz. Die Komode sieht zwar hübsch aus, bietet aber wenig Ablagefläche. Die Tagesdecke hätte eine Reinigung nötig. Auf Fernseher lag sehr viel Staub.

• PIERRE (7/5): Très bien placé sans parking - L’emplacement est top pour partir visiter le centre historique de Florence. La chambre est à l’ancienne dans une vieille bâtisse, c’est sympa. On avait filtré parce qu’il y avait un parking et en fait non, il n’y en a pas. Surprise. Ils nous avaient même envoyé un message pour nous dire qu’ils avaient un accord avec un parking à côté mais rien en fait non plus, on a payé plein pot. Il

Also, it was so close to the train station, few minutes away, 10 -12 minutes maximum by foot. Couldn't recommend it more! Lots of amazing places to eat right outside your hotel. Stay local to eat it's the BEST food. The AC unit the temp light was very very very bright. Not sure, if that can be dimmed.

Le lit est très confortable. La personne s’occupant de l’accueil et qui est dans un autre immeuble est très sympathique. Nous n’avons pas trouvé la télécommande de l’air conditionné et le sol n’était pas trop propre 😏

• Dharminder (1/5): Disappointing - The only positive I can mention is the location. I was unfortunately very disappointed with my stay at Soggiorno Annamaria in Florence. Several basic amenities and services were either missing or not functioning properly, which made the experience quite frustrating. There was no iron in the room, and when I requested one, I was told I had to go to another building to collect it, which was inconvenient. Housekeeping was only done after the first night and not maintained for the rest of my stay. I was also woken up just after 6am by loud cleaning activity outside my room, which was very disruptive. The bathroom had its own issues, the light appears to be on a timer and turned off while I was in the shower, leaving me in complete darkness, which felt unsafe. On top of that, the shower pole kept coming loose during use. Perhaps most frustrating was that there was no WiFi available at all during my stay, despite it being advertised. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

• ΑΝΘΗ (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό του τρένου και μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Ο δρόμος που είναι το κατάλυμα είναι γεμάτος εστιατόρια και μπαράκια (χωρίς ιδιαίτερο θόρυβο) Πολύ ωραία ατμόσφαιρα. Τα στρώματα και τα κλινοσκεπάσματα θέλουν ανανέωση, τα σεντόνια ήταν πολύ σκληρά και με κόμπους. Η ξύλινη πόρτα του μπάνιου είχε "πέσει", φράκαρε και έκανε θόρυβο. Επίσης χρειάζεται περισσότερη προσοχή στο καθάρισμα. Τα πορτατίφ που ήταν ακριβώς πάνω από το προσκέφαλο μου είχαν ένα πόντο σκόνη.

This property will actually lower the quality of your vacatio - The only redeeming quality of this properties location This is genuinely one of the worst days I’ve had at a property in my entire life. First of all you have to go on a scavenger hunt to be able to check in. The air conditioner hardly works. The bed is the least comfortable and looks 30+ years old and was incredibly stained. We joked over our stay that the shower was dubbed the “mental fortitude shower” as the water would switch from freezing cold to boiling hot on a whim and was physically painful. Please also know that although this hotel claims to have Wi-Fi, there is a paper sign that states the Wi-Fi does not work. It appears to have been there for a while.

• ciaociaoitaly (4/5): シャワーのお湯が出ない、ドライヤーも壊れてた - 外壁にフレスコ画がある歴史ある建物のワンフロアで、部屋もアンティークでベッドや調度品が素敵でした。 コーヒーメーカーもあり部屋でコーヒーが飲めた。クッキーと紅茶も置いてありました。 暖房もとても暖かかった。 部屋の窓からの景色は荒れた物置きのみで、空も全く見えなかった。 夜8時頃シャワーを浴びようとしたら、すぐ水になってしまい全くお湯が出なかったので入浴が出来なかった。ドライヤーも壊れていて動かなかった。フロントはこの建物には無く離れた別のホテルにあるので、翌日ドライヤーが壊れていると連絡するとすぐに見に来てくれたがドライヤーは持ってきていなくて、また来ると言ったが昼になっても持って来ず。夕方になっても持って来ないので催促し、やっと持ってきたが、ドライヤーが壊れていた事と届けるのが遅くなったことの謝罪も無かった。2泊目のシャワーは他の部屋が使う前の夕方早い時間に使用したがぬるいお湯で途中から水になってしまった。

The big market nearby is awesome. Not far from the museums, galleries and the Duomo. The WIFI , as well as, gaining access to our data was not accessible for most of our stay which was very frustrating.

