Mir haben mehrere Mitarbeiter geholfen über die Tage vielen dank nochmals an euch, wirklich sehr liebe Menschen. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich Sauber, es gab keinen Zimmer Service und unter dem Waschbecken waren an den Rohren Schimmel. Das Frühstück war mit Dabei, aber dafür ein ziemliches Trauerspiel was dort angeboten wurde…

- Mio (9/5): リーズナブルなリゾート - 東京からの最終便で飛んで来たので到着が23:00頃になりましたが、すぐにチェックインしていただきありがたかったです。 寝心地の良い広いベッドでぐっすり休み、翌朝爽やかに目覚めました。窓からの景色も良く、朝から温泉に入れて最高でした。 駅行きのシャトルバスもありがたかったです。 朝食は、もうちょっと日本食の種類が多くても良いかも。

- Ray (2/5): Bad, boring, and unfulfilling. - It allowed my girlfriend and I to go out and soak in a public bath together (swimsuits on, of course) So terribly banal. The shower had hair in it, the room was plain and boring, and perhaps the biggest issue of all is that it has absolutely nothing special or outstanding about it. The baths are boring, the water was nothing special, and the effort they put into the location is damn near zero.

The breakfast was very ordinary- choice was limited. The room was not as big as I had thought given it’s called a resort. The staff on front desk were helpful but we had to ring the bell to get them most of the time.

- sumiko (2/5): 宿泊者が少ないからって… - 宿泊者が少ないから、ビュッフェはないです。 お部屋の清掃も、宿泊者が少ないからできません。 その代わりに前のコンビニで使える金券を渡しますと言われて、口頭で説明した金額よりも千円少ないチケットを渡された。 コンビニも宿泊者が少ないからと、スタートの時間を遅らせての営業、閉まるのも21時までのはずが19時。 仕事で泊まってるから、そんな時間に帰れないというと、であればご利用いただけませんね。というだけで終わり。 パソコンを繋ぐコンセントが机のところにはないので延長コードはないかとフロントに電話したところないけどちょっと待ってと一度電話を切る。 自分たちが使ってる延長コードを持ってきたと、粘着テープがペチャペチャについたものを持ってきた。 最悪、持ってきてくれるサービスはまだあるのかもと歩み寄りはするものの、お風呂上がりに着る服（部屋にも置いてあるパジャマ）に首からタオルを下げた状態で、3日間フロント対応してらっしゃったのは、いかがなものかと感じたし、良さそうなホテルだと思って予約したのに、不快だなと思いました。 お客が少ないからねー！元々インバウンド向けにオープンしたホテルだから、タイミングが悪かったですねと開き直られてるのが、信じられなかったです。

- buinic (7/5): - Thermalbad, das Lebensmittelgeschäft nebenan , die Sauberkeit Die Möglichkeit, sich Kaffee/ Tee zuzubereiten, die Ruhe im Hotel (vermutlich zusätzlich weil im Sommer weniger los ist...) Leider konnten wir nur für einen aus drei Tagen Frühstück bekommen da das Hotel scheinbar in Frühstücksraum danach "maintainance " gehabt hat.

- YI-BANG (6/5): 很棒的溫泉體驗 - 我們連住2晚，發現飯店人手嚴重不足，無人清掃房間（只提供洗衣劵500日幣補償）；戶外溫泉區很棒，早上有看到專人清潔泡湯池（水放乾並清掃後再注滿溫泉），對於泡湯的衛生環境非常放心，大浴場的設置很完整，唯獨吹風機應該汰換會更好；早餐烹煮及服務人員非常敬業，整體而言覺得很棒，若再訪別府會再入住

- KIM (10/5): 친절하고 따뜻한 온천 숙소! - 직원분들이 매우 친절하십니다. 5월 황금연휴에 다녀갔는데도 가격이 말도안되게 싸구요. 여성분들한테는 어메니티 추가로 팩이나 스킨로션을 선물로 주시는데 너무 기뻤습니다. 다음에 벳푸 갈 일이 있으면 여기를 무조건 이용할 것 같아요. 벳푸역 같은 시내로 갈 때는 조금 멀어요. 버스 배차 시간이 지옥온천은 걸어서도, 버스타고서도 괜찮지만 벳푸역 가는 버스는 오고가는 버스 배차가 조금 애매합니다.

- Carrie (8/5): - I really want to line this hotel and it's onsen, but it's just a little lacking. They renovated 2 years ago and the large outdoor pool is no longer heated. It's extremely cold, even in May which is a disappointment.
- Marion (8/5): Prima! - Prachtige locatie vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven er twee nachten. De eerste nacht waren we de enige gasten maar alles was tip top in orde. Er was alleen geen mogelijkheid tot ontbijt en diner. Tweede dag moesten we vroeg weg en hebben het ontbijt overgeslagen. Er zijn zowel binnen als buiten warm water baden. Buiten met zwemkleding. Dichtbij op loopafstand zit 7 hells onsens. Een ietwat toeristische attractie maar wel leuk km gezien te hebben. Er stopt een bus tegenover het hotel die ook naar het centrum gaat.
