• Aleksandra (9/5): - Przyjemne mieszkanie w fajne lokalizacji. Duzy plus za parking. Zaskakujaco cicho i spokojnie mimo, ze bylismy w weekend. Przyjemna kolorystyka mieszkania sprzyja odpoczynkowi. Jedyna rzecz, ktorej nam troche brakowalo to wyzszy podest dla dzieci w lazience (dzieci 3 i 5 lat). 5latek dosiegal, ale 3latka miala problem, bo szafka w lazience byla dosc gleboka. Dodam, ze podest byl, ale taki jednostopniowy

• Dmitry (10/5): - Когда по вине предыдущих жильцов ключ от паркинга не оказался на нужном месте, Персонал через 30мин (УЧИТЫВАЯ ВЕЧЕР 31/12) привёз дополнительный ключ в апартаменты!!!! Респект ребятам! Дякую! немного сложновато для курящих - нигде нельзя - придётся бегать долго и далеко ....
• Beata (7/5): Czysto i lokalizacja, to mogę polecić, pomijając małe braki. - Lokalizacja była super. Rozmiar apartamentu też był zadawalający. Dostęp do wyposażenia w apartamencie też bardzo dobry, czystość mo że być, ogólnie jestem zadowolona mimo z kilkoma niedociągnieńciamy. Rozkład łóżek dla 3 dorosłych osób, bardzo krępujące dla osoby, która spała w pokoju w aneksie kuchennym. Tylko 2 rolki papieru toaletowego na 3 doby dla 3 osób.NAJGORSZE było to, że był TYLKO 1 KLUCZ!!! NA 3 DOROSŁE OSOBY. Nie było możliwości wychodzić i wracać dla każdego osobno. Wcześniej już do Was pisałam o Waszej niezorganizowanej prawidłowo pomocy administracyjnej.

Generalnie wszystko nam sie podobało ale wiadomo jakieś drobiazgi były na minus ( problem z oświetleniem - nad blatem brak/awaria a w łazience totalnie nie logiczne- dobry elektryk ogarnięte to szybko), dywaniki nadaja sie do porządnego prania! Moim zdaniem trochę za mało kubków, szklanek, łyżeczek itp skoro jest zmywarka ! Jednak to wszystko drobiazgi i można z tym żyć przez tydzień :)

• Lucie (9/5): Moderně zařízený apartmán s výborným vybavením v úplném centru města, velice pohodlné ubytování - Bylo trochu těžší najít vstup a přesně místo, kde je náš apartmán, ale recepční v budově byl nápomocný. Apartmán je v úplném centru města. Výhled z balkonu je na rušnou ulici, ložnice je do klidného vnitrobloku. V apartmánu jsme našli naprosto vše, velice nás potěšil pákový kávovar a připravená káva a voda, taktéž myčka nádobí. V ložnici je velká, pohodlná postel. Kuchyň je velice dobře vybavena, vše bylo perfektně čisté. Určitě mohu toto ubytování doporučit. Pro ubytovací pokyny jsme museli zajet na místo, které je vzdálena od ubytování a nehovoří zde anglicky. Nedokázali nám vysvětlit cestu, ani kde se přesně apartmán nachází, během trhů byla cesta ke garážím velice složitá a nakonec nás navedla až policista.
• Paulina Cie (9/5): Idealny apartament na weekend jak i dłuższy pobyt - Świetna lokalizacja w centrum, ładny i czysty apartament. Duży plus za parking podziemny. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Polecam Tylko 2 rolki papieru na 4 osoby na 2 noce, nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience od razu po przybyciu do apartamentu (kwestia kanalizacji), zakamieniony czajnik.
• Marta (8/5): Weekend z dziećmi - Do tej lokalizacji wracamy już 4 raz. Wszędzie blisko a sam obiekt bardzo przyjemny. To jedno z niewielu miejsc z garażem podziemnym w części starego miasta. Apartament czysty, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, łącznie z pralką i suszarką. Wygodny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Zabrakło jedynie jakiegoś mydła pod prysznicem

Vaikus prižadindavo anksti, nes apačioje yra Biedrionka, į kurią rytais veža prekes. -Apartamentai neturi kondicionieriaus. Bent jau ventiliatorius būtų pravertęs. - Mes kažkodėl pagal atsiųstą instrukciją sunkiai radom apartmentus jau pačiame name. Reikia liftu pakilti į 1 aukštą ir tada išėjus į vidinį kiemelį ieškoti laiptinės Nr. 3. Gal kam padės.
• Bartlomiej (10/5): Perfect stay in a beautiful city. - Everything. Location is perfect. Apartment is specious and quiet. I want be looking anything else when I’ll be definitely visiting this beautiful city again. Coffee machine could be better, if I have to point something. Not a big deal tho.

