• Susan (8/5): Great - Addy was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Location was great for our needs. Shuttle Service was great. Entrance way was under construction/ painting so a little nervous at first. Plastic chair uncomfortable. A pull out couch would have been more suitable than the single bed for us. Didn’t like the stairs but I understand. Code pad very open so a little worried about security but we were fine inside our room.

• Enes (1/5): Time & money waste - Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we found major construction work directly at the entrance, with extreme noise and dust. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking and completely ruins the stay. We were even hit with dust and debris when leaving the building, which is unacceptable. The accommodation is clearly affected by the construction, regardless of whether it is "outside" or not. What made the situation worse was the lack of cooperation from the management. Instead of understanding the issue, they refused to cancel the booking or offer any solution. This is misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here under these conditions.

Man ist sehr schnell zu fuß bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Hausfassade wird gerade erneuert, somit sind Bauarbeiter direkt vor dem Fenster und man kann diese nie öffnen. Laut WhatsApp Nachricht der Betreiber sollte die Baustelle schon fertig sein aber davon ist keine Spur. Auf Anfrage nach Preisnachlass oder Zimmerwechsel wird man ignoriert!

• Sandra (8/5): - La situació del hotel. Un barri ple de restaurants, bara, a tocar Plaça Navona. L'habitació reformada i neta. Feien reforma façana la primera imatge va ser decadent, amb la bastida i material obra. El retruny de la música del local nocturn, es sent des de l'habitació tot i el bon aillament acústic. Entrada amb codi, pagament via web, no tens comtacte amb ningú, tens contacte via whats.
• Susana (5/5): - Era una habitación cómoda. Tenía muy buena ubicación. La propiedad está en obra. Cuando llegamos no disponía ni siquiera indicación de la dirección. Tuvimos que andar y preguntar en la zona y nadie sabía indicarnos. No nos recibieron, y no había indicaciones. Al llamar por teléfono nos atendió una persona que solo hablaba italiano y después de intentar varias veces pudimos acceder a los servicios. El resto todo bien, pero el inicio de nuestra estadía fue lamentable

I didn't like that there were renovations, and the work started at 7 am each morning, and there were people walking in front of our room, so we had to keep our blinds shut all day. The shower was leaking and didn't work properly. There was no staff on site to ask things to. Just a number to text. Who, by the way, didn't reply when I asked if there was anything they could do for us as we woke up early each day with the renovation going on.

• Trinidad (8/5): Buena experiencia! - Al leer algunos comentarios antes de viajar, me sentí bastante preocupada por la elección. Efectivamente, el exterior del edificio no es muy atractivo y hay obras alrededor, además de un bar cercano donde hay gente hasta tarde. Sin embargo, desde la habitación no percibimos ruido, lo que fue una grata sorpresa. La habitación y el baño eran muy bonitos, cómodos y estaban limpios. Solo noté un leve olor a polvo, pero nada grave. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien, lo cual se agradece. A pesar de esos detalles, la ubicación es excelente: muy céntrica, segura y perfecta para recorrer todo caminando El acceso al edificio puede ser un poco confuso al principio, ya que la entrada no es tan evidente. Además, nunca vimos a nadie en recepción durante nuestra estadía. Lo que más me generó inseguridad fue el proceso de pago, ya que se realizó fuera de la plataforma de Booking. Por un momento pensé que podía tratarse de una estafa, sobre todo porque mi tarjeta tuvo dificultades para procesar el pago.

• Marina Ruggieri (9/5): Posizione ottima e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo - Posizione ottima e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Accesso facile e informazioni molto chiare, facilità di accesso. Unico problema i lavori in corso sulla facciata: la mattina c'è passaggio di operai davanti alla finestra, ma ovviamente è un problema non colpa della struttura e si risolverà a breve.
• Emma (1/5): Do not stay here - see review. - The location is unbelievable. Definitely would recommend staying in this area, just not in this accommodation specifically This accommodation is a literal building site. There were workmen directly outside our bedroom window from 8am every day banging loudly and waking us up. We couldn't open the curtains to let light in because we were face to face with the workmen, it was very awkward and there was no privacy. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere until the work is completed, but they don't mention the work anywhere on the listing and gave us no warning about it! It is clearly a massive project and the work will be ongoing for a while. Sleep is so disrupted by them getting set up to start at 8am every day. The worst part is the lack of communication about it, they refused to give us a partial refund when we explained how bad our stay was, and for over €100 a night you expect to be able to sleep and open your curtains. You expect to be safe and not staying somewhere with signs up about break ins. The key to your room is just on a communal hook when you check in, and I don't know how often the entry code is changed, it really isn't very secure. Even simple things like trying to have a coffee in the morning, they didn't actually provide milk and coffee every day like it lists in the facilities, and made no effort to resolve this when we asked. It was just very disappointing

• sandra (7/5): Junto a la plaza Navona y con muchas opciones gastronómicas cerca - La ubicación excelente, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, con la cama cómoda, el baño completo y todo en general estababa muy bien. Dejan un hervidor de agua con unas infusiones, y también hay disponibilidad de gel y champú. Tiene una pequeña neverita muy práctica. Hay que avisar que está en un primer piso, por si alguien tuviera problemas de movilidad, ya que no tiene ascensor. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca a buen precio. Está en una zona de ocio nocturno que hasta el jueves más o menos se puede descansar, pues la música de un local cercano no está tan alta, pero el viernes la suben más y el sábado es una locura. Retumba hasta el suelo, a pesar de estar el local ubicado en otro edificio y tener las ventanas un aislamiento estupendo, ya que no oiamos el jaleo de la calle, si no el retumbe de la música del bar que se transmitía por vibración, con lo que el buen aislamiento de las ventanas, poco hacía en este caso.

