• Lance (2/5): - I’d like to say I contacted the property over this issue! I would’ve like to see a discount over our stay if not a total refund! I’ll start with our check in, finding the place is very difficult because it’s in an alley and they don’t have a sign or anything saying that their property is located in the building. Overall hard process to check in. Once we did check in the guy was pretty wonderful, we thought he was so nice throughout. The place was cute a little older looking inside but had character. The worst part of the stay and I would’ve probably never reviewed it had he gave me a solution over the incident unfortunately to other guests. We woke up with a few bites the first night, but the second day we had more bites! We know the difference between mosquito and these weren’t mosquitoes and which he said that’s what we probably got but by but it had to be bed bugs. These bites were something we never experienced in our life. Rome was are first stop so it made for a horrible start to our 13 day trip traveling Italy. The guy was great like I said so we really felt embarrassed to even have to tell him but it was gross, so I did messaged him over it. We discussed it after our stay abs I think maybe he just doesn’t put the life and cleanness to his property like all the other properties we had stayed in Italy. Overall I would never stay or recommend anyone staying here unless you want to be eaten up!

Ideale come punto d’appoggio funzionale per soggiorni brevi Le camere sono abbastanza ampie, i bagni piuttosto angusti. Un po’ di manutenzione e qualche dettaglio in più migliorerebbero il livello: Esempio: un paio di bottigliette d’acqua complimentary ( c’è frigobar) uno specchio in camera, luci migliori in bagno, rinfrescare tinteggiatura, specie se quando vengono staccati mobili a parete, armadi completi di chiave e cassetto , no a fogli plasticati volanti attaccati alle pareti, convenzione per la colazione ( bene nespreso e bollitore in camera con fiala e bustine) copriletto cuscini e tende da rinfrescare più frequentemente.

• Wagner Moraes (8/5): O que você precisa saber sobre o Avignonesi ! - O Avignonesi Suites é muito bem localizado: - Próximo à estação da estação Barberini do metrô, o que facilita muito o transporte desde o aeroporto (+- 1 hora de trem e duas ou três estações desde a República) - Está a 7 minutos da Fontana de Trevi; - Está a 9 minutos da Piazza di Spangna; - A 15 minutos do Pantheon; - A 20 minutos da Piazza Navona; A aparência na chegada pode assustar pois a rua é estranha/sombria. Mas o prédio é bacana. Na redondeza tem bastante coisa interessante. Os quartos são simples, mas bastante limpos, aconchegantes e silenciosos. Sugiro escolher a Suite Deluxe, pois a standard é demasiado pequena. O atendimento no geral é bom. Vale a pena a experiência !
• Chng (4/5): - First of all, it’s Airbnb not a hotel. Very old building and not will maintain. No hot water after taking shower for 5 minutes. Mosquito Attack you at night time. Water leaking out from a small fridge. Stayed away from this property
• Nicole Charlotte (2/5): - When reservations were made, it was indicated that instructions were to be sent prior to arrival. Instructions were NEVER sent and when we arrived to the location, NO ONE could be reached as we were standing outside at 8:00 at night in a foreign country. We had to make reservations at another hotel. On top of ALL of this, someone from the property reached out to us for ID for check in purposes THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE ROME.
• Ka Yan (2/5): - No one at check in, waited 1 hour and called many times no one pick up the phone or show up. No confirmation or password to get in the property. Bad service and no hot water at night
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, too much mosquitos - Great location, right at Barberini Square. Room is ok but too much mosquitos and there are no solution for avoid them. Never seen so much mosquitos like that.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice B&B in central Rome. - Four nights in Rome. Facility was clean, ample snacks, breakfast items and coffee/tea. Close to Trevi, shopping, drugstores and small eateries.
• Sara (4/5): - Posizione strategica ed ottimale per spostarsi, nella stessa via trovate due trattorie da provare. La stanza ben curata ed il bagno anche. La strada purtroppo era costellata di bottiglie di vetro e sacchetti di plastica abbandonati da giorni. Durante la notte diversi clienti hanno disturbato la quiete per fare la colazione nella stanza comune...per cui si è dormito poco. Nota negativa una multa presa a causa della Ztl; per raggiungere la struttura abbiamo contattato il personale sia a telefono che in forma scritta chiedendo se era attiva la Ztl e ci è stato risposto che era sospesa e che la zona non era in Ztl...beh non era così.