• Paolo (5/5): the service from reception and property of apartment was the worst ever received. - Location, very central. Apartment clean and well equipped. Balcony on szeroka street. 1) Some of the mails arrived before our arrival in Gdansk were in Polish language (ONLY) . 2) At arrivals we had to collect the key of apartment at the reception that is on the other side of the city and not in the centre. Some kilometre away from the apartment...very uncomfortable. 3) During our stay there was Jarmark Dominikansky (St.Dominic's fair) and a ot of street in historical centre were closed to trafic, but no help and exlanation how to reach apartment (by car) was given by the receptionist. We lost 2 hours to be able to reach the apartment in those trafic conditions. 4) During our stay the elevator was always out of service (from the garage they are 3 floors) and that was a problem for our elder family member and also for us to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. Other people living there told us that elevator was out of order since more than 10 days! 5) At arrival of apartment there was no portier to explain how to get to the apartment because from the Door by the street it is obligatory then to access to an internal court and search for the door of internal building (it is a labyrinth) that information should be well explained by the receptionist. 6) There is a cautional deposit to cover eventual damages to the apartment, but there is no one who is checking the apartment at our presence when leaving the apartment, so later we have been extra charged for a dirty towel of make up foundation that is normally cleanable in a washing machine ....like it would be a damage!!!

• Gabriel (2/5): - The place is fantastic, but the check in is very far from the apartment. They never answer the phone for assistant. I check out a week ago and still trying to get my deposit back. No answer at all
• Heather (8/5): Check-in desk is 15-minute drive from hotel - The actual property is located perfectly in old town Gdansk. The apartment was spacious and clean; however, there is no air conditioning or fan, so virtually no air movement unless you open windows. The check-in process was very confusing - you have to visit a site that's a 15-minute taxi ride away to get keys and pay for the cleaning fee (not included in price). The location of the check-in office was shared via SMS a couple days before the reservation and, upon arrival, all additional communication was conducted via SMS. This is not how folks in the U.S. are accustomed to communicating with businesses - email is much more professional and preferred. When we arrived at the check-in office (after mistakenly heading to the property itself first), the check-in staff was pretty brusque and not very friendly. Overall, we'd stay here again, primarily due to low cost and great location. The hotel should seriously consider improving its communication methods and installing air conditioners, as well as being a little more pleasant in person.
• Susann (10/5): Utsikten fra verandaen 👌 - Flott leilighet, stor og godt utstyrt. Perfekt beliggenhet, meget sentralt, og likevel trygt og rolig. Minuset er om man ankommer etter klokka 22 på kvelden, for da må nøklene hentes et godt stykke unna. Hyggelige sikkerhetsmenn ved utgangddøra ut til gata, men de snakket ikke engelsk. Google translate funka da godt 😉. Renhold hadde ikke jeg, men det kan visstnok bestilles ekstra. Absolutt en plass jeg kunne bodd igjen 👍

