Guest Reviews
- Karen (10/5): - A very nice quiet motel. Looks like it had been recently remodeled.
- Roy C (6/5): - Bed was uncomfortable. Towels were tiny.
- Betty (10/5): - Good and quiet
- Brenda (10/5): - Very Nice room. Spacious and Clean. Breakfast could be somewhat better but other than that it is a great place to stay.
- Don (10/5): - Quiet, clean good breakfast. Comfortable bed
- James (10/5): - My stay was excellent. The staff handed me a list of restaurants that were nearby that I could go and eat and the cleaning staff always made sure that I had clean towels. The location was perfect for my needs. The only thing I would suggest is adding some fresh items for breakfast such as pastries and maybe some sausage. I would definitely stay there again.
- JAMES (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Peggy!
- Jan (10/5): - The only problem was there was no mat for the bottom of the tub. It was slippery.
- Deborah K (8/5): - Comfortable room.
- Mona (10/5): - Fine
- Sharon (10/5): - .
- Laurie (10/5): Comfy and Clean - I enjoy staying at this hotel when I’m in the area. The rooms are large, the bed comfy and everything clean. It’s a short walk to the store and several restaurants. Lots of tv stations and a good little breakfast. And the price is right!!
- Jamie (10/5): - Very clean and professional. I will stay there again
- Dawn (10/5): Clean cost effective - Clean spacious quiet
- Cynthia (10/5): - Clean updated rooms, quiet and manicures landscape.
- Colleen (8/5): Stayed over night on way through. - Clean room. Just abit dated. No big deal.
- Mark (8/5): - Not many good options close by
- Sarah (10/5): - Great, friendly front desk. Clean, comfy room. Amazing breakfast. I would recommend to my friends and family.
- Charles (10/5): - Comfortable beds, clean spacious room, friendly staff, met all my basic lodging needs at reasonable price.
- Vilma (10/5): - Good
- David K (8/5): - For me I would have preferred the sink and dressing area to have been private and not open.
- Rodney (10/5): - Clean
- sonja (10/5): - This was a very clean property. It's quiet and comfortable. The room is very clean and there's a couple of places to eat within walking distance & a grocery store. We'll stay here again in the future.
- Alicia (10/5): - The pool area needs Lot of attention. Hot tub not working. Needs landscape cleanup.
- Rosa (10/5): - Staff was very nice, cleaning is excellent, my only recommendation about the towels there was not enough and also maybe a machine to buy snacks and drinks.
- Susan (10/5): - Very nice motel
- Tamika (10/5): - I enjoyed it
- asab (10/5): - Excellent property
- Gregory (10/5): Retired - The hotel met all my expectations and will stay again if I'm in the area.
- Becky (10/5): Will be back! - The staff was kind. The breakfast was as advertised, but good, and the bed was super comfortable.
- Dalton (10/5): - The pictures on google are old. This place has been updated and very clean. Staff was the best and they also have a pool. Would definitely stay here again
- Eric (8/5): - Nice for a Motel. I was not happy because Expedia listed it as a hotel, not motel. The room was clean but there was a mold smell… I think from the tub area but we could smell it in the room. Check-in and lobby was nice and front desk staff was courteous.
- Matthew (10/5): - Clean place to stay.
- Simon (8/5): - Nice hotel room. They remodeled, except the bathrooms. Nice service staff, breakfast okay. Pool is nice
- Jennifer (10/5): Definitely stay here!! - It was fabtastic getting a great room, a shower and access to a pool. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.
- DONALD (8/5): - Amenities were solid, good staff
- Jenny (10/5): Hot Springs Villa - The room was clean and very comfortable
- Jolina (10/5): - I appreciated the quiet and peaceful surrounding. The pool was clean, had a beautiful view, and was peaceful! The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.
- Brandon (10/5): - Great Hotel, very affordable with nice, clean, and modern rooms!
- Paul (8/5): - Not a fancy place but clean with friendly staff. Just what we needed. Close to the west gate of Hot Springs Village.
- Corson (6/5): - The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. You can definitely tell that people smoke in the rooms even though it’s not allowed. I saw some people smoking outside the buildings. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Only a couple of options and the quantity of food was not great. Not a terrible stay but also not great.