La posizione delle stanze è eccezionale, dista 5 minuti a piedi sia dalla stazione che dal centro storico della città! Stanza silenziosa nonostante si trova in una strada ricca di localini. Letti comodissimi e ho apprezzato tanto il mini frigo in funzione. D’ora in poi sarà il nostro punto di riferimento a Firenze! Alla prossima!!

• giampio (9/5): Consiglio con qualche piccola accortezza meriterebbe il 10 - Signora Annamaria gentilissima, la stanza dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione centralissima, set doccia adeguato e completo. Avevo prenotato camera con vista città ma il balcone affacciava su un muro ed inoltre il wifi all’interno della stanza non funzionava nè tantomeno la rete mobile.

Davvero tutto stupendo, la posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione e 10 dalla cupola. Ci ritorneremo❤️ Nulla

In stanza a disposizione te’, caffè e merendine gratuite. La finestra della nostra stanza dava su uno stretto spazio interno. Letto matrimoniale composto da due materassi non di ottima qualità. Non bene insonorizzata.

• Marie (6/5): - De locatie is ideaal. De airco werkt eigenlijk amper, de kamer werd absoluut niet verkoeld ook al lieten we de airco de hele nacht aan. Het was moeilijk om correct af te spreken met de eigenaars. Er werd een bericht gestuurd via booking maar op de applicatie was er een probleem waardoor ik hierin niet kon antwoorden. Wij zochten dan een mailadres en telefoonnummer. Enkele uren nadat we toegekomen waren in firenze hebben we ze dan eindelijk aan de lijn gehad, ze spraken jammer genoeg geen Engels waardoor zelfs toen afspreken moeilijk bleef. Ik heb dan mijn bericht vertaald en zo doorgestuurd. Ondertussen hebben we bijna 20 euro bij betaald elders om gedurende de dag onze valiezen ergens achter te kunnen laten.

Kontakt z właścicielką hotelu jest bardzo trudny, to starsza Pani, która nie słyszała dzwonka telefonu ani dzwonka do drzwi. Dopiero właściciel restauracji obok hotelu dodzwonił się do niej, dzięki czemu zameldowanie było możliwe.

La camera è deliziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort possibili, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. La posizione è semplicemente strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo e dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Un valore aggiunto fondamentale è Annamaria, una donna splendida e accogliente, sempre disponibile e attenta, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa ed è riuscita a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

• ralf (9/5): - The location and the looks of the room were fantastic. The kind owner couldn't find the reservation neither spoke english and it took some time to find the reception in another building.
• Zoe (7/5): - The location was really unbeatable. It's an easy walk from Florence S.M.N (the main train terminal) - very convenient! Additionally, it is close to all the main attractions. The downside of being in the main area is that you are in a tourist trap area for food etc... but I personally didn't mind this for ease of getting here. There is a coffee machine - we bought additional coffee pods and milk, there is a fridge which is also convenient. Private bathroom- something Ive discoverer that I like very much. The room is clean, warm and quiet. There is no natural light- the shutters are permanently fixed closed. But the window does open to get in fresh air if you need it. The water pressure in the shower is trash (but at least the water is warm). My partner is tall - not really enough room in the bathroom to go to the toilet or shower for him.

• DavideT74 (1/5): Tentativo di assegnazione camera inferiore rispetto a quanto prenotato e già pagato - posizione A fronte di una Matrimoniale Deluxe prenotata e pagata anticipatamente su Booking, la proprietaria ha provato ad assegnarci una minuscola singola con letto da 1 piazza e mezzo, in struttura separata, sostenendo che l'errore era di Booking. Grazie al "3° livello Genius" ho chiamato il Customer Service di Booking... l'operatore mi ha confermato la correttezza della ns prenotazione e capita la situazione, ci ha assegnato sistemazione in altra struttura, riaccreditandoci quanto avevamo pagato anticipatamente.

Il riscaldamento funziona (quando funziona) solo con una chiave, chiave messa insieme alle chiavi della camera e sono tutte chiuse con un lucchetto, per cui non esiste trovare la camera calda al rientro la sera, cosa assurda!!! Devi aspettare almeno 1oretta per avere una temperatura decente e meno male che fuori non faceva molto freddo ... La prima sera ho dovuto chiamare la signora perché il riscaldamento non funzionava proprio ...
