• Ko (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip.. - De B&B was schoon en ligt op een locatie omgeven door restaurants, dichtbij het Vaticaan en de metro naar het oude centrum. Een Italiaans ontbijt bevat veel zoetigheid. Daarom ontbeten we vooral buiten de deur.

• GABRIELA LEONIDES (10/5): Nancy, la dueña, muy atenta, totalmente recomendable - La ubicación espectacular, muy facil de tomarse el metro para el centro historico.
• Susana (7/5): No paguéis desayuno - La habitación era grande. El desayuno, pésimo. Nos quedamos sin leche. No hay mas que bollería industrial y unos bizcochos que llevaban días allí, empezados por otras personas que estuvieron antes que nosotros. No había fruta fresa, 1 triste mandarina vieja en el frutero. De saberlo no habría pagado el desayuno.

Si quieres estar en una ubicación de 10 a un precio justo este es tu dirección en Roma. Muy recomendable. Repetiremos Por decir algo, lo que más nos costó fue utilizar las llaves para abrir las puertas, es difícil abrir y cerrar, pero terminas cogiéndole el tranquillo. No hay gel, pero llevábamos el nuestro, así que sin problema. Pero está genial para unos días en la ciudad más bonita del mundo.

La stanza era pulita ma qualche pecca c’era: qualche macchia sui muri, controsoffitto del bagno particolare con un po’ di polvere, sedie del soggiorno in tela inevitabilmente sporcate da qualche manata dopo la colazione, phon alla massima potenza fa un po’ di puzza bruciato. Tutto trascurabile per un onesto soggiorno.

Domáca pani Nancy bola veľmi milá a trpezlivá, každý deň sa postarala o čistotu a aby bolo na raňajky nachystané všetko čo bolo treba. Veľmi rád sa tam ešte vrátime.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, com armário e um sofá. Banheiro dentro do padrão, bem limpo! Variedade no café da manhã! A Nancy é uma anfitriã excepcional! Simpática, alegre, divertida, me passou várias dicas de bons restaurantes bem pertinho! Foi um anjo comigo! Voltando a Roma ficarei novamente hospedada com ela! De nada!

• Sharon (10/5): Mums 60th birthday and a big thank you to Nancy for a lovely stay in Rome for my first visit - Nancy was so helpful and accommodating, her b&b was so beautiful and homely, There is nothing I didn’t like about the property it was absolutely gorgeous
• Alexandra (7/5): Good location, needs minimum investment to clean the ac once a year - Very close to Vatican , walking distance, close to the subway and bus, lots of restaurants around. Nice owner who helped with recommendations. The air conditioning in the room was dirty, wasn’t cleaned in a long time (years ), so we chose not to use it. This meant opening the window which leads to an internal court with not much air and you could constantly hear the noises from the below restaurant and the pigeons, which led to a poor sleep. I would recommend yearly cleaning of the air conditioning, not that expensive. And also checking the small things of the amenities. The boiler of the whole apartment was in our bathroom and when someone used the water from other rooms it would turn on. The room is part of an apartment with a common hallway and living room. The breakfast is self served, which means some yogurt and milk in the fridge and sweets on the table. The shower doors don’t close really well.

• Fajar (8/5): All in all, for the price and the helpfulness of Nancy this is a great place to stay in Rome. I’d really recommend it fo - Great location - not far from the metro and really easy to order Uber / taxi from. The host Nancy was an absolute dream! It was my mums 63rd birthday and she even organised a cake for us to celebrate and made our stay truly special. Our flight was later in the evening and as our room was not occupied we were able to keep our key for the day and leave our luggage in the kitchen area until we were ready to leave. I wish some of the kitchen stock was replenished more often eg one morning we didn’t have milk for our tea.
• Annelien (10/5): Wonderful Warm Stay with Amazing Host in Rome! - Nancy is the kindest most wonderful host! Her passion for her city and visitors are unmatched. The facilities where perfect, the pastries etc. provided for breakfast was of very high quality. Nancy communicated very well and response was always quick. She also assisted with restaurant recommendations which where excellent. Would love to return to Nancy's B&B if ever in Rome again. The location is close to Metro and as you step out the front door there are so many options for coffee, lunch dinner within meters to choose from. Absolutely loved Prati area. Oh and only a few minutes walk away from Vatican Museum's entrance too!
• Justina (8/5): Central location, good value for money - The room was clean and beds were comforable, bathroom spacious, everything you may need was provided. Good value for money and very well connected, there are metro and bus stops nearby, walking distance from the Vatican museums and St. Peter’s Square, we went there for the Easter weekend and the location was perfect. Nancy was very helpful and communication was superb, would stay again and recommend it to others! Breakfast variety was quite limited, toast, yoghurt and sweet buns. This wasn’t a problem for us and the good thing is that you can take your breakfast anytime, but if you’re expecting eggs or hot foods, you will need to purchase and make it yourself in the kitchen

The apartment has 2 double rooms with own bathroom and shared communal area, where you can find kitchenette, fridge and breakfast items. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Nancy gave us great suggestions for bars and restaurants. And we went to all!! Metro station is close by. Be careful with your bas when taking metro, there are pickpockets around.

• Bonnie (6/5): Was great for a short stay to explore Rome - Near the Vatican. Lots of places to eat nearby. Nancy, the host, was lovely. Room was spacious. Breakfast was minimal. No fresh fruit. Just pre-packaged sweet buns. Another guest staying there kept telling us that the food in the fridge was hers so we ended up just going elsewhere for breakfast.

Beautiful old building but it has all the modern conveniences. Large room with comfortable bed and private bathroom. AC works well. The place is spotless and has daily maid service. Nancy was very helpful with suggestions about restaurants in the area, etc and offered to pick up what we liked when shopping for breakfast. The B&B provides a typical Italian breakfast with a variety of breads, pastries, fruit, and of course espresso or cappuccino. Also tea if you prefer that. This was the best of the 3 B&B's we stayed at in Italy, all of which are highly rated on Booking.com. Grazie Nancy! The people before us broke the shower fixture but Nancy had it replaced quickly. Not really a complaint because it shows she is on top of things.
