- CALABRÒ (3/5): Non abbiamo gradito - La struttura è molto bella e ha una bellissima piscina Abbiamo trovato il pavimento sporco e una blatta sul muro. Il problema è che non hanno nemmeno provato a cercare un modo per scusarsi e anzi, ci hanno addebitato 12 euro di spritz in più , invece , quantomeno, dopo il disagio, di offrire un cocktail .

- Francesca (9/5): Great and recomended. - The hotel was very well looked after, elegant, and very close to the sea. Breakfast was plentiful, the pool was spotless, and they provided towels for the sunbeds. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a terrace, sunbed, and private table. The room had air conditioning. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they booked excursions for us. The hotel is almost a 30-minute walk from the port, and doing it with luggage is not exactly exciting. There are “taxis,” golf carts that, for 10 euros, load everything and take you wherever you need to go. The toilet flush was taped up with Scotch tape, but it worked. Small Shower and only two pillows in total.

- Barbara (2/5): Da evitare, inqualificabile - il peggior albergo di Stromboli - La piscina è l’unica cosa che merita dell’albergo, con una vista pazzesca sul vulcano. Menziono tra le cose positive anche che accettano i cani, e lo staff si è dimostrato comprensivo quando abbaiavano. Il segnale Wi-fi è abbastanza buono. Lo staff, benché molto giovane e impreparato, si è sempre dimostrato cortese. La struttura è pubblicizzata come 4 stelle, e mi chiedo come sia possibile, non rispecchia nessuna delle caratteristiche di un 4 stelle. La struttura è molto bella, ma l’hotel è sporco, privo di servizi e con camere datate e non rinnovate. Iniziando dal check-in, all’ingresso viene indicato che il personale è presente dalle 6.30 alle 23.00, ma in realtà lo è dalle 7.00 alle 22.30 circa. Nell’ingresso è indicato un numero di telefono per richieste notturne, ma il numero risulta inesistente. Vi sono poi due riferimenti telefonici e vi è scritto di contattarli telefonicamente o tramite whatsapp, ma su whatsapp non rispondono. C’è scritto che il bar della piscina è aperto fino alle 21.00, ma a voce ci viene detto che è aperto fino alle 20.00. Passando alla camera, ci viene offerto gentilmente un “upgrade” di camera da budget a standard: nella camera c’erano mattonelle del pavimento che si muovevano, polvere ovunque, lenzuola macchiate e asciugamani macchiato di marrone, briciole per terra ecc. Quando ho segnalato che la stanza era MOLTO sporca, mi è stata offerta la pulizia della camera, ma sl mio rientro la camera era leggermente più pulita e le lenzuola non erano state cambiate. La TV era impolverata, i comodini non sono mai stati puliti, e uno scontrino che mi era caduto a terra è rimasto lì per l’intero soggiorno (7 giorni). Il bagno aveva una doccia molto piccola, completamente arrugginita e senza mensola per riporre le proprie cose. Nel bidet c’era un pelo pubico, rimasto lì per tre giorni. Gli asciugamani per mani e bidet erano quasi degli stracci. La colazione è aperta dalle 7 alle 10, è di pessima qualità e offre cornetti surgelati, torte stantie, dei cereali e marmellate confezionate, pane, prosciutto e un tipo solo di formaggio a fette. I succhi, nonostante siamo in Sicilia, sono confezionati e, se terminano durante la colazione, non vengono rimpiazzati nemmeno sotto richiesta.

Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ottima la possibilità di ordinare piccoli snack al bar della piscina. La colazione seppur buona, non è all’altezza del resto. Mi è stata assegnata una camera abbastanza piccola (lavabo davanti al letto e assenza di bidet) e con poco spazio per riporre vestiti e oggetti personali, sicuramente migliorabile con l’aggiunta di un piccolo armadio e qualche mensola. L’hotel è distante dal centro (se per tale si intende la piazza con la chiesa), per chi viaggia da solo potrebbe essere un problema raggiungerlo la sera a piedi perché manca completamente l’illuminazione pubblica.

Il bagno aveva lo specchio con ancora le gocce, asciugamani faccia ed ospiti non in spugna ma in un cotone leggerissimo. Se migliorassero queste cose sarebbe perfetto!

Direttore e receptionists super disponibili e accoglienti Ristorante di bassissimo livello, paragonabile a un ristorante pseudo-italiano all’estero: pasta alle vongole senza vongole a 30€ circa, insalate di mare di basso livello probabilmente vecchia di un giorno, piatti di verdure grigliate con 5 (letteralmente 5) rondelle di zucchine sottili a 10€.
- Jose Manuel (8/5): - Stromboli es una maravilla. El hotel tiene una piscina maravillosa con vistas al volcán, la temperatura del agua era perfecta y la vegetación increíble. Buen desayuno. Las habitaciones son bastante espartanas. En agosto la relación calidad/precio no es buena.
- Miguel (4/5): Cucarachas a precio de oro - Stromboli -Habitación en planta baja, sucia (papeles debajo de la cama, bolas de polvo detrás de la nevera, arena por todas partes, una cucaracha viva, hormigas) y ruidosa. Baño viejo e incómodo. -Piscina masificada, sin hamacas libres casi en ningún momento del día. Además 0 control por parte del personal de la gente que se deja la toalla y se va. -Personal incompetente, 0 información al check in. Además, les escribí previamente vía booking para pedirles el favor de que me hicieran una reserva en un restaurante que solo aceptaba reservas por teléfono y nunca recibí respuesta. -Precio desorbitado para el mal servicio.
- paolo (10/5): - Personale educatissimo e professione, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli l'ultimo giorno ed usufruire della struttura, posto meraviglioso in una zona bellissima di Stromboli piscitá, tutto vicino anche a piedi, torneremo sicuramente.

A mio avviso troppo caro per la qualità delle stanze. Bagno vecchio con segni di usura porte con segni di usura e la porta della camera con due grossi spifferi.

- Viviana (6/5): Qualitá/prezzo negativo - L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta soprattutto per raggiungere le vicinissime spiaggette piu belle dell isola, la piscina molto grande ha la vista sul vulcano molto suggestiva, si puo pranzare comodamente sul posto La camera, essendo budget , non aveva molte accortezze, ma visto il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo molta piu cura in ogni caso, il materasso non aveva alcuna protezione se non solamente il lenzuolo e sollevandolo si poteva notare il materasso abbastanza macchiato, il bagno era sprovvisto di comodita, non cera nemmeno un poggia docciaschiuma in doccia, o un porta sapone al lavandino, camera abbastanza scomoda e che dovrebbe costare molto meno

- michela (10/5): Relax sotto al vulcano - Accoglienza splendida. Ubicato in una parte dell'isola bellissima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia più bella e con piscina e servizi per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Ci è stata data in upgrade una camera con balcone vista strombolicchio e piscina. L'altra vista vulcano comunque affascinante. I bagni sarebbero da migliorare un pochino ma anche così è perfetto. Anche la colazione ha un'offerta dolce migliorabile (ampia scelta di brioches ma tutte surgelate)

La struttura è molto bella ma andrebbe un po’ rimodernata, il cibo del ristorante bordo piscina dovrebbe essere molto migliorato, così come la colazione.
