Owners were always on hand and communication easy via whats app. We really enjoyed our stay although the pool was very cold in April, could do with being heated in cooler months where there is a chance of cloud and rain. Pool could be heated in early season months, was too cold for us when the sun wasn't out.

- Christian (9/5): Lovely large and new villa, amazing grounds and facilities. Tranquil calm area, walk to the beach. - Above and beyond service. They were always available at short notice and even helped us jump start our car when the battery died! The villa was new and really nice, very clean. Beds were comfortable. The garden area was spacious and there was BBQ equipment ready. The grounds were beautiful! Excellent condition tennis court, the whole family played! Big swimming pool, smaller one for little kids. A little football pitch. Surrounded by beautiful nature and birds singing. The only reason I gave it 9/10 and not 10/10, was because the design of the villas side-by-side meant that you could hear the neighbours talking sometimes. It wasn't a major problem as after 10pm everyone was quiet.

Lovely 12 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous! Excellent service from reception team. Great place for kids - lots of activities on site. Would have been so helpful if wood/briquettes, fire starters and matches were made available on site for bbq. Nearest supermarket is 7minute drive away (and they had none of the above!) - you need a car to get around.

Plage, piscine, tennis, BBQ, farniente! - Le lieu, petit oasis de verdure dans une région où les stigmates d'un été très chaud sont encore visibles. Jardin avec des palmiers et des pins, vraiment beau. La plage n'est pas très loin, moins de 10min à pied ou moins de 2min en voiture. Quartier très calme. La gentillesse des hôtes. Une villa très propre avec 3 chambres et 4 salles de bains! Chacun la sienne ! Le confort du canapé, bon a remplacer. Le matelas de la chambre parentale, très grand mais surtout vraiment trop dur. Quand votre dos vous réveille et que ça n'est jamais arrivé dans un autre lit, c'est un signe de matelas trop dur... L'insonorisation entre les villas. Certains voisins sont silencieux la nuit, d'autres insomniaques et bruyants!

- Kilsby (9/5): A wonderful week in the sun in a modern, clean, well equipped and quiet villa overlooking beautiful gardens with a pool - Villa had everything we needed and the complex itself was quiet and picturesque. We stayed during the first week of October and with temperatures in the mid twenties, we found strolling to/from the beach (with a baby in a pushchair and 2 and a half year old on foot) and along the boardwalk in either direction very pleasant. Pool area too was clean and we usually had it entirely to ourselves in the late afternoon. Staff were easily contacted by WhatsApp both before and during our stay and very helpful in response to all our queries. As we were planning on a traditional seaside holiday with 2 young children we decided to try to avoid hiring a car. It was doable but we relied on UberEats for grocery shopping as the nearest supermarket was too far for walking.

The internal doors could be doing with some soft close hinges, they slam quite loudly if any external doors are open. Very minor but would make a difference.

- Elder (9/5): Brilliant and very enjoyable experience! - The apartment was so comfortable and was very well presented. We were greeted by a very smiley representative (Susana) who had managed to also have the apartment prepared ahead of the normal check in time. How good was that!!! The area is very quiet and the pool area and gardens are lovely. Would definitely book again. There was really nothing we didn’t like - the only reason I marked the whole experience down very slightly was because the water in our showers wasn’t overly hot. As it was very hot during our visit cooler showers were fine, but not everyone may think that way.

The accommodation was very clean and cleaned again part way through our stay. It was nice and quiet. The pool area and tennis court were in great condition. The gardens were fabulous. So much so that I sought out the gardener to thank him for taking so much care of the place. It was only a ten minute walk to the beach. We were surrounded by a nature reserve. My only concern was the abandoned building at the top of the street which had numerous smashed windows. This made me wonder who could be hanging about at night. Whilst there were sun loungers at the pool there were non at the property which would have been useful.

The villas have everything you need, even for a large family. In addition, they are located next to a beautiful garden. February: peace and quiet and lots of sunshine. Very friendly service, the house was beautifully cleaned and prepared for our arrival. I dream of going back there one day.

Very clean and spacious The staff were incredible and very accommodating Simply a non heated pool, honestly would always pay slightly more for a heated pool off season.

It was a perfect location for an adult family group visiting Quinta de Lago to attend a wedding. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were spacious and the outside balcony had a lovely view of the gardens where the pool was located. The villa was also very clean and was cleaned during our stay . Too cool to use pool while there, but it was very nice. The surrounding area is very upscale, including restaurants. Good central location for visiting the Algarve. Nothing.

- Amanda (9/5): Great place for a break. - The layout of the villa was great, plenty of space to socialise, the bedrooms were all ensuite too. Very clean, nice view of the grounds too. great to have coffee and wine supplies and communication was excellent. Nothing, everything was great.

A bit noisy with neighbours, can hear dining room chairs being scraped across floor and doors/wardrobes being shut. as a suggestion could put pads on the chairs and also doors to stop them making a noise. Beds in top bedroom a bit hard
- Dina (9/5): Great place to stay - We were surprised at how spacious the place was. Everything you need for stay was there. The staff was very friendly. I wish we could stay longer. When it gets dark, it would be nice to have lights in the territory so that guests can enjoy swimming pool or other activities in there. Maybe there is already, but when we stayed, territory was dark when the sun went down.

It might be useful to have rackets and balls etc. you can hire for the courts
- Carl (10/5): A beautiful place to stay with an excellent pool and gardens - Second time we have stayed here. Kitchen facilities very good and accommodation was spotlessly clean and cleaned regularly throughout stay. Better loungers in the garden and bigger mugs for the kitchen

- Miguel (7/5): Decent stay with a nice spacious house. - The house is very nice and spacious. The pool was freezing cold. At least the baby pool could be heated. The house could do with sound proofing curtains for night times. As the aeroplanes are very loud. The toilets smelt a bit sewage.

Pool, tennis courts, ping pong at your doorstep is incredible and the staff are on hand to cater to every request and respond immediately. Beautiful villa and perfect location - quiet & away from the hustle and bustle but a 5-10 min drive into town when you want to explore. A gorgeous stroll down to the beach too.

- Renee (8/5): Great gem with a great pool. - Great communication from the host prior to our visit and upon on arrival. The pool and facilities are great. They offered yoga classes, a personal trainer and a morning activity for the kids. They let me borrow a yoga mat for my personal practice which was fantastic and saved me space in my luggage. The walls between the units are a bit thin, so you can hear the noise of chairs scraping against the floor. It's not a deal breaker, but we have younger kids who go to bed a bit earrlier than the adults, so at times the noise was a bit disruptive.

- Sara (9/5): Great place, great hosts, very clean. - The welcoming of the team was great and the outdor space is very nice. The house was extremely cleaned and everything look new. The informations about any extra activities were clear. The noise from the adjacent houses, because people bang doors, talk very loud kept us from resting, even after 22h. The bed (for me) was a bit hard and I ended up going to IKEA and buy a matress topper that I then took home with me. The walking distance to the beach is to far.
