Las habitaciones muy bien equipadas, nuevas y la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Las instalaciones excelentes.

- Montserrat (10/5): - El concepto me agradó, pues estaba en la comodidad de una villa con total privacidad para mí y mi familia, y al mismo tiempo teníamos los servicios de un Club. Nosotros que disfrutamos del deporte y tenis, es muy bien lugar para hospedarse. Se siente mucha tranquilidad y seguridad. Lo único que no pudimos ver fueron las pantallas pues tenían fallas técnicas, las cuales fueron reportadas, adicional me gustaría que hubiera contactos eléctricos mejor ubicados para conectar los dispositivos electrónicos. En general muy buena estancia y comunicación con Michel. Gracias!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - When we arrived there was a storm happening and it was nighttime. When GPS takes you to the general area, there are no clear signs of where to go so we turned to the right entrance and apparently that was an entrance to the country club. The guard didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for the hotel and couldn’t give me directions- then he asked another guard who immediately let us know where to go for accommodations at the villa. We drove to the place he told us and I walked in (by now there was a big puddle of water at the entrance). I waited for about 15 minutes at what looked to be the lobby when I finally saw someone cleaning and asked for help. He apologized and said he would call the people from the Villa to come get us - we were 7 people! The man that came was extremely friendly and explained to me that the villas were located behind the area we were in (which was the club house) and we had to walk to it and would have to wait for the storm to pass. By now I was thinking what did I do? Where did I rent? What is this? I didn’t like the idea of having to walk to our room in the rain! Anyways we were starving so the man let us know where to find some amazing tacos off site, and when we returned the rain had stopped. They were waiting for us at the door to walk us to our room. Let me tell you it was sure worth the wait - the room was amazing!!! It was not your normal hotel room it was a suite, and for the price, much more than what we expected!!!

Me quedé sin lugar y me mandaron a un departamento que se encontraba fuera del club,sin wifi,sin señal de tv y sin agua caliente. En general todo salió mal desde que contacté con expidia. Horrible estancia y experiencia.!

- Sol (10/5): Me sorprendió muy padre - El motivo del viaje era arreglar un trámite y sólo dormiriamos... pero al llegar nos gustó muchísimo, decidimos quedarnos otra noche para disfrutar el hotel. Esta muy lindo ya que es club además de hotel. La alberca para niños chiquitos está de muy buena altura con un minitobogan. Además que aproveche para ir al Spa muy buenos precios y un masaje delicioso, lo único que no se como está es la comida ya que salimos ambos días a comer fuera. El desayuno lo cocinamos en la habitación que tiene como gran ventaja una cocina muy amplia y bien equipada: tostados, licuadora, microondas, cafetera, y losutensilios necesarios

- GABRIELA (4/5): - El baño apestaba a caño. No había toallas para bañarse, marcamos más de 3 veces a recepción para que las llevaran y nadie contestó, hasta que fuimos por ellas a recepción. Animales en el baño.
- Carlos Alejandro (10/5): Excelente villas y trato de primera. - Excelentes villas de lo más cómodo además de unas instalaciones de primera una súper atención por parte de Gerardo y de las señoritas de recepción me encantaron las albercas sin duda lo recomiendo a todo el que busque descansar si duda volvería sin pensarlo un gran saludo y por ahí volveré a visitarlos.
