• Zoe (9/5): Good location, good value and spacious. - It was spacious, enough for our group. Well-equipped with basic things you need. No handwash, and basic toiletries.
• JAMES (5/5): Take your money elsewhere - Location,security, & the view. Zero extra blankets or pillows. Not a single eating utensil ( fork, spoon, knife) but had full kitchen with plates/pots/pans/ect. NO hand soap or cleaning supplies. ONE child sized,singular towel per bed. Apartment sleeps 6 people but has seating for 3 in the living area. We paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay here & it was the most ill-appointed lodging we’ve ever encountered in over 20 years of international traveling. Highly disappointed! & the communication with the host was terrible. We were advised that we were staying at one address & then upon arrival had to walk with all our luggage to a completely different location!

• Jay (5/5): 3 stars (for good and for ill) - No bugs around (of the bed or other variety) and didn't have any trouble with hosts or other tenants. Everything looked perfectly nice and there were even some toiletry care packages in all the bathrooms. The beds were as hard as rock. We also found some mold in the showers, and some of the vents weren't working and smelled as a result. Wasn't entirely certain where to put the garbage

• Belinda (7/5): - Es un apartamento bastante cómodo y amplio para un grupo de 6 personas. Tenia 3 habitaciones y cada habitación con su baño. Osea, muy cómodo Necesitaba una puesta a punto de algunas cosas que se han ido desgastando del uso, eche en falta espejos de cuerpo entero y lo de las llaves me pareció un lío que en ese momento que llegábamos cansado tuviéramos que recoger las llaves en un punto y el apartamento estaba en otro (que luego era en la calle de atrás). Quizás si nos lo hubieran dicho con antelación que sería así, hubiéramos ido concienciados y no hubiera sido un momento de agobio (teniendo en cuenta que llovía mucho, mucho frío, con un bebe, maletas, etc.) La experiencia en general fue muy buena, quitando estas pequeñas cosas

• Azzopardi (9/5): Amazing view and great location - Access Tower Hill is in a fantastic location, close to public transport and major attractions. The view from the apartment was amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable overall. A great stay, I would happily stay here again. There are a few small things that could be improved, such as more comfortable pillows, a hair dryer, and some basic kitchen items like tea, coffee, and a coffee machine. However, these were minor compared to the overall experience.

• Virginie (8/5): très beau logement mais trop près du train - l'appartement était magnifique propre et bien situé il était exactement comme décrit sur booking propre bien chauffé bel vu du balcon sécurisé idéale pour 6 personnes le bruit des trains qui passent car on est juste au dessus et de certaines chambres on voit les rails et on entend les trains de 5H du matin à 2H du matin sur les 5 matelas un seul n'était pas confortable la piscine et le jacuzzi un peu froid fauteuil et canapé insuffisant pour 6 personnes on aurait aimé un service de ménage il manquait juste des plats pour le four et des bols

Personale accogliente e tutto pulito. Si trova nella city di Londra a 1 min a piedi dalla torre di Londra e tover bridge e dalla fermata dei bus che porta a trafalgar square in 15 min

L’appartement est très spacieux et propre. La table de la salle à manger était trop petite, des couverts en plus auraient été appréciés
• Francoise (9/5): Fabuleux et je recommande pour une famille - L’emplacement : à 2 pas du tower bridge et l’arrêt de métro est tower hill Les équipements : complet pour une famille, aspirateur, machine à laver et sèche linge, cuisine équipée, dressing dans toutes les chambres Spacieux, lumineux et moderne Près d’une petite supérette. Prochain séjour : je reviens sans hésiter, je vous le recommande. Le bruit des trains toute la nuit pour l’appartement situé à Royal Mint Street et le manque de quelques éléments (balai, saladier)

