Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. What stood out the most was the reception staff — they were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive attitude made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

- Naoufel (10/5): Top Hotel!!! 5 Sterne - Wir haben sehr Kurzfristig gebucht um am gleichen Tag noch ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Es hat Super geklappt und wir bekamen sogar einen Rabatt. Wir ließen uns erst die Zimmer zeigen, da im Internet gerade von Deutschen die Bewertungen schlecht waren, was total an den Haaren herbei gezogen war. Wir konnten uns überzeugen das es absolut nicht so ist! Im Gegenteil das ist mit das beste was wir überhaupt in Italien gefunden haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!! Ein Total schöner Aufenthalt und sehr sehr Freundlich! Familie Yousfi aus Deutschland Es gab absolut nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Top!

- Patrick (1/5): Dishonest and unpalatable Accomodation - Absolutely nothing. This property is closed down and is total false advertising. The hotel reception is at another beautiful check in across the road. Then we were sent back to what was hotel and it is used to house residencies and mass workman. ( and under a different name) the room was woeful. Grounds overgrown, no phone to reception, no fridge, no tea and coffee facilities, broken toilet, old, dusty smelly room. Tv from 1980’s. This premises are operating under three different hotel names, cashing in on placing people. Yes, they tell you can use the “sunny Beach” facilities yes go there for breakfast which was also woeful indeed. But total false and misleading advertising. And oh we had dinner at the main hotel which was a total rip off 80 euros for the worst pasta and a bottle of wine. I had two hours sleep as I slept with one eye open. Absolutely Disgusted ,have emailed for recompensation on this booking over a week and half ago and still have not heard any resolve

- Khalil (8/5): Convenient location, but the room was cold and the shower could have been cleaner - If you’re catching a ferry the next day, the location is ideal, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. The reception is not that friendly, but we did not mind and the place has a nice atmosphere The room was quite cold, and the shower wasn’t very clean, so some basic maintenance and warmth improvements would make the stay much more comfortable.

- Virginia (1/5): UN INCUBO - Nulla. La struttura non dovrebbe essere aperta. Abbiamo prenotato 3 camera per un totale di 5 bambini e 6 adulti, siamo arrivati in struttura alle 19 e già nell’ingresso c’era un odore di olio fritto vecchio e di fumo non indifferente. Già per effettuare il check-in abbiamo impiegato oltre 40 minuti, ma il bello è arrivato quanto siamo andati nelle camere. Le camere erano in una struttura non presentabile, anche all’interno delle camere era presente muffa su tutti i muri, lenzuola macchiate e finestre completamente aperte per cercare di togliere l’odore di fumo che oramai era impregnato nella stanza. Siamo subito andati alla reception che non ha avuto il coraggio di dire nulla se non vi restituiamo i soldi e anche su quello hanno avuto grosse difficoltà, una camera aveva pagato con il bancomat e non avevano una carta intestata per dichiarare che avrebbero proceduto al rimborso…. Abbiamo messo più di 40 minuti anche per avere un foglio che ci dicesse che ci avrebbero restituito i soldi! Struttura da controllo del ASL!!!

- SERDAR (7/5): - Kahvaltısı ve otelin deniz kıyısındaki konumu ve oda genel olarak güzeldi. Akşamları belli bir saatten sonra Civitavecchia merkezinde toplu ulaşım ve taksi bulunmuyor. Bu nedenle merkezden otele sadece yürüyerek dönmesi yorucu geldi. Onun dışında iş seyahati için tavsiye ederim. Otelden ziyade, Civitavecchia şehrinde toplu taşıma ve akşam belli saatten sonra taksi olmamasını beğenmedim.