- Jessica (10/5): - Very nice newly renovated rooms, pool and hot tub nice extra, but could use more towels available for that. Breakfast was good but few options. Some kind of local paper for food and options other than activities would be nice. Staff was excellent and welcoming.
- William (10/5): - Beautiful area, very peaceful.
- Miranda (10/5): - I love the pool area. The shower heads need a up date and I would of liked some favored creamer with my coffee
- Arleen (8/5): - Very disappointed
- David (10/5): - It was beautiful place to stay
- Matthew (10/5): - I had a very clean room that felt newly remodeled. There was no noise from neighbors and the staff was very courteous. I found this to be a great deal for the price. Would recommend.
- Aly (10/5): - Stayed here outside of hot springs national park. Super quiet and clean. The showers was great and the black out curtains gave us some much needed rest.
- Kendra (6/5): - This hotel sits back behind a bunch of buildings was sort of hard to find but I did like house secluded and out of the way it was from the highway. Less noisy that way. I got two hotel rooms that were connected. The first room as soon as I open the door I was greeted with a overwhelming smell of marijuana, and I being one of the very few people that is allergic to it instantly started having trouble breathing and sneezing attacks. It took it almost an hour to air out before the scent was gone. The second room which was joined with the first room had no smell of it at all which I thought to be odd but other than that the rooms were very clean, this hotel also has a area where you can do laundry, even a gym! The pool was also nice and well kept. I would stay there again. Can't complain much for the price it was decent. Other than the marijuana smell
- JOHN (8/5): - All was good no complaints
- Julie (10/5): - My 3rd stay here. Great place. I highly recommend it.
- Angela (10/5): - Staff is always SO NICE and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean, and they accommodate to our requests
- Susan (10/5): - Loved it! Good value for price, room clean and cool. Would recommend.
- Diann (8/5): - large room, clean, no problems. thanks
- Jonathan (10/5): - Beautiful location
- Martha (10/5): - Loved this place! Clean and big rooms with a very nice pool! Perfect stop through for our overnight stay. Front desk recommended the perfect restaurant to eat at too! Home plate cafe did
Not disappoint!
- Jonathan (10/5): - Great property.
- Jeffry (10/5): - The stay was very close to our destination. Clean room, nice location and great service.
- Beverly (8/5): - The staff was nice and the room was clean and appropriately stocked.
- Jeremy (8/5): - The rooms were remodeled
And very clean
- morgan (10/5): - Very Nice and modern room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Clean solid floor, no nasty carpets. Decent breakfast and very quiet and safe.
- Jason (10/5): - A neat little place! I was pleasantly surprised at how updated everything was and how quiet it was. Ruby at the front desk was so super nice and very helpful! If you're staying around the Village, this is a good place to stay!
- Teresa (10/5): - The recliner in the room was great room was clean staff was very nice would stay again thank you
- Holly (10/5): - We stayed here while in town for crystal mining and the hotel was great! The rooms have been updated (which listing pics don’t reflect) to laminate flooring and an all around modern feel. Room was very clean. Area around it was good and it was perfect for our trip!
- Lisa (8/5): - The hotel was very clean but a few shabby “fixes” ( bathroom door showed signs of water damage, a couple of other things I noticed but don’t remember now). And they wanted to charge us $40 for early check in- so we went right to the quartz mine (very fun) and came back later. They are very adamant about not bring crystal mud from the mine into their hotel. Breakfast was meh - no whole wheat options for toast, 2 types of cereal and the standard waffle fare
- Victoria (10/5): Great little family vacation spot! - Very quiet neighborhood, very close to a small grocery store, dollar tree, dollar general, mc Donald’s and Sonic. All basically in the same parking lot. Great pizza pub nearby as well. Room was very updated, beds were comfortable, tv channels met those of our family. Microwave and fridge was nice amenity.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good value for price.
- Joe (8/5): - Clean rooms
- Samantha (10/5): - Clean!
- Julie (10/5): - Clean room. Friendly staff. Please repair driveway hole.
- Barbara (8/5): - This older home has been converted & is beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge, microwave & coffee available. Getting luggage up & down the stairs was a challenge because ours was heavy so visitors are going to do the stairs quite a bit!
