Room was modern, spacious and clean and had everything I needed including coffee making facilities - perfect for solo traveller. Make sure to ask for a room facing away from the train tracks for a peaceful night's sleep. Staff were very helpful and noted my peanut allergy upon check in and did everything to ensure all dietary requirements were taken care of at breakfast. Would stay here again! None

If you take Grab a lot, you might want to consider booking to another hotel. It takes awhile for the Grab just to pick and drop you off since going in to the property has access to one-way main street.

- Suhana Ali (10/5): a great stay! - extended my stay and the hotel allow me to stay in the same room. the location is great, breakfast is great, the room is great, staff is friendly and a lot of restaurants and things to do around the hotel. Do check out the massage place, dentist and skin clinic that is recommended by the hotel that offers discount! noisy guest beside the room, they were talking loudly and shouting at 1am. but this isn't the hotel fault, they did give me a quiet room away from the train noises.
- Suhana Ali (9/5): Great hotel, highly recommend - The room was comfy and the right amount of space for luggage, clothes hanger, makeup area and a huge bed! the room i was given, wasn't a great view but i can still see the train and street which was good enough and the sun shine nicely into the room in the day. the breakfast was great and enough to fill your morning before heading out to explore bangkok. the BTS and airport train is literally right beside the hotel and so easy to access. If you aren't able to catch a grab or taxi due to the jam (the street is known to be heavy traffic), the BTS is there to bring you wherever you want to go. Remember to exit at Exit 5 of the BTS to get to the front of the hotel. Airport train, once you exit, you can take the lift down to G where it will bring you to the front of the hotel as well. Drinks and food widely available around the hotel which is so convenient. Despite the traffic, grab and taxi finds the place easily and there is a road where the car could get in and wait for you. At first, the first few nights i felt like the rooms are soundproof as i hardly hear the trains loudly, but when noisy guests checks in beside my room, the walls are not soundproof at all. the noisy guests are very loud even at 1am and i think rather than something i dislike, it is more to let those who are booking, to keep your volume down in this hotel at night because everything can be heard. other than that, the hotel is amazing.

- Eckard Keicher (8/5): Empfehlenswert - Sehr gut ist die Distanz zum Airlink (~50m) Endhaltestelle bedeutet Richtung BKK (Flughafen Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi) bekommt man auf dem Hinweg immer nen Platz, Frühstück war bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt gut, Standort ist für die Besichtigung von Bangkok ideal 100m zur Hochbahn und zu diversen Bushaltestellen leicht nachteilig ist die alte Bahnlinie mit entsprechenden Geräuschen
- Choi (3/5): 接待處員工表現尔稱職 - / 27/12及28/12入住 27/12晚上約10時到大堂取回早上寄存的行李（因早上當時未有房間可check in )及取房間鎖匙，大堂接待處一位瘦削的女職員非常沒有禮貌，我交出寄存行李登記牌給她，一位男士接過後代為取行李，而該位瘦削女士只遞給我房間鎖匙連早餐咭，我回頭向她確認是否非吸煙房間，她只是指向枱面顯示該酒店全幢非吸煙，否則罰款5000泰銖。 該女接待職員全程沒有跟我說過一句話，更沒有講解入住樓層所在位置，退房時間，早餐樓層及注意事項等，全程要客人自行摸索，反而協助送行李上房的男職員還懂得在房間內提示wifi的登入及注意事項。 對於27/12/2025晚上約十時負責接待的瘦削女職員無禮表現，非常不滿，她根本不適合做大堂接待，不可能全程一句話也沒有跟客人溝通的吧！希望酒店認真跟進該女職員的不稱職表現。 不會再入住此酒店，亦不建議朋友入住。

Rezeption und Zimmermädchen top Alle sehr aufmerksam Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch und nur auf Chinesen ausgerichtet der Kaffee ungenießbar und das Essen einfallslos / kaum genießbar Hier absolut keine Empfehlung
