- Sally-Ann (10/5): - Fantastic stay. Warm and welcoming hosts, beautiful room and facilities, exceptional food. Can’t rate it highly enough
- Samantha (10/5): Very special, one to remember and would reccomend highly. - Beautiful house, gorgeous room, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Comfortable bed, lovely views, great food and very hospitable hosts. A bit of a walk into town if you’re wanting to drink but this didn’t detract from our experience as a walk was welcome after a big meal.
- Kevin (10/5): A wonderful relaxing stay with the perfect hosts. - An excellent stay with wonderful hosts. Location, room, breakfast were all excellent. A perfect place to unwind and relax. Nothing.
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lauren (9/5): Superb - The room and bathroom was beautifully decorated and felt like we were staying in a higher end boutique hotel rather than a b&b. The breakfast was delicious and super filling so you’re set for a busy day ahead. The hosts are so welcoming and happy to help in any way they can! Nothing!
- Jessica (10/5): Warm and friendly hosts offering very comfortable stay with tasty breakfast - Lovely house just outside Ross with easy road links to places to visit. A very large bedroom, very quiet and a comfy bed and plentiful hot water for bath/shower.
Good breakfast options including pancakes with streaky bacon, full english, smoked salmon, advocado. Delicious fruit compote. Warn and generous couple who couldn't do enough to make our stay a happy one - they advised on local things to do and see which was very helpful. Nothing.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tinashe (10/5): Excellent guest house with super friendly hosts, beautiful views and exceptional breakfast - Property was extremely clean, beautiful views of the garden and surrounding countryside, food was absolutely top notch, and the hosts were so lovely. The entire stay was just wonderful. Also loved the dog! If we were to nitpick I would say location was a bit tricky to find on the first day but afterwards it was familiar so no real issue.
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Max (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): Perfect getaway! - We had a lovely time staying here and do not have a bad word to say about it! John and Ceila were the perfect hosts they made us feel welcome and shared there knowledge on the area and places to eat. There house was beautiful and clean and i cant thank them enough for sharing it with us. We will see be back soon.
- Julie (10/5): Perfect weekend away - Stunning property and beautiful bedroom and bathroom. We arrived in the dark and woke up to beautiful sunshine and views.
The breakfast was excellent, and again we had beautiful views of the garden and beyond.
The hosts were friendly and happy to share local knowledge on where we should visit and they helped us chose a restaurant.
We didn’t want to leave!
- Peter (10/5): The perfect place to stay - This is the place we have always wanted to stay. It was exceptional in every way. We were welcomed warmly and shown to our wonderful room with its large bay window and superb amenities. The bathroom was large and had as much space for our toiletries as we could wish. The walk in shower was equipped with two showers no less, and there were two hand basins too.
We were given detailed recommendations about local places where we could dine, the best of which, Loughpool Kitchen served very good food. Our breakfast was served in an atmospheric music room and was everything we could wish for.
We will certainly book to stay again.
- Karl (10/5): Faultless. - The hosts were very welcoming and offered great advice when we wanted to explore the local area.
The room was spacious and clean, and tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable with stunning views of the garden and beyond. The bathroom was a mix of modern with some traditional features. Fantastic shower!
Breakfast offered a mixture of cereal, fruit salad, toast and a fully cooked ranging from avocado on toast, full Herefordshire, or a mixture of ingredients if you wanted. I had scrambled eggs, beans on ciabatta and it was fantastic! Celia would accommodate any dietary needs or alternative breakfast requests.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Bridstow Guest House and would love to return someday.
Thank you Celia and Jon for contributing to a memorable weekend. N/A

- Lynda (9/5): Hosts were very welcoming, and friendly, super . - very homely, lovely decor. lovely comfortable room, very spacious, nothing,
- Mrs (10/5): A little piece of eclectic heaven. - We loved the homely eclectic room - and house. Celia and Jon? were lovely, and my husband and I had several conversations with Jon about motor racing and music; he is very knowledgeable about both.
Breakfast was amazing, the views and sunset spectacular. We were just far enough from Ross for peace and quiet, but close enough to have a lovely evening out. Avellinos is a cracking little Italian restaurant for dinner in Ross
We went for a really nice evening walk down the lanes in the moonlight.
Altogether a very pleasant experience. If you want a homely atmosphere it's perfect. Not being able to stay longer! ( And the most interesting shops all being shut on a monday).
- L (10/5): First Class - We knew that the reviews were great but this is the best place that we have ever stayed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We stopped here on our way down to Bath after our Wedding! This was the most amazing tranquil guest house. The standard was exemplary as was the breakfast!! The hosts were adorable and made us so welcome! I would not hesitate to go back for a relaxing break !