The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. We will definitely come back. The sofa on the living room is old, uncomfortable and has many stains. Apart from that, all was on point
• Michail (10/5): Πολύ καλή - Ηταν σε μια πολύ καλή και ασφαλής τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά στα μέσα μεταφοράς . Μεγάλο σπίτι και άνετο για 5 άτομα που είμασταν εμείς .Ηταν καθαρό και καινούργιο . Μας είχαν δοθεί μόνο 5 πετσέτες μπάνιου , και όχι προσώπου, τις οποιες δεν μας τις ανανεώσατε ποτέ. Η διαμονή μας ήταν για 7 βράδια στο διάστημα αυτό δεν αλλαχτήκανε ποτέ τα σεντόνια.Δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι χεριών στο μπάνιο και οι ταμπλέτες για την πλυντήριο πιάτων ήταν λιγότερες από τις μέρες τις διαμονής μας .
• Anja (8/5): Tilfredsstillende og dejligt ophold med god beliggenhed - Dejlig stor lejlighed - meget større end forventet. Måske vi er blevet opgraderet til et større end egentlig planlagt. Så vi havde 3 badeværelser og 7 senge. Rigtig flotte badeværelser. Stort køkken med 2 køle-fryse skabe. Stor rummelig stue. Dejlig beliggende, tæt på metro, som man nemt kan tage. Købmand meget tæt på. Håndklæder inkluderet. Der var den fornødne basis køkkengrej i køkkenet, men absolut heller ikke mere. Der kunne godt have været lidt mere. Ingen håndsæbe. Vandhanerne på 2 ud af de 3 badeværelser kunne ikke holde sig selv oppe.
• Matthew (7/5): Great location, nice balcony, but very basic fitout - bring your own hand towels, soap, and everything - it’s just a she - Location was excellent. Balcony view was great. It had a really basic fitout and provision for people staying there - for example: - no hand towels - no soap in bathrooms - one small pillow per person with no spare pillows in the whole apartment, nor any extra bedding if needed - no curtains in lounge - no wine glasses - no basics provided: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. - living room chairs very poor quality Also, when we informed that there was a bed missing from the room, we were simply told “no it’s not” despite this being in contradiction to the booking description. Early 10am checkout is also not standard.

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la lavatrice ma il proprietario si è subito attivato per sostituirla con una nuovissima. Consiglierei di lasciare qualche prodotto per la pulizia (scopa, mocio ecc..). La struttura è adatta per famiglie anche con bambini piccoli. Stanze spaziose. Ci ritornerei! l'assenza di prese elettriche nei bagni

• somaia (8/5): كانت اقامة ممتعة - كانت واسعة و جيدة ونظيفة الشقة ومتوفر ادوات مطبخ وغسالة وثلاجةمع مسحوق غسيل الصحون وتدفئة ومكانه قريب من محطة الاندرقراوند ومن جسر البرج وجود استقبال ايضاً والابواب يتم دخولها بكرت امان . لم يضعو كبسولات قهوة بالرغم وجود الة القهوة والتنظيف انتم تنظفو بنفسكم بس فيه مكنسة وغسالة صحون كهربائية لايوجد خدمة غرف طبعا ولايوجد احد يحمل الشنط ويوجد صوت الاندرقراوند بس ليس مزعج كثير ينفع لاقامة اكثر من 5 أيام

Posizione perfetta, vicina a due supermercati, a due fermate della metro e uno dei bus. Ascensore. Un solo telo doccia a persona per un soggiorno di 5 giorni (un po' poco). Non è possibile aprire le finestre in nessuna stanza e dopo un po' l'aria diventa viziata. Pulizia non perfetta anche perché qualcosa andrebbe sostituito soprattutto nei bagni.

Close to the main underground stations which was convenient for us to move around the city and the main tourist attractions. We liked that there was a convenience store one block away which helped to buy things needed at the last minute. Internet was easy to use and fast connection. We believe the beds were a little too stiff, but it wasn’t something that we couldn’t handle.

• Timur (9/5): Tesis cok guzeldi, soylenen her sey vardi, buyuk ve genis odalar rahatti, temiz duzenli ve konforlu - Musluklar ayarsizdi, ya sonuna kadar acilmasi gerekiyor yada ince bir ayar icin zorlaniyorsunuz, Camlar ile ilgili acilip kapanmada kucuk bir sorun yasaniyor ama cok onemli bir sorun degil.

