- John (10/5): Excellent choice and will stay again - Very comfy hotel and in great location Nothing
- CLIVE (8/5): PERFECT LOCATION AND EASY WALK TO THE FOOTBALL GROUND - CLEAN ROOM AND WARM
- Ian (9/5): lovely hotel - great location. nice room was advised upfront about saturday evening noise from the bar, and all stopped at midnight...so no issues at all
- Mulley (5/5): - Clean, friendly, good prices Saturday there was a party in a function room right below us which kept us us.
Sunday Externally loud live music, the walls were rattling in our room.
At the least ,knowing we weren't part of the party on the Saturday, we would have thought we could have been roomed a bit further than right above them

- Roger (9/5): - 24 hr access, coffee making kit, sensible bedroom and en suit, controllable room heating. Was immediately over a function room from which the music made the bed vibrate!
- Peter (7/5): - Location pub and entrance was fine. 90 mins after check in there was still cleaning staff working and making noise so it was hard to rest.Surely all the cleaning should be done before normal check in.Small room and didn't find the bed very comfortable.
- CLIVE (9/5): Just needed a central location for what I was doing - It was the perfect location for me a ten minute walk to the station and a twenty minute walk to Barrow fc Nothing

- Patsy (7/5): - The lady that showed us to our rooms was polite and friendly and he rooms were clean and had everything we needed. It was a good location in that it was right in the centre of town but at night, there were loads of kids racing motorbikes up and down the high street and fighting. Not the hotel’s fault of course but just a downside of the location.

- Terry (6/5): A basic offering if you want a clean room and an inexpensive stay. - The location and the fact that I wanted somewhere inexpensive and basic for a one night stay. It met these aims. The room was a bit Spartan, but I was paying accommodation so I fully accepted that.

- Colin (8/5): A nice pub/hotel. Very tidy rooms. Would recommend. - Central location.
A little noisy because it is a pub but we knew this at the time of booking, everything was made clear upfront. The shower in our room, 9, leaked to outside the shower tray. It didn't impact us at all but it's something that needs addressing from the hotels perspective.
- John (8/5): - Clean and comfortable and at a very reasonable price.
- Nichelle (9/5): - How comfortable and clean it was the location was fantastic
- Nichelle (9/5): -
- Jillian (9/5): Well worth a visiting - Lovely modern room, with plenty of tea/coffee/milk. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, towels were large and fluffy. Staff were friendly and accommodating as we asked for a slightly longer check out time. Wetherspoons across the road for a nice breakfast. Fantastic price for this venue. No actual parking for the premises so parked in carpark at rear and was scared I might get a ticket, luckily I didn't.

- Ben (10/5): Great experience from start to finish even helped with the storage of my bike - Great people and very helpful Nothing it was great
- Sue (8/5): Comfortable nights sleep for a one night stay - The hotel felt very secure for a lone female traveller with entrance to the accommodation via a locked door away from the public area. The room was clean with tea/coffee facilities. The bed was comfy and the shower facilities on par. There was nothing I didn't like
- Martin (5/5): Uncomfortable - Location, good bar. Awful bed, room was roasting and the noise from the street went on until 5 in the morning.