• Sebastian (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja jednak polecam znaleźć inny lokal w tej dzielnicy - Lokalizacja Brak informacji o remoncie i rusztowanie za oknem po którym chodzili robotnicy(brak prywatności). Po zgłoszeniu tego faktu do właściciela dostaliśmy propozycję że za dopłatą możemy zmienić miejsce zamieszkania, ale w zupełnie innej dzielnicy. Trzeba jednak pamiętać, ze pomimo tych minusów w pokoju było bardzo czysto a lokalizacja nadrabiała złe wrażenia. Jeżeli jednak ktoś znajdzie innego właściciela z pokojami w podobnej cenie i lokalizacji polecam go wybrać.

La pulizia della stanza non era il massimo: in particolare era presente polvere, cosa che ci ha lasciati un po’ delusi. Specialmente a soggetti allergici, con ripetuti starnuti durante la notte, che hanno reso quelle poche ore di riposo quasi una guerra. Spiacevole episodio per la musica ad alto volume proveniente dai locali/bar sottostanti che faceva tremare il pavimento.

La façade de l'immeuble était en travaux, donc échafaudage devant les fenêtres. Pas très grave, car nous étions partis du matin au soir et puis, il faut bien que le bâtiment fasse peau neuve :-) Nous avons apprécier séjourner dans cet établissement.

• Amanda (1/5): A loud, dirty, and poorly managed stay made even worse by undisclosed construction and a complete lack of communication. - The location and the fact that it had a bed to sleep and was the only positive things I have to say about this place. I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this stay was not going to meet even basic expectations. First, the noise was unbearable. There was major construction happening, which we were never informed about prior to arrival. Had we known, we absolutely would have chosen another property. The lack of communication about something this significant is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was scaffolding directly outside our windows with workers actively walking back and forth. They were close enough to look directly into our room, creating a serious invasion of privacy. We had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, which completely ruined the experience. The room itself was also dirty and poorly maintained, adding to the frustration. When I reached out to management to address these concerns, I was shocked by their response. They claimed they had no idea that construction was taking place. It’s hard to believe that a hotel wouldn’t be aware of major scaffolding and active work happening directly outside guest windows. After we returned home and attempted to follow up, communication stopped entirely. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Between the noise, lack of cleanliness, invasion of privacy, and poor communication, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Camera molto confortevole e spaziosa. La struttura offre un servizio di tipo alberghiero, con rifacimento e pulizie giornaliere. Angolo cottura da migliorare

• James (1/5): - Management neglected to tell us that there was maintenance on the outside of the building. The building was a building site upon entry. There was dust in the air which caused us to cough. Men were working on scaffolding banging directly outside out room. We specifically booked a room with a view and got planks of wood. We couldn't relax with a workman outside our bedroom window, preventing us from opening it. The Management refused to refund us for our stay. I would avoid at all costs.

The room had a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. There is no soundproofing at all; you can hear street noise and music from nearby bars and clubs. On Saturday night, the music was extremely loud until 3 a.m.

Due to this my wife fell because of a strip of wood left in the middle of the entrance room. She had muscular pain and could not enjoy our last 2 days. Construction work started from 8.00 onwards. We should have been advised.

• Ahmet Erva (9/5): Güzeldi… - Konumu gayet iyiydi her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Gayet temizdi. İçerde yalıtım iyiydi. Yatak konforu yeterliydi. Benim için değil ama eski bir bina olduğu için restorasyon çalışması var. Birde asansör yok çocuk arabası olanlar için ufak bir problem olabilir.

Hasta las 3am la música de las discotecas y bares de la Vía della Fossa sonaba y retumbaba en el apartamento haciendo imposible dormir, además que íbamos con 3 niños pequeños de 8, 5 y 3 años

• Gabrielle (9/5): Comfortable and convenient location. - The location is amazing, near the bus stop, shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and supportive and the place is very spacious and comfortable. We felt safe and welcome. It was very noisy at night because of the shouting outside, and in the mornings from the construction workers outside the building. It's a bit difficult to access with a stroller and luggage because there's no elevator. The shower space is extremely small, but still usable. Nothing excessive that made the stay bad, I would still stay there again.

• Isaj (8/5): Great location but you can find better especially if you are freaky about cleanliness - Very good location it was close to everything It felt very unsafe in the beginning because of the layout of the building but then we got used to it
• Petaloefrigor (5/5): Delusione - La posizione L'ingresso della struttura è invaso da sacchi e bidoni dell'immondizia, in camera faceva estremamante caldo e una camera non aveva la maniglia alla finestra e quindi non si poteva aprire, l'altra camera aveva una maniglia ma non si poteva aprire perchè c'erano lavori in corso e quindi c'era il ponteggio. Diciamo che per il prezzo richiesto, mi aspettavo una soluzione decisamente di livello molto diverso.
• Fiza (6/5): - Great location, comfortable bed. Dirty lobby, scaffolding up for the facade inspection. Above a bar which plays very loud music until 3am. Not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.