• Przemysław (8/5): - Basen, sala kinowa, ogólne udogodnienia,.bardzo duży apartament. Dostaliśmy pokój w apartamencie zaraz nad linią kolejową. Pociągi jeżdżące w nocy skutecznie przeszkadzały zasnąć, ale mojej partnerce nie przeszkadzały, więc pewnie zależy kto ma jaki sen.

• Mattia (8/5): - L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e ben collegata. Dispone di spazio, ma il quid in più è sicuramente il terrazzo con vista sullo skyline circostante. Considerato che è un appartamento per ospitare fino a 7 persone, gli utensili da cucina erano un pò pochi. Dai piatti, ai bicchieri, allo scolapasta (massimo per 3 persone). Anche per la lavastoviglie, solo 4 pastiglie sono risultate poco per un soggiorno prolungato come il nostro. Inoltre manca la macchinetta del caffe, ed è un peccato considerando un appartamento del genere.

• Petr (9/5): - Great location for exploring London, modern, sunny apartment with a terrace and nice view for a couple with two kids. You can even use a pool and a gym common to all apartments in the building for free. Easy check-in. There is a convenience store in the ground floor. There are just a few little achievable things that could bring it from 9/10 to 10/10: 1) add shower gel/shampoo to the bathroom or inform it’s not there, 2) inform there IS a washing machine (without washing powder), 3) add a frying pan that actually works with the induction stove, 4) add hangers for four towels in the bathroom and for four coats in the hallway, 5) increase ventilation in the bathroom to get rid of moisture and prevent mold.

Le wifi gratuit dans l'appartement Le manque de vaisselle pour 6 et inadaptée ( assiettes ne rentrent pas dans le micro onde), stores impossibles à ouvrir, lever ...car les ficelles sont toutes trop hautes ou cassées.

• Francesca (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno da ripetere - Ottima posizione vicina a 2 fermate della metro, appartamento grandissimo con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e ferro da stiro, bene la pulizia, tanto spazio per riporre le proprie cose, market sotto casa molto comodo, stabile tranquillo Non si possono oscurare le finestre, scarsa attrezzatura da cucina e scarsissima dotazione di detersivo per lavastoviglie e lavatrice (una pastiglia per la lavatrice e 3-4 per la lavastoviglie per 6 notti in 6 persone), manca l'asciugacapelli e una scopa/aspirapolvere per pulire a terra e non ci sono nemmeno prodotti e dotazioni per pulire le superfici
• Leandro (5/5): Bien pero se puede mejorar con coordinaciones - Buen acceso servicios de minimarket en el mismo edificio cómodo, no pudimos usar correctamente el sistema de aire acondicionado y el extractor de aire era muy intenso al dormir, los utensilios no eran aptos para el uso en la cocina eléctrica lo que generó algo de problemas para cocinar Mal acceso por reparaciones y que se me cambió la ubicación del lugar originalmente solicitado por la plataforma, eso generó confusión

• Mireya (10/5): Muy bueno - El departamento era cómodo, la ubicación muy buena, caminando puedes llegar a algunos lugares turísticos como la torre de londres y otros, hay muchas tienditas cerca y esta cerca de la estación del tren y de las paradas del bus, el personal estuvo atento, Al principio tuvimos un problema con la regadera , y no había agua caliente pero el anfitrión atendió nuestra llamada y nos dio solución muy rápido, y todo se solucionó

• Ana isabel (8/5): - La distancia al metro TowerHill, a Aldgate, al London tower, a Tower Bridge a un paso, De las instalaciones, alabar el pequeño gimnasio, la piscina interior y las calidades de los electrodomésticos ( lavavajillas, lavadorasecadora, horno microondas, TV con plataformas.. y secador de pelo) La cama No he sentido nunca tanto los muelles en una cama. No tenia nada q ver con la calidad del apartamento. Una cama tercermundista. Limpieza solo una vez por semana pero si que tienen fregona y aspirador Dejan poquitos cubiertos, platos vasos y toallas , pero tienen lavavajillas y lavadora ( dejan unas pocas pastillas de lavavajillas pero no de lavadora)
• Marta (10/5): Muy divertido - Esta muy cerca del puente de las torres, y de supermercados y del metro. La ubicación perfecta. Por decir algo, el sofá un poco incomodo.