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent once you find it - The apartment was terrific...well thought-out and included all the dishes, towels, etc. that were needed for our stay. There's even a washing machine! The weather was freezing when we were there; otherwise we would have enjoyed using the outdoor porch/balcony. The only difficulty we had was getting into the apartment in the first place. You have to enter one building from the street, take an elevator up one level, exit that building and walk across a courtyard, then enter another building and take another elevator. We should have paid more attention to the directions when we got the keys at the check-in place a few miles away. We never would have found the apartment except that the security guard took us there when we were obviously lost.
• Kristine (10/5): Perfekt beliggenhet - Jentetur til Gdansk med fokus på mat, drikke, shopping og spa. Leiligheten lå helt sentralt med kort gåavstand til det meste av restauranter og fasiliteter på topplisten til Trip Advisor. Fin leilighet i et fint kompleks, matbutikk, restauranter og spa i samme bygning. Treningsrommet er lite og greit utstyrt, men flere av apparatene fungerte dessverre ikke (tredemølle, elipsemaskin). Kan virkelig anbefale denne leiligheten både av utseende, funksjonalitet og lokasjon.
• k (10/5): Great location. Extremely well kept apartment. - We loved staying at this property. The location is close to all the tourist attractions and many many restaurants. It’s a modern apartment and came with all necessary things you may need for your comfort. Super clean place with great views from the balcony. We were there for a wedding for five nights so we were always out. Wish we had more time to enjoy the apartment. I would certainly recommend to my friends and family and to fellow travelers. I would surely be staying at this place on my next trip.
• Stephen (6/5): Fine space in a central position - The small, but unexpected, cleaning fee at the start was annoying. Hidden way down in a link within a link, those sort of things shouldn’t happen and Expedia should highlight these known charges. The apartment is compact but comfortable enough for a city break where you spend most time exploring. It’s location is perfect and the coffee shop opposite was useful. As this is an apartment in a block with people living around you, it was noisy on the first night. If you are used to background noise at heme, it probably wouldn’t bother you.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Maksut - Puhtaanapito maksu 44€/3yötä. Siivousta ei kertaakaan olomme aikana. Aivan järjetön summa. 70€ maksu jonka saa takaisin jos huoneisto kunnossa. Sekin mieletön summa. Toista kertaa en huoneistohotellia ottaisi. Kyllä pitäisi saada asua maksulla, jolla majoitus on alunperin maksettu. Majoitus loistava mutta kyseiset maksut järjettömiä.
• Seniorit (8/5): Asunnon sijainti erittäin hyvä. Nähtävyydet lähell - Sisäänkirjaus hotelliin vaivalloista. Respa 5- 7 km päässä asunnosta. Sisäänkirjaus ei onnistunut suoraan huoneistoon. Asunto hyvällä paikkaa ja tasoltaan hyvä. Nähtävyyksiin lyhyt kävely.
• Michele (8/5): Quasi perfetto - Appartamento molto bello in zona centrale comoda e con facilità di parcheggio. Nota dolente solo in check-in...se non si ha l’auto ritengo possa essere molto difficoltoso perché è in una zona completamente diversa della città. Credo che almeno accompagnare sul posto gli ospiti all’atto del check-in sia indispensabile.

They put a sticers on the windows and the miror ,the sticker say that i park on the rong place, "i parked in the place that give me the the man of the apartment resepstion . tow hour take to me to get it up.

• Lotte (8/5): Nice - Nice stay. Quiet place with excellent location: Old Town, restaurants, shops et.c. Well equipped apartment. No bedroom - all in one room, but beds for 3 persons. Ants have access to the apartment from garden, as the door doesn’t close tight. Problem was not taken care of when the agency was contacted. Perhaps because of limited English?

I servizi inclusi ( sauna, iacuzzi e palestra) non abbiamo potuto utilizzarli in quanto l’addetto non ci ha spiegato il funzionamento dell’area

• Gilberto (8/5): Good but with hiccups - The place was great apart from the market being outside and causing us to drive for almost 2 hours around town to find the access to the hotel, staff could have easily explain the only way to the hotel by car which on our case had a sign stating no access. Poor management of the staffs
• Cecilie (10/5): - Fin og praktisk leilighet med alt man trenger når man er på ferie en uke. Helt fantastisk beliggenhet med nærhet til alt i gamlebyen. Anbefaler dette!
• Laila (8/5): - Lägenheten var fantastisk. Bra läge, ren och med det mesta man kan önska sig. Receptionen/kontoret som låg 7 km bort däremot var ingen höjdare. Dels att det låg en bit bort, men det visste vi ju innan, men mottagandet hade övrigt att önska. Sur personal vid besök. Sen slutade wi-fin att fungera i lägenheten efter 2 dagar och det åtgärdades inte trots flera kontakter. Sa även till om att det saknades glas, även det ignorerades. Kan tänka mig att det kan bli lite livligt under högsäsong då ena rummet låg ovanför flertalet restauranger med uteservering. Men som sag fräscht och bra läge.