• LUCY (4/5): - Terrible “hostal”, eso no es un hotel y la calle donde se ubica hasta da temor entrar…horrible experiencia, el peor hotel en donde he estado. Deberían indicar que NO es un hotel, ni siquiera vi a una persona en la propiedad…nadie debería ir ahí.
• Iliana (8/5): - Me encanto el area, porq esta muy accesible a restaurantes, tiendas, famacia, turibus, taxi, metro, y el servicio de quienes ahi me atendian excelente, pero pedi solucion para mi falta de internet y nunca tuve respuesta
• Hoss (4/5): - This is NOT a hotel. It is a shared apartment. The room does NOT look like the picture. It is a basic bed in a small room. There is no one there except they give you direction how to get the keys. I loved the location but was surprised why they are showing this nice room and pretending it is a collection property like a hotel. There is not even someone to give you towels or fix the hot water. The price also should not be more than $80.
• Valeria (10/5): - A due passi dalla Fontana di Trevi in un vicolo in pieno centro ma poco rumoroso, Avignonesi Suites si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico. Facile accedere alla struttura seppure non ci sia una reception. Il personale giunto in seguito si è dimostrato gentile e attento. La stanza era pulita e fornita di tutto quanto dichiarato, luminosa e pagata il giusto per un soggiorno di San Valentino! Ci tornerei!
• Jaume (2/5): LADRONES - La peor decisión El hotel cobra el cargo de la noche sin poder cancelar, una vez que llegue al lugar nadie abrió la puerta, no respondieron al teléfono, tampoco el email, así que perdí el dinero y la reserva Tuve que pagar otro hospedaje Son unos LADRONES
• Chiara (10/5): - Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 6 giorni nel periodo di capodanno. Stanza confortevole e pulita, televisione di ultima generazione, Wi-Fi, a disposizione macchina del caffè espresso e bollitore acqua con tante varietà di te e tisane. Oste molto cordiale e disponibile. Struttura in pieno centro ma comunque molto silenziosa, a pochissimi passi dalla fermata metro Barberini ed a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla fontana di Trevi. Tornerò sicuramente!
• Richard (8/5): lovely quiet room - This hotel was great value for money and a great location. Quite central and next to a metro but no noise. I would stay again.
• Margot (2/5): I couldn’t get in and no one answered calls! - I showed up and pressed the button to enter the building, no one answered. I asked a passerby if he could call them for me and no one answered. I pressed all of the other buttons to be buzzed in, got to the door and there was a lock with a pin code device. I was never sent a code to enter the building or room. There was no reception, and I was told non of this! I showed up alone and the door is in an alley that smells like trash bins. I had to quickly make other arrangements for the night and ended up never staying over. I’ve received a confirmation email, told I was set to go, told there was no need to call and reconfirm.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Manager very helpful. Rooms clean with complementary water bottles and coffee. Room spacious but washroom is a bit tight but manageable. Great location with 5 min walking distance to Trevi fountain. Also a nice dessert diner right across the property and burgers next door.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The property was in a central location, however facilities were not to the standards that I Expected. The shower for example lacked water pressure, the bathroom floor was a slip hazard due to polished timber floor that you had to step down onto, the shower had a shower curtain with was not visible on the internet site.There was no baggage support and towels were only issued every two days.The front door was a common key with lacked security in my option. The from door was not fire rated and the thought of if an evacuation was necessary one would have to search for the key. No safe, fridge or even milk was provided. A Kettle was provided on the window sill with limited space for use. A coffee machine was provided in the main hall however lacked in my option safety standards due to the fact that you had to pull the cord out to reset the device prior to opperation with out turning the power off. The wifi signal was weak and most times did not work in our room. Overall the room when comparing with nearby places was overpriced. We were disappointed with place and will not return.
• Georgios (4/5): Πολύ μικρός χώρος και με καθόλου ηχομόνωση! - Δεν υπήρχε ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ ηχομόνωση στην πόρτα αλλά και ανάμεσα στα δωμάτια με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγεται μέχρι και ο παραμικρός διάλογος από τους δίπλα! Επίσης, όταν περνούσε κάποιος μπροστά απ'την πόρτα του δωματίου στον «κεντρικό» διάδρομο, ακουγόταν στην κυριολεξία σα να ήταν μέσα απ'το δωμάτιο μας! Επίσης, βρήκαμε το χώρο πολύ μικρό, σε σημείο που σου δημιουργεί αίσθημα κλειστοφοβίας!
