• Selçuk (10/5): Harika konum, harika oda, harika çalışanlar. - Karşılayan arkadaş çok cana yakın ve ilgiliydi. Şehir ile ilgili çok güzel bilgiler ve bir harita verdi. Checkin saatinden önce gittik bavullarımızı bıraktık sorun olmadı. Konumu çok iyi kesinlikle öneririm tren istasyonuna 5dk her yere yakın. Oda temiz yatak güzel yastıklar inanılmaz iyiydi. Girişte ücretsiz kahve ve su da mevcut.

• Richard Miltinho (9/5): Toscana - Localização, as moças da recepção (embora é um quarto alugado, têm uma recepção durante o dia, muito bom e prático), que são extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas. Fácil acesso a todos os pontos turisticos da cidade, trem, mercado, restaurantes. Quarto confortável, espaçoso. Um pouco barulhento, por ser próximo da porta principal que dá acesso à todos os quartos, mas é somente nesses momentos de entrada e saída de hóspedes.

They want guests to love the city as much as they do. We got an amazing recommendation for a café with a garden. Facilities were near and clean - quite comfortable. Not one thing to complain about!

• Hubert (3/5): - Pokój blisko dworca kolejowego, centrum oraz przystanku tramwajowego. Pokój zaniedbany, ilość kurzu na żyrandolu nas zszokował. Gruba warstwa kurzu pokrywała lampy przy łóżku. Grzejnik w łazience zanieczyszczony z tyłu od ściany niebieską cieczą. Gdyby tego było mało leżąc w łóżku nad głową zza ściany dobiegał głośny dźwięk telewizora z sąsiedniego pokoju (tak jakby nie było w ogóle ściany) - myśleliśmy że wymeldujemy się z tego miejsca i zaczniemy szukać innej lokalizacji.

• Letizia (8/5): Posizione eccellente, pulizia ottima e gentilezza dello staff, camera e bagno non troppo grandi ma con tutto il necessar - La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passa dal centro e dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa per il bagno che aveva alcuni accessori un po’ sgangherati, come la mensola del lavandino rotta e quella nella doccia. Un po’ scomode perché non c’era spazio per appoggiare le proprie cose, però è una piccolezza.

• Nara (10/5): Perfeita! - Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa! O hotel fica em uma rua muito bem localizada, o acesso ao prédio é muito fácil e tranquilo. As acomodações são além de lindas, muito confortáveis, tem tudo que precisamos. Vou indicar pra todo mundo e com certeza voltaremos outras vezes! Um adendo a equipe que foi de muita gentileza nos permitindo também deixar as malas após o checkout.

• Andrea (10/5): Fantastico ! - Letto comodissimo, doppie finestre insonorizzate quindi qualità del sonno eccezionale. Distributore d’acqua nella lobby con caffè e tè ecc. gratuiti. La signora al check in é super simpatica e ci ha consigliato punti d’interesse della città. Possibilità di depositare le valigie per early check in o late check out. Il check out alle 10 è un po presto ma non rappresenta un gran problema. La Tv della stanza 3 é piccola ma non l’abbiamo usata.

• Tania_Martins (8/5): Buena ubicación y comodidad - La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren y de la zona monumental. Además, hay muchos detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda: secador de pelo, plancha, cama y almohadas muy confortables, tetera en la habitación y acceso a café y agua en la cocina compartida. Para mi gusto, estuvo bien; no tengo nada que objetar de este sitio. Eso sí, es cierto que hay poca insonorización entre las habitaciones.

The hosts were very kind and communication was easy. Check-in was quick and smooth. Everything looked exactly like in the photos. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
• Anna Orta (10/5): Un tesoro en Florencia - Ubicación perfecta, a 5min de la estación de tren, a 5min de la Galleria de la Accademia, a 2min del mercado y a 5min del Duomo. Es un 2 piso con 6 habitaciones, te dan códigos para el acceso al edificio, recepcion y habitacion, aunque hay alguien en la recepcion de 8 a 14h. Habitación muy cómoda con todo lo necesario, incluso nevera, tetera, agua gratis y amenities en el baño. Calida-precio inmejorable en Florencia.

A szálláshely tiszta volt és csodaszép egyedi berendezéssel rendelkezett. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló volt, sétatávolságra megközelíthető számos fontos látnivaló. Mindenkinek ajánlom rövidebb vagy hosszabb tartózkodásra Firenzében.

Great location, only five mins walk from station or the centre. Nothing really significant, only thing I would say is it wasn’t immediately obvious to spot from the street as it’s located in a locked courtyard (the name is on the buzzer but you have to go right up to it to see it)

Zona non rumorosa e comoda per i servizi (stazione F.S. , Posteggio Fortezza ) La residenza è raggiungibile in auto per lo scarico bagagli, nonostante la ZTL. Manca la colazione nonostante su internet sia abbiamo immagini e commenti. Rumore di fruscio nelle stanza probabilmente dovuto al sistema di ventilazione. L'asciugacapelli del bagno smetteva di funzionare dopo 4-5 minuti.

Gezeceğiniz yerle ilgili bilgiler verdiler, neyle ilgili sıkıntınız olursa (tur,restoran vb.)hemen dönüş yapıyorlar.Her gün temizlik yapıldı, çay kahve ikramı vardı. Çıkış sonrası bagajlarınızı istediğiniz saate kadar saklıyorlar. Bir daha Floransa’ya gelirsem kesinlikle burada kalırım. Gidecek olan insanlara da burayı öneririm. Eriko ve sevgili eşine çok teşekkür ederiz. Yok.
