Lo (8/5): - I loved the view of Seattle from here. The place itself was cozy. Confusing with the acquiring the key because there are two kiosks but nonetheless it was a great stay.

Kami (8/5): - Parking is a bit complicated. We never saw anyone, check in and out was electronic. Personally I'd have liked to see someone, ask questions about the city, where to eat etc but when we finally did figure it all out, the place was very clean. I'd prefer an actual hotel next time but that's just my preference. If you want to stay right downtown and do not wish to see anyone at check in/out then this is probably a good choice.
Logan (10/5): Simple, pleasant, and I slept well - It feels like soulless corporate housing, but ... nice bed, bath, and kitchen. The neighborhood was nice with a lot of night life within easy walking distance.

Zack (4/5): - I showed up at 3pm (check-in time) and the property was still getting cleaned. At 11am is the check out time, however, at 10am the cleaning crew shows up and tried to enter the property. Didn’t have a great impression.

Kelly (10/5): Perfect stay - Our stay was great, very clean and contemporary. Beautiful kitchen and a cute peekaboo to the street below. Loved how close we were to the local restaurants and cool bars, easy walk to the waterfront and the museum of history and industry. We would stay here again anytime!
Melanie (8/5): A very nice place! - Just like the pictures! Modern, clean, comfortable! Didnt feel like it was the greatest neighborhood, but had two day by myself and felt safe. Wish there was and eating establishment within walking distance. Way more room than a hotel and nice to have a kitchen....drawback is no front desk, but checkin was pretty easy. No "maid sevice" but didn't really mind as I could wash my own towels. Nice to go home with clean clothes.

FRANCISCO (4/5): Cleanliness was not top priority! - Arrived to our room to discover it had not been cleaned yet. We had to call to let them know and they were able to get us a new room. Unfortunately, the new room looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry, there were crumbs on the floor, stains on the couch pillows and a dirty dish left in the sink. Made me feel as if i was staying in a messy room still and definitely changed the trip vibe.
Joann (4/5): No HVAC - I checked in around 5pm. Despite checking in late, I got to the room and it's still in the process of being cleaned and was asked to wait for 15-20mins downstairs. Please note that this area does not have HVAC system and uses portable AC. It really takes a long time before the entire unit cools down. Also, it would be great to have TV unit inside the bedroom as well.

john (8/5): Good stay. - Nice condo. Clean. Laundry and kitchen were very handy. Check-in was a problem because they made an error on confirmation with wrong suite number -- very unfortunate but eventually resolved. Would stay again but ensure that they give us the correct suite number.

Verified traveler (6/5): - I loved the location; it was walking distance from many restaurants, a park for my daughter and Whole Foods. The furniture seemed cheaply made; creaked and wasn't very comfortable. The plexiglass sheet used to vent the air conditioning unit gapped and let in bugs. The building as a whole, had a lot of noise from other units: closet doors opening, people walking, conversation, etc. That, coupled with the locking system that was all key fob or app activated with no interior lock for security, made for sleepless nights; I kept waking up, wondering if someone was in the apartment.
Robert (10/5): So much better than a hotel!!! - Just as pictured, very easy check in and assistance just a phone call away if needed. Very clean. Condo has everything needed. Comfy bed, washer and dryer with soap,hair dryer, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster etc. even starter supply of coffee and cream and sugar. Brand new apt, excellent for walking downtown or to Capital Hill. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Great rooftop deck for dining on sunny days!

Dayle (8/5): 1212 Harrison St., Seattle, Wa - My code didn't work so had to have someone from Domocile to come over to get my keys and parking fob for me. The condo was great (very clean and had everything I needed) but I was very disappointed by the fact my condo only had 1 window overlooking other condos (I could see directly into the bedrooms across the courtyard). I'm sure the condos on the other side are much brighter but mine was very dark. I would definitely book again but next time I would ensure the condo was brighter and with some kind of view.

Room was nice and comfortable but some amenities were missing (tissues, hand cream, dish cloth to wash dishes). They only provided 2 bath towels. Check in and check out was a breeze. Verified traveler (8/5): Chroma - Awesome surrounding area and street parking was easy to find within a block at any time day or night. Great TV lineup and WiFi in the unit. Awesome gym on-site. Comfy bed and couch. The unit wasn’t 100% clean and the electronic key box station was a bit temperamental but overall I’d stay again.

Verified traveler (10/5): Immaculate condos in heart of Lake Union district. - This is an absolutely fantastic option for staying in Lake Union. The condo itself was brand new and immaculate. The gym was large and well equipped. Free coffee in the lobby. Check-in using the "key cafe" was a piece of cake. It was so nice to have my own space. I hadn't realized how much better a condo could be compared to even a nice hotel. I would definitely stay there again and I will look for condo options for future business travel.

George (10/5): - Perhaps the best value for any lodging property in Seattle! I booked a full size suite, and was amazed by how spacious it was! The kitchen and bath were excellent, the bedroom was very comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space. The check-in process was quick, albeit somewhat complicated, and I had to park on the street to enter the building and retrieve the parking key fob. I believe Domicile could improve its smart phone app to speed up the process. However, given the incredible value, it was worth the extra effort. I look forward to staying there again.
Jeffrey (10/5): - Stay was great except the bed slats were busted up on the bed and there was alot of confusion about getting a late check out of 1:00 P.M. which was fully approved since the room was unsuitable with a broken bed for any guests comining in after me until the bed was repaired.

While the unit appeared clean, and new, cleaning staff are lazy. Major dust build up on vents and fan. Dust bunnies under bed and hair left in bath tub. Not good!

Lesley (6/5): - Building is secure. Laundry room in apartment. Domicile promised 5* service, failed miserably. No Domicile staff on site to assist with check-in. Link to check-in/check-out steps buried in verbiage at bottom of email from Domicile. Plenty of hangers in closet but no dresser in bedroom for other clothing, so lived out of my suitcase. There was a layer of black soot(?) throughout maybe from all the construction in the area. This would work as a corporate apt but not for tourists.
Katy (10/5): Urban Apartment - My stay was amazing! I actually had no personal interaction with anyone aside from a few phone calls to Domicile. I talked with a woman who was super helpful and friendly! Everything else was self service. The check in e-mail had clear instructions, it's a bit of a process with the key box and everything so just make sure you read everything beforehand! Building and area were awesome, we got a bottle of wine complimentary, and the bed was SUPER comfy! Would recommend!
Dee (10/5): Super cozy condo - Great location, awesome condo! Everyone was super friendly in the building. Parking was a bit of a hassle since I didn’t add parking to my reservation, but other than that, great stay. Can’t wait to book again with Domicile.
Kristopher (10/5): Cozy, Clean and Stylish - I stayed for a night to arrive to an interview in the area in the early morning. The rental was very clean and very stylish. A very nice TV was in the room with many streaming options including Netflix and Amazon Prime. A well stocked kitchen was kept. The bedroom area closed off from the rest of the unit and stayed very quiet at nighttime despite being in the city. The area was great to catch an Uber from and I didn't have to wait more than a minute to catch a ride the 3 times I did. On the way out of the building a self service coffee machine offered many options. I didn't partake but the building's gym looked nice.