• Ooolaaatzzz (8/5): - La ubicación esta muy bien, se encuentra cerca de varias estaciones de metro y paradas de autobús, que hacen moverse por Londres super sencillo. Además, el apartamento esta en buenas condiciones y es amplio. La comunicación no fue muy buena, nos mandaron las instrucciones de check-in pero no respondieron a una solicitud que hicimos (aún que fuese para negarla). A pesar de que el apartamento este muy bien, la limpieza no era buena, tenia sabanas nuevas pero todo el suelo estaba sin limpiar.
• Geißler (9/5): Eine wunderbare Woche inLondon - Das Apartment war für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr groß. Es war alles vorhanden, ebenfalls eine vollausgestattete Küche. Zur Towerbridge und U-Bahn braucht man ca 10 Minuten. Im Gebäude befindet sich ein kleiner Laden. Direkt am Gebäude verlaufen vielbefahrene Zugstrecken. Es wäre schön gewesen, das zu wissen.

• Elena (9/5): Great place - Amazing spacious place in the centre of London, super close to metro and bus stops, shops and cafes. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, big kitchen and living room. All cutlery was in place. We had towels for everyone. The owner took his time to respond and one bathroom had clogged pipes but overall great. For us was a bit of surprise to find out that the plugs weren't compatible with our chargers so be sure to buy an adapter. Also in one of the bathroom the light switch didn't work. But all of these details were miner and didn't spoil the enjoyment.

• Eva (10/5): Recomendable - Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación. A 5 minutos teníamos la estación de metro de Aldgate y también contábamos con un pub justo en frente. Sitios para comer y varios supermercados bastante cerca.

• Carmen (8/5): Buona posizione e grandi spazi - Appartamento grande e luminoso. Vicino alla metropolitana, fermate di autobus e ferroviaria. A due passi da Tower of London. Tre camere spaziose, cucina/soggiorno con tanti utensili, due bagni grandi, uno con doccia, uno in camera con vasca. Le camere hanno letti singoli che avvicinati diventano matrimoniali, una aveva un matrimoniale, una due singoli, una addirittura tre singoli. L’appartamento è in un complesso residenziale con portineria e diversi servizi tra cui una piscina coperta e palestra. C’è anche un mini market al piano terra. Nei bagni manca una presa per poter usare un asciugacapelli, che comunque non è in dotazione e bisogna portarselo da casa. Manca anche la ventola di aspirazione, i bagni sono ciechi e senza finestre. Gli arredi cominciano a essere vecchiotti e ad avere segni dell’usura, soprattutto il piano cottura e il calcare nei soffioni della doccia. In tutte le camere non ci sono finestre che si possano aprire, ci sono pareti a vetrata sigillate, non si può cambiare l’aria. Le uniche finestre sono in cucina che portano su un balcone. Noi eravamo al terzo piano, la vista non era granché. Manca una macchina per il caffè.

