- jacopo (8/5): bene - premetto che eravamo un gruppo di 4 ragazzi. la casa super consigliata. in zona si trovano le discoteche e i lidi piu famosi di baia verde. L’unica pecca che si puo dormire solo di giorno. quindi consiglio per ragazzi, per adulti no

- ASSUNTA (9/5): tutto a posto - Struttura accogliente, sicura e perfetta come posizione se si vogliono raggiungere le mete di svago del posto.
- Vanessa (6/5): Casa e posizione TOP ma ultimo giorno da dimenticare - La struttura si trova in una posizione veramente strategica, vicino alle strutture più famose del posto quindi adatta ai ragazzi , ci si può muovere a piedi perché è tutto a 2 passi (il Praja è a 5 min a piedi ) anche provvisto di posto auto all’interno della struttura Il proprietario Maurizio è una persona gentilissima ma ahimè l’ultimo giorno è stato rovinato del suo addetto alla gestione e pulizia stanze , una persona veramente arrogante e maleducata, ci ha rimproverati di non aver tolto la busta della spazzatura dal cestino e ci ha buttato(letteralmente) il secchio sul pianerottolo dicendo che gli addetti siamo noi e non lui e abbiamo dovuto raccogliere l’immondizia da terra mentre lui ci osservava, nonostante avessimo ripulito tutto (cucina, piatti, stoviglie) solo i letti erano da cambiare e il bagno da pulire ma noi abbiamo pagato le pulizie nel servizio Booking, la casa vale e il proprietario è top, abbiate pazienza per l’addetto alle pulizie , pulite i bagni e rifate i letti prima di andare via sennò vi chiama PORCI. Siamo stati talmente onesti che nonostante tutto ciò prima di andare via il tizio non aveva il resto per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno e noi siamo andati a cambiare i soldi e siamo ritornati per rispetto a Maurizio.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - L’appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve, manca giusto forse una tovaglia. L’unica pecca la doccia, con un getto insopportabile, il nostro appartamento non era quello della foto, ma avevamo un bel balcone ed è molto vicino alle spiagge.
