- Đàm Đức (5/5): Just normal - The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean, although the furniture is a bit dated. Getting around by electric buggy within FLC was quite poor: they do not pick up guests from the main gate, yet they prohibit outside vehicles from dropping guests off at the hotel lobby. I don't understand why. The children's play area is very poorly equipped, with almost nothing in it. Even at the start of the peak season (May 15-20), I didn't see any recreational activities within the resort, nor did the staff introduce any to the guests. The entire FLC complex lacks a rooftop cafe despite having a private beach? It's truly baffling

- Hiền Ngọc (8/5): - Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, đi sang bãi biển ngay đối diện khu Lux cũng tiện. Bể bơi trong xanh, bãi tắm riêng không ồn ào xô bồ. Menu indoor chưa đa dạng, gđ có con nhỏ đi cùng phải đặt cháo bên ngoài ship tới cổng FLC. Di chuyển ra vào cổng cũng khá bất tiện. Nếu b di chuyển ra ngoài khu FLC thì khi về nên đi bằng taxi, không có xe điện phục vụ đưa khách từ cổng FLC về.

- Laurent (7/5): Bon hotel mais pas de chance sur la chambre - Hotel élégant, spacieux, bien équipé avec un bon service et un personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Aménagement de la suite (2 chambres) agréable. Des services en moins (skybar, kid city), mais comme c'était hors saison avec réduction du prix, c'est acceptable. Par contre on est tombé sur une chambre où quasi toutes les prises électriques ne permettaient pas de s'y brancher correctement, le chargeur ne tenait pas bien dans les prises donc ça coupait la connexion dès qu'on bougeait un peu le fil du chargeur par exemple, c'était assez ennuyant. Aussi, les mitigeurs des lavabos étaient très dur à tourner (eau chaude / froide) et à allumer et faisait un gros bruit quand on allumait / éteignait l'eau à cause de ce blocage, assez gênant surtout la nuit quand les autres dorment.

- 広宣 (7/5): お風呂だけは残念 - スタッフが感じの良い人でした。通りの向こう側のコーヒーショップへコーヒーを買いに行くのに、目の前の通りは車が多く、私は渡ることができませんでしたが、笑顔の若い男性スタッフが私の代わりに行ってくださいました。 お風呂のお湯の温度が低かったこと、南国では熱いお湯のバスタブに浸かる習慣がないかもしれませんが、日本人の私は熱いお湯が入ったバスタブは、旅の楽しみの大きなひとつです。

- Pritam (10/5): Worthy! I wish to return back again! - First of all, i think Samson itself is an underrated travel destination. And FLC group has made an artificial town on the bank of sea and FLC Grand Hotel is a 5 star hotel along with a great bunch of facilities and well mannered staffs which is really outstanding. And on top of that, a 5 star hotel with these rent only - seriously? Ohh yes, FLC Grand has made it possible. Being an Indian, staying in Hong Kong, we were craving for Indian chicken curry which we expressed as wish, next day morning, they kept those in breakfast. The point is here that they think about guests and their nationality and try to arrange food accordingly. And the manager, Mr. Hope was real hope for us as we were facing language issue, but this man is a very well english speaking guy and he took care of everything during our stay. He is a very nice human being that I must say. Overall, we stayed 2 nights and felt like if we could stay few more days! The property is so big and well organised that itself takes two days atleast to enjoy everything fully. Forget about outside attractions. And it's around 100 km far from Ninh Binh. If We ever think for a 3-4 days short trip in Vietnam, we would like to return back here in Sam Son and stay in FLC Grand Hotel again. Seriously they didn't leave any space to mention what we didn't like!

I conplained that there is not enough drinking water in the room (only 4 small bottles for ny family per day) and they soon supply more! It is good! They need to turn on air-conditioners along the corridor, it is too hot along the way in sunmer!

- Thi (9/5): Love the service and staffs - The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly (I travelled with 3 kids so it was really nice to have that help). Dining in Seagull and Fish cá restaurants was great (love the service there). The room is ok, clean with beautiful view. The smell of the towels and the ventilation in the toilet were not good.