• Ulrich (9/5): Komfortabel auch für längeren Urlaub - Die Ausstattung waren sehr gut, das Apartment geräumig und die Aussicht war wunderschön. Jedoch sollte man nichts auf dem Balkon liegen lassen, da uns eine Regenjacke weggeflogen ist. Die Küche hat den Vorteil das man auch selber kochen kann, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Waschmaschine und Fernseher waren auch gut von uns genutzt. Zudem war die Unterkunft gut gelegen in der Nähe von Bus und Bahn Stationen und man war sehr schnell in der Stadt. Das Personal in der Lobby war äußerst freundlich und der Supermarkt an der Ecke vom Hotel war sehr praktisch. Bei der Dusche ist die Dichtung abgegangen und deshalb war das Wasser dann immer überall am Boden verteil und auf einem der Sessel war ein Brandloch jedoch war dies nicht weiter schlimm.
• Claudio (8/5): appartamento super spazioso, ben collegato e silenzioso con 2 bagni, ideale per una famiglia - appartamento molto spazioso, con 2 bagni, 2 camera da letto e letti comodissimi. a pochi minuti da 2 stazioni metro e dallo stazionamento autobus. zona tranquilla con diversi supermercati e locali dove mangiare. lava asciuga comodissima. per 8 notti fornite solo 1 asciugamano medio a persona. chiesto ai gestori il primo giorno asciugamani addizionali, ma mai pervenuti (per fortuna c'era la lavaasciuga). l'appartamento da noi utilizzato si trovava su piano ribassato, finestre non apribili ma in compenso c'era un sistema di aereazione sufficiente.
• Katherine (8/5): Great family stay in a great location. - It was clean, bright, spacious, nicer than we expected. There was a building pool you could book so our family had a private pool experience we didn't expect that was a huge hit. The living room/kitchen had doors that closed to block off sound traveling to the bedrooms. Each room had temp control. The location was fantastic - so close to the Tower of London, grocery stores and transit options. Street and neighbourhood wasn't that busy or packed with people and felt safe. The kitchen had all the basic things we needed but no serving or mixing dishes or a coffee maker or broom for crumbs. Some tea or coffee and salt or oil for cooking would have been nice. The wiring in one of the bedrooms was clearly off - bedside lamp flickered and the lights spontaneously turned themselves on in the night. Maintenance recommended that we not plug in anything in that room - we hadn't plugged in anything except a usb into the bedside lamp port to charge a phone. The trains ran by right outside the bedroom windows. It was a fairly constant loud noise. We worried it would keep us up or wake up the kids but it didn't- just became background white noise we hardly noticed. It was loud if we opened the windows but we didn't need to because of the AC.
• Luca Stanescu (8/5): Great apartment, the conditions could be improved with air conditioning for the hotter days. - The location is very close to two metro stations, Aldgate and East Aldgate, there are also two convenient stores nearby, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The apartment is spacious, it can accommodate 5 to 6 people and every useful appliance is in working order. It is a very good place to start exploring London every morning and a cozy place to spend the night. Beware, there is no air conditioning and the windows can only be open just a little bit. There are two electric fans available, but because the windows must stay open at night, just to have some chill air, the street sounds will wake you up early in the morning. We happened to be staying on some of the hottest days in London, but if you catch cooler days, you may not even need to open the windows. Also, there was NO cutlery available in the kitchen, I had to buy disposable cutlery from the nearby Costco.

• Nicolette (10/5): - Appartamento bellissimo all' undicesimo piano con vista fantastica : 3 camere, 2 bagni, eravamo in 5 quindi comodissimo. Presente lavatrice, aspirapolvere, pentole e stoviglie, 2 forni. Nella struttura presente anche piscina e palestra ! Supermercato sotto lo stabile, portiere all' ingresso. Fermata metro Tower Hill a 300 mt. 10 e lode ! Nulla, tutto perfetto !!!

• Joan (9/5): Perfecto - Muy buena localización. Hay dos paradas de metro a 5-10 minutos que te llevan a cualquier sitio. El bus número 15 a 5 minutos también y el Tower Bridge y el London Castle a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento con aire/calefacción y dispones de gimnasio y piscina. El personal muy amable y atento. Las líneas de tren están al lado, pero honestamente... hemos dormido como bebes... No se oyen.

El apartamento espectacular, muy nuevo, fantásticas vistas, con todo lo necesario y más. La piscina privada una verdadera sorpresa que nos encantó para relajarnos después de todo el día pateando la ciudad. Repetiremos seguro si volvemos a Londres, apartamento de 10. Todo estupendo, lo único hubiésemos agradecido si nos hubiesen comentado lo de la piscina o la gestión de las basuras al llegar.