- Debra (10/5): - Very clean rooms. Quite. Close to restaurants and activities that i wanted to visit. Will stay again.
- Robyn (10/5): - Very clean
- Gary (8/5): - Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. The room beside us partied all weekend and was loud. I'd stay here again. I am told this was a horse racing week so that may be why they were so loud.
- Garry J (2/5): - The handicap room did not have elevated toilet, bedding did not have box spring only mattress with springs spanning between frame work and was very uncomfortable and noisy whenever you had to move. This was to have been a pet friendly facility but at check in I was charger $60 for my small dog. I have stayed at other hotels which advertised PET FREINDLY and they did not require any additional fees and was FREE as at La Quinta property’s.
- Traci (10/5): - The receptionist was so friendly and helpful.
- Tim J (8/5): It was okay. Areas need improvement - The bed was really comfortable. The hotel seems to be a little dated. There was a crack noticeable in the stairway leading up to the second floor room. They need to get on top of that and fix that. I was concerned when I called the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi and it literally took four phone calls for them to pick up and respond if this was about 8:30 PM The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the room was comfortable. Areas for improvement would be to modernize the hotel and then also please ask the customer service at the front counter to answer phone calls. Coffee ran out both mornings. I was there and had to wait 10 minutes for more coffee did not like the coffee and the breakfast only offered waffles and cold cereal. I would like to have seen a few more options like yogurt.
- Susan (10/5): Great stay!! - Very quiet and comfortable rooms. We were crystal digging at the local quartz crystal mine and we stayed at the Hot Springs Village Inn because it was only a 10 minute drive away. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay immensely!
- Edward (10/5): In for softball - I waited last minute to book for a tournament. It’s about 25 minutes from Kimery and majestic but for the price it’s worth the drive. Looks great after the renovation, breakfast was available if you wanted, check in was quick and smooth. We will stay here and drive to the parks in the future instead of paying double or triple to be 10 minutes away!
- Tyler (8/5): Will stay here again - Newly renovated except the bathroom. Everything was clean. Great service. Would stay again for an economy room price. Clean and nice but no extras.
- Diana (10/5): - Excellent room and not right on the highway. Plenty of restaurants to choose from very nearby. Very friendly staff.
- Tammy (10/5): - It was fine
- Mickey (10/5): - Very clean and price was fair.
- Joe (8/5): - Clean and east to access
- Michelle (8/5): - Just passing through, and stayed one night. Was clean and quiet!
- Devlin (10/5): - One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed.
Definitely coming back.
High country hospitality is amazing.
The hot springs were so relaxing and accommodating.
- Usha (8/5): - No drinking water, was told to get it from vending machine! Not enough options for breakfast
- April (6/5): Good stay. Just dirty floors - Staff was very friendly. Room was good but the floors were awful. Turned the bottom of our feet black. They should give the housekeeping a little longer to clean and with a better vacuum and mop.
- Kyle (8/5): - Staff was phenomenal and paid great attention to our needs.
- Joycelyn (10/5): House keeper - Did not like the house keeper the next morning she kept knocking on the door after we told her twice we was checking out at 11 it was 8:45.
- Kym (10/5): Thank you - Amazingly cleaned and cared for!!! Housekeepers deserve a shout out for sure!!! Everyone was kind and busy at all times!! Couldn't of asked for better service!!!
- Lisa (10/5): - Rooms were clean and comfortable
- Anthony (8/5): - Affordable, very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.
- Joe (10/5): - Convenient clean, friendly staff
- Scott (10/5): - .
- Viji (10/5): - should add a few more items to breakfast!
- David (10/5): - Nice place
- Verified traveler (8/5): One caveat to an otherwise excellent stay. - Really good stay but be warned about their breakfast: there were no eggs, sausage, bacon, or hardly any kind of protein there. That was the only thing I didn't like. Rooms are surprisingly modern with USB-C and USB-A cable outlets, as well as plenty of regular power outlets everywhere. Decent TV, provided shower amenities like bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Very clean room. Nice king size bed.
- Daniel (10/5): Village Inn - Very clean room. Staff is amazing
.
- Michelle (10/5): - Room was spotless. The tub and tile surround should be updated, but everything else was clean and fresh. Very friendly staff.
