• Eimis (8/5): Casual place to stay for bigger company for reasonable price at this place. - Nice balcony with a view. Spacy rooms. You feel like "home", bit old fashioned but still home :) Really nice house owner. Place for parking. Quite good location. We got first floor, so at night it was quite dark when going on stairs which are also very slippery if wet. Also found cockroach (quite big).

• Paweł (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum, sklep i restauracje. Bardzo gościnna i miła gospodyni. Można zrobić grilla, zjeść śniadanie na tarasie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (zmywarka, piekarnik, płyta gazowa), pralka w łazience i duża wanna.
• Tomas (2/5): Very poor - Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was much worse than expected. The photos shown on the booking website were significantly different from reality – they appeared to be heavily edited. The apartment was quite unclean and seemed to be maintained by an elderly person, as there were visible cobwebs, mold, limescale, and some peeling ceilings. While there are old-style apartments that can be cozy and well-kept, this was definitely not the case here. The rooms were dark and hot, and we were asked to pay an extra €7 per day for using the air conditioner – even though it was 38°C outside. That felt completely unreasonable. Many of the furniture pieces were very worn out, with some looking just old and shabby. The only positive aspect was that the kitchen furniture appeared to have been recently renovated. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations or justify the price, and I would not recommend this place to other travelers. We didn’t stay the night – we found a different apartment and moved out.

• Christian (8/5): Very good - The host was super friendly and they operate a very nice restaurant on the same property.
• Luke (8/5): Good base for exploring Istria - Travelling as a family 2 adults + 3 kids (7,10,12). Finding the property is simple - look for the Tri Volta restaurant and it is directly above. Warm welcome from the owners (who live in another apartment in the property) and throughout the holiday they were hospitable and fantastic with the kids. Apartment has two bedrooms (each with a double and a single bed), kitchen and bathroom, so slept family of five comfortably. There is a/c in one of the bedrooms which kept that room cool but second bedroom is warmer - not a problem once acclimatised! Furnishings and kitchen utensils are basic so if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking might need to ask the hosts for additional pots and pans (which I'm sure they would provide). Restaurant below is popular but quiet - absolutely no problems with noise in the evenings. You get a table and chairs on a balcony shared with the owners which is pleasant in the mornings and evenings. Parking is just over the road but no problems pulling up outside to drop off suitcases etc (it's a quiet residential street). Rovinj old town centre easily walk-able. The better beaches are a bit more of a trek and we ended up driving to the more convenient parking (only a five minute drive). Made a great base for exploring Istria but if you are more into relaxing away the holiday at the property you might want to look for somewhere with more amenities.
