- Ville (9/5): Perfect location, clean and amazing price! - The location / price ratio is amazing. In the middle of Westlands, everything is on walking distance. If you like good restaurants, bars, clubbing and shopping the location is amazing! This is the fourth time in Joy Palace, everything was still ok but this time I saw and smelled a bit of mold in my room. Otherwise everything was still ok, and I will return to this place.

I really liked a few things about Joy Palace: The location in Westlands is super convenient – walking distance to malls like Sarit Centre/Westgate, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and easy access to buses downtown. Perfect if you want to explore without relying on taxis all the time. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful – from reception to the restaurant team, they were responsive and made everything feel welcoming. Rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, hot showers, TV, and good value for the price (especially with breakfast included in some deals). Camera pulita, con wi-fi a disposizione, l'acqua calda e prodotti per bagno. Letti super comodi. Personale disponibile e cortese. Camera prenotata e pagata con tanto di anticipo tramite Booking.com. All'arrivo il personale aveva difficoltà di verificare pagamento. Poi ci ha sistemato in una camera twin, ma appena cominciato a disfare la valigia ha dovuto spostarci perché pagato 2 letti singoli, anziché matrimoniale. La TV dispone solo di 1 canale (all'arrivo Al Jaseera, alla partenza - solo pubblicità) Il prezzo totale della camera nella norma per la zona, ma abbastanza alto per gli standard di Kenya

The price was fair for the room although there are no lifts and stairs to climb which was not problem for me. My room has fan which I used occasionally but weather was cool. At some stage I would visit again.

- Sofia (5/5): Good location and fair price - Everyone who works there is friendly especially the people in the reception. Ok/basic breakfast and tasty omelette. The cleaning lady was putting in new water everyday and was doing her best with the old rooms. The location is perfect and safe. We were trying the street food as well and it's a short walk to the sarit Center. The curtains in the room are too light. The rooms need a general cleaning. Burning hot water in the shower.

- Christiane (8/5): Praktisches, günstiges Hotel - Die Lage in Westend ist eine gute Wahl. Von dort ist die Busstage "Westgate" schnell erreichbar. Bolt-Taxi ebenfalls. Restaurants diverser Kategorien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen. Während meines Aufenthaltes konnte ich problemlos das Zimmer wechseln. Nr. 205 ist relativ dunkel, nur ein Fenster, Nr.206 hat zwei Fenster. Im ersten ist die Matratze weicher als in der 205. Beide sind in Ordnung. Heißes Wasser kam ausreichend aus der Dusche. Es wurde täglich saubergemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Allerdings ist gleich gegenüber eine Banquette-Location. Das heißt, daß es sehr laut werden kann in der Nacht.
