Lo único que me gustó es que tenía aire acondicionado Baño en un piso diferente… paredes sucias, mal olor, el desayuno malísimo. Viaje desde Lima y otros amigos que buscaron habitaciones consiguieron precios mucho más baratos y limpios

- vaise (5/5): - Quiet place I got some trouble because as foreigner i pais in dollars to avoid iva but after i left the histel they tryed to pick me up money with my credit card and when i call them they told me it was booking fault. So i called booking and they answer me that my stay was canceled because the histal declare at booking that i never came in.

En general muy buena experiencia. No soy de mirar televisión pero pude notar que en la televisión de la habitación. Los canales no se ven muy nítidos. Lo veo como una oportunidad de mejora, sin embargo, no malogró mi experiencia.

- Katherine (9/5): Buen Alojamiento para pasar unos días en Santiago. - Muy Buena ubicación, cercana caminando a bares, barrio Italia, 12 min. caminando de Hospital Salvador. Barrio seguro. Desayuno básico pero justo. Cocina tiene todo lo básico para una estadía. Buena atención de los encargados. La luz del espejo del baño, de la habitación parpadea toda la noche y eso molesta al tratar de dormir. Aún que cierres la puerta del baño, ya que estas son de vidrio. Esto fue en una de la habitaciones matrimoniales.

- Carolina (8/5): - Me gustó la ubicación está cerca de muchos locales y lo que facilita el acceso a ir a cenar o pasear alrededor. El lugar se mantiene bastante limpio el desayuno es adecuado para un hostal. El personal muy amable muy atento. Se equivocaron al hacer la reserva o no sé si suelen hacerlo así pero yo elegí una habitación con dos camas y aparece la opción de elegir una cama o dos camas y me dieron una habitación con una sola cama y muy pequeña he estado en otros lugares donde por ese mismo precio te ofrecen algo un poquito mejor La verdad con más espacio. Incluso en el mismo sector. Lo solucionaron ya que la noche siguiente nos dieron una habitación con dos camas bastante mejor la habitación Pero creo que esos detalles te chocan bastante en una estadía.

- Grisel (8/5): Bien - La ubicación es excelente y nuestra habitación era grande, la cama muy cómoda y en general estaba limpio. La habitación no es igual a las fotos, el piso necesita una reforma y algunos detalles como cambiar la cortina de la ducha que estaba rota. Implementaría un dispensador de agua, queríamos tomar agua y no había, a esa hora imposible encontrar un lugar cerca que venda agua.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba El aseo del baño horrible Y pareciera que las sábanas no las hubiesen cambiado. Además entregan solo 1 toalla para todo !!!!! Poca seguridad en mi habitación, el pestillo no funcionaba. La ventana con el patio. Muy helado y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, Me retiré a la hora que estuve alojando ahí. Además el encargado de mala forma trata (extranjero)

- Catalina (5/5): Un alojamiento que te permite la entrada independiente a toda hora. - Para el objetivo de mi viaje me gustó que la hostal te permitiera la autonomía de regresar las 24 horas del día de manera independiente. Eso fue lo que me hizo escoger la Hostal. Habría valorado más positivamente la hostal si hubiera contado con jabón en el baño, un básico que me parece que cualquier alojamiento de cualquier estándar debiera cumplir.

O café da manhã é servido as 08:00 da manhã e os passeios começam entre as 06:30 e 07:30 então só os dias que não tivemos passeio tomamos o café da manhã. E o pagamento é em dólares na entrada ao hostal para não pagar o imposto de 19% , só que pagamos em dolares e eles não tinham os $ 11.00 para nos dar de troco e só no 3 dia de estar pedindo o troco eles nos deram.
